The chili pet supplies plus is amazing. Everyone there is so kind and speaks to customers like they know them personally. I only have good things to say about the groomers. My dog has bad hips and they are always so gentle with her. Allison at check out is super sweet, everytime I stop in she always gives me a compliment and is so genuine. You never know what someone could be going through in life and it just goes to show that kindness like hers can really makes someone’s day.Also pro tip for anyone out there, they take cat food donations! My calico is picky with her food, so when we had some canned food that she didn’t like, they happily took it off our hands!

The cat food I wanted wasn't available but Ben was nice enough to offer to look for it on the next delivery and hold it for me. Thanks Ben!

This post applies to the Chili Avenue Pet Supplies Plus. I have a number of pets, including border collies and cats. Every time I am in the store, I find the staff very helpful. One person that I’d like to review is Ben. He is ALWAYS cheerful, greets me with a smile, and helps load the heavy kitty litter into my car. I can tell he likes what he is doing. I never have to ask for help. He can foresee ahead the fact I’m going to need help. That is a good employee! Proactive, approachable, and positive attitude. I hired for a large company for many years. Pets Plus… Ben is a role model for your store. You have a valuable asset…. Great work on your hiring process!

We came in tonight to purchase a tick remover tool because we lost ours and our dog had two ticks behind her ears. Even though she is treated because of where we live and that she plays in the woods she gets them still sometimes. The girl told us they do not carry the tick tornado anymore and showed us a spray that they had. She asked me if my dog has a tick right now and I told her yes two on her head. Immediately she offered to remove the ticks for us! She was beyond gentle with my girl even though she was nervous being in a new store, having a stranger handling her. I do not know her name she had dark hair and tattoos on her wrist/hand but thank you so much! We would have had to drive 40 more minutes to go to petco to get the tool. You were amazing!!! ❤️

Always with the crickets...So unreliable on when they have them. "We get them on Tuesdays", no wait "We get them on Thursday AND Tuesday"... Go on Tuesday, "We don't get them on Tuesday anymore, it's Thursday now".Come back on Thursday, "We don't have any... They should've been here by now".3 trips now and still no crickets... I really don't understand how it's so difficult to stock a food supply for the pets you actually sell... Frustrating

They have low-cost vet services on Saturdays, they have pet grooming services, and DIY was tubs with all the supplies you need to wash your four legged family members (be sure to buy the discounted pet wash card if you plan to use the tubs on a regular basis)

The store itself is fine, the employees are better now than six months ago thats for sure. Never gave you my email yet i receive email receipts??? You could do better with grooming supplies, very expensive even your employees suggest buying on amazon

My dog is 15 and needed a haircut,bath and a nail trim (the nail issue had cause him to sometimes slip and stumble, but he always gets back up). Also, he was terrified as he was in a new place. The "groomer" called and said he noticed my dog had some trouble standing, I explained to him that all dogs do that as a defense mechanism. He claimed he "went to his manager" who decided to end the appointment without clipping his nails, I asked him to do so and he refused. DO NOT RECOMMEND, STAY AWAY.

First time having a dog groomed and I had such a very pleasant experience. The groomer Steven was phenomenally nice did wonderful with my dog and my baby looks so good and he is so happy. Do believe I'm going to have Steven as my permanent groomer. Everyone in that department though was exceptionally nice as well as the store very good experience

LOVE the sales associate at this store, love this location and great staff, however, their grooming salon is extremely unprofessional. I’m fully understanding of what you can and cannot do at a grooming salon. However, it is extremely unprofessional that when I make the grooming salon aware of what medication my dog is on before the appointment. Then they do not tell me he can’t be on his anxiety medicine. I drove all the way here for them to tell me they can’t see him. store policy or not you should make your customers aware before you show up. Or have better communication between your staff. I informed a gentlemen when I booked the appointment. Well you think that would be in a text, or they would tell me after seeing his vet records and me verbally telling them what medicine he’s on.Nope we can’t see you. And it’s not like they even tried to rectify it by saying “oh since we can’t see him today we can give you 10% off the next time you come in.” I will never book a grooming appointment with this salon again. Very very poor communication to their clientele. PetSmart it is. I will drive the extra 18 minutes for the service. Very disappointed with the communication here…

Rose and Angel have both been great groomers for our dog! They did a great job communicating and taking into account what we wanted done, what was necessary in some cases (matting etc.), and how long it might take for them to have him ready. They are always respectful of our time if it's a busy day for them and they get behind schedule, which is very much appreciated.

The groomers are amazing!! Took the time to talk to me about my dog's history and behavior. Very knowledgeable about her fur and shedding issues and offered great advice and product recommendations. Even took time to adjust for her disability (she is an amputee). These folks LOVE animals and their care shows it!
