We took our dog to this location for a wash and was greeted with attitude and the worker made me and my wife feel very unwelcomed. Being that we pay so much for the wash services already, we previously left our discount card behind on the counter with one wash used (1/5) and was willing to buy another. But with the attitude and lack of help we didn't. We purchased one wash instead. Because the experience was uncomfortable which is disappointing because we previously enjoyed washing our dog here.

I called before hand to ask if I could use self wash if my dog had a skin issue and was told I could as Ling as I had my own shampoo because they don't have medicated wash I informed them I had my own soap for the dog. But I pay for then wash and then get told as I'm leaving I can't come back due to the skin issue. So needless to say I won't be coming back.

This store is consistently wonderful. It's employees are welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. Maddie helped me pick a new food that would be suitable for my dogs food allergies recently. She also helped me find several chew toys that have curbed his mouthing. At another visit a different employee shared extensive knowledge about caring for rabbits when I came in clueless about my new bunny. The level of time, support, and expertise this store provides is the reason Pet Supplies Plus is the only place I will shop for any of my pets!

This is the cutest pet store! Everyone is so nice and helpful. I found a very healthy brand of food for our cats, and they loved it. It's actual food. When I opened the bag it smelled like recognizable food, it was great. I feel good about getting that.The store has a "bar" for dogs with a whole bunch of fancy treats laid out on a tall table, almost like a buffet. Adorable! Not so hipster that it makes you want to run away lol but very nice!

I have been feeding my cats (🐈X3) holistic food since they were kittens. It costs a bit more, they don't eat nearly as much. Litter duty will be lighter, zero corn and fillers. My cats all turned 13 in June I have only one with health issues, hyperthyroidism. They all look great, and don't act like Senior cats.

As a very busy and tired mother of both a little human and a dog I do not appreciate being told the wash had been cleaned for the night and not available an hour before close. As a former employee I can understand wanting to get out early but 30 mins is a more appropriate cut off I’m extremely irritated and now need to reschedule my dog’s vet appt as a a result of this inconvenience

I have been shopping here for years now and have always had a great experience!I shop at the Pittsford location and love that there is reserved parking directly in front of the store (handicap & not) so it makes things fast and easy!They have doors that automatically open, making it a breeze to walk in & out with your furbaby. Walking in you are always greeted by friendly employees.The aisles are open and roomy with everything from a "raw bar" and decorated cookie station all the way to hamster accessories. They literally have the best of everything in there for almost any pet.Lastly but not least, they offer pet bathing services where YOU CAN BRING YOUR DOG IN AND GIVE THEM A BATH YOURSELF in one of their tubs for a small fee - then they do the cleanup! No more home bathtubs covered in fur. Lol...if you know what I mean.Seriously, I love this place, and you will too! Create an account with them for your purchases to earn you free cashback coupons, they also offer surveys, etc. to earn even more off your pet supplies! Just great.

This is our go to place for our 2 dogs and 2 Guinea Pigs! The staff is very helpful and we find they send coupons often.We have used their doggie self washing area several times and have always found it clean and well stocked.When I’m there to pick up the 50 pound bag of dog food they are always ready and willing to help put it in the trunk - always appreciated!!

Stood for a good 3 minutes before an associate came to help me check out. Getting to pat a happy golden retriever made up for it though.

This is a store with fantastic personnel. They recognize your name and remember what you ordered and have it ready at the cash out area when you arrive. It's well worth the drive to make my purchases. Also, because it is independently-owned, it seems as if the personnel have the flexibility to go the extra distance to make it a wonderful shopping experience.

I love that these stores are a chain, but independently owned. They strive for local and specialized products. Which adds to the feel that you're at a "mom & pop" store, and often you really are. This one is great. Staff was very nice AND knowledgeable.

I placed an order 6 weeks ago for a bag of cat food and have been lied to ever since. I’ve called repeatedly and every time I’ve been told “it will be here tuesday”. Every week it didn’t show up. I finally stopped in and spoke with a manager who told me it hadn’t even been ordered yet because they “aren’t very careful with the order slips and lose them from time to time”! She assured me she would place the order and it would be here the following week, but now it’s over a week later and it still hasn’t come in. I’ll just order online.
