The customer care representatives at the Pittsford NY Petco are outstanding in so many ways! They are super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and overall they make me WANT to drive the 3 hours from my home to this store even though there are probably 2 or 3 other Petco stores on my way. This staff take pride in the store its always clean, always well stocked and the courtesy and friendliness of the staff earns this store an EXCELLENT rating! Thank you All keep up the great job!

I enjoy coming here to look at all the toys. The staff is always kind and attentive and willing to help find any items I don't see out. I do wish there was a bigger selection of cat toys. I'm very happy with the amount of carriers and other accessories for dogs and cats. It's a great place to shop for the pets.

Great grooming experience last year at this store! Also found some obscure bones that the fur babies love. Great experience. The salon felt empty with only one groomer there at the time. Very personal one on one experience. Great for skittish dogs who need a gentle touch!

For selling pet food and other products this store is fine: clean, decent options, etc. I was upset to see them selling a ball python covered in snake mites (the little brown spots on the snake in the photo). Please stop selling reptiles in your store. These animals need larger enclosures and more attentive and specialized care than is being provided.

They always go above and beyond to help when I'm there. The item I needed wasn't in stock, but the shipment just arrived. They asked me to wait and searched until they found what I needed. Most places would take your name and number and call you to come back. I was very impressed.

The Petco Store in Pittsford is great. Friendly staff, plenty of variations to choose from for the kitties, not only for dogs! And everybody is always prepared to answer questions, or help find something. I'm driving quite a while to go to this store, and not go to the one in Irondequoit.

I got to see three ferrets snuggled together in the store as well as a dog training class in progress. There were two dogs shopping with their owners. When I was checking out, there was a dad and little girl buying a bag of fish and in front of me was a guy with a HUGE parrot on his shoulder! It was so cool!In addition, there were several employees ready to help or answer questions. An unexpectedly fun experience for buying cat food on my way home from work.

The associate (Hannah) who helped us with our goldfish was absolutely amazing! They were thorough and made sure we had a fully cycled, correctly-sized tank set up for our fish before scooping them up!Hannah also informed us about a fish given up to this Petco that they sold us for a donation to their charities!I cannot rave enough about how thoughtful the workers were, especially Hannah, and how much they cared about the safety of our fish!I highly recommend this Petco above all others as I've never had such a positive experience in any other chain pet store! Hannah even had a degree in aquatics which made them so attentive and knowledgeable!

Theo just got a great grooming from Angela at Pittsford Petco. She was attentive to me and my pup. I arrived early to get him and watched her being laser focused, kind and gentle even after a 3+ hour job! Thanks Angela!!!

I shop here regularly and it's a great one stop shop for all my pets needs, however they are always running low on the wet food products that I buy so I can never stock up. The app doesn't track purchases for the rewards account very well either. But the staff is always friendly and the location is very convenient. Clean store and decent prices.

I never go into this petco but I'm glad I did!!!!!! I was takin a look at their koi female selection and I was noticed by one of the workers. She came over to try and find another female that she spotted the day before but couldn't find it (loved that she was talkative with me) I picked one and figured why not look around and see their other fish AND BAM!!!!!! found this gorgeous boy and 2 others in their 10 gallon tanks ❤️ just for the fact that I hate seeing these giant bettas in those small cups and there u see all three just flashing those colors. I had the same girl come help me and I was tellin her how I had 6 more gaint bettas back home and i shouldn't but im going to lol. We talked for a good 10ish mins witch many places now and days it just feels forced and awkward but not with her and neither did it with the cashier.

Great staff, always willing to help find or suggest products. The layout is a bit confusing, but I'm used to a different location. One thing that I'm glad I saw by chance: it was 15% cheaper to order online for in store pick-up. Odd, but saved a bundle!

The gentleman who helped me was so very helpful. He led me right over to the item I was looking for, showed me three options, and then consulted on the pros and cons of each option. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service! And the purchase (anti-anxiety treats) really helped my stressed-out cats!

Had a wonderful experience setting up a fish tank for my two daughters. Syd was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us with everything we needed.
