The store is clean and organized, and the staff are friendly and willing to assist. They have good sales in pet supplies, so look for those. However, prices are average compared to other pet stores, maybe a tad cheaper. Parking is good, safe area to shop. Very close to the expressway and other major shopping locations. They also have a section for basically cat/kitten adoption. It's where I got my little girl kitten 😸.

Upon walking in I was greeted by an employee with a big smile. They have a nice selection at comparable prices and I think they donate to the local animal shelter. Staff is super friendly and helpful!!

They stopped selling the canned food I used to buy for my cat-distributor decisionnot to sell. Now I cannot earn points because I cannot get my canned cat food from your store or any in my area.

Our family loves this Pet Supplies Plus. The high quality, variety foods, rewards and coupons keep us shopping here over the alternative stores. Abby is an employee there that is consistently wonderful. Every time we shop she is cheerful, so helpful, and really knows the products she recommends. Her help with shopping while we were there adopting a Lollypop cat made it a memorable and fun experience for my kids too 😀

My review is based on the quality of customer service this store offers- it used to be stellar, now it's rough at best. On several occasions, I have waited with my order for employees to stop socializing or playing on their phones, been rudely asked 'what you want' when I walk to the counter for a pick up order and watched staff not even offer to assist an elderly customer with a carry out. During a stop last week, an employee not wearing any sort of name tag or PSP clothing, hood up and covering half their face, lollypop hanging out of their mouth, glared at me and said 'you need something?' as I stood at the counter with a basket full of items. I'm not even sure if this person actually worked for the store.It's gotten so it's worth the extra couple of miles to Latta, because I'd rather shop where there's at least a semblance of customer service. You're not what you once were Ridge Road PSP, what a disappointment.

LMAO. So I go in the store and tell the clerk that I need some feeder fish for my turtle. No big deal got them there many times, when they clean the tanks right and can sell them. This time though they can not sell fish for the turtle to eat? Really? Yeah I guess it’s an animal cruelty issue now. So I asked the clerk if he eats meat? He replied yes .That seems hypocritical but what do I know. Most of the time there fish have white spots anyway so I’ll go elsewhere

They have a great selection of all types of pet food, toys and fish. Fast service and helpful and friendly staff aswell. Prices can be alittle steep at times, however they have good sales if you give them your email.

Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wide variety of pet products and supplies. Petsavers carries many specialty pet foods that can't be found in most stores. My dog loves going to the store and and visiting his favorite clerk.

Abigail helped me find a new food for my dog with allergies, and helped me find some toys to occupy him during the day, and was extremely knowledgeable about all the foods they carry. This amazing customer service is why Pet Supplies Plus in Greece is the only place I shop for my pets!

Staff seems pretty nice, but usually, only 2 employees, from what I can see, so when one goes on break, expect a line to form.The prices aren't horrible but could be better. Employees should be able to see and redeem points via phone number look up, instead of telling us to download the app and log in because i went for someone else and used their phone number because it was their purchase. I suggest something like Walgreens system.

Pet Supplies is the best in town. The prices are very good is good and the service is awesome. I love that they answer any/all questions regarding my two doggies; they help me find stuff and do a great grooming job. Highly recommend

It's ok........close by and usually have what I need. Very new staff- and not all have been taught what customer service is. Online orders used to run very smoothly from this store.....now unfortunately, they're unpredictable as to what you'll get and when you will get. More often than not, I have to contact the store to check on my order.

The staff always greets customers as soon as you walk in with a Welcome and a smile, they are always friendly & eager to help. The store is always stocked and clean.I love the petwashing station! Easily accessible for all sizes and ages of dogs, they supply all the washing products, towels and grooming tools too. So worth the $ to not mess up my bathroom at home!

New to us. Lady was very nice and a lot of help. We had picked up dog food and cat food. One was our choosing and one was recommended. we were cashing out lady behind the counter why we were buying that particular brand. She then told us about some kind of red something that has much better ingredients in it. So we went with the recommendation and with having two cats we got to buy one get one 50%. We will continue to shop there clean store, and very helpful people there.Just came home with lots of goodies. Very nice people again today. Helped me shop and carried to the car.

If you have a dog, the amount of supplies, the self wash statement and etc all probably make this a good store for you. Not much available for other animals. The "critters" and "reptiles" are all in one aisle. This aisle is it for birds, hamsters, reptiles, anything that isn't dog, cat or fish.The one snake they had there was a very unhealthy looking ball python and we counted 7 dead fish.
