Our dog Cooper always has a good experience at K-9 Playtime. The staff is friendly and helpful and most importantly, love dogs! It is clean and there is a lot of indoor and outdoor space. They provide a great bath and accommodate daycare or longer overnight stays. We highly recommend them.

Adopted sage today. Have owned dogs my entire life. Never had one as loving and playful as her. She has captured my heart and I never want to leave her side. You can't put a price tag on love. This dog is truly beautiful inside and out. Thank you so much for allowing me to adopt such a loving dog. God bless all of you for the work you do! It takes special people to do special things for these beautiful dogs. I feel honored to have been approved to adopt such a sweet girl. A special shout out to Jack who fostered Sage for over 8 months. I wish for you the best in everything you do!

I’ve been sending my pup for a few weeks now and he loves it. Comes home exhausted at the end of the day and eagerly runs in each morning. His first day he got a “report card” that my friend joked was more detailed than her human children’s report cards at their daycare. I originally planned to have him at daycare once a week and hire a dog walker for other days but they’re only about $10 more than my dog walker for an entire day of activity and attention so I send him multiple days a week instead.

We love the people who work there... especially our dog, Keanu. They are welcoming and friendly. Best part is how flexible they are to work with our needy schedule. They have fair prices and always treat us and key with respect. Love k9.

My puppy loves coming to K9 playtime ! She has been coming here on and off since she got all her vaccinations! Great place for socialization and also great for a confident puppy who loves to play. Only good things to say about the staff and the facility, keep up the good work!

Pretty lousy attempt at getting my dog accumulated with the daycare center. They only lasted less than an hour before not wanting to have her there any further. I made An attempt to mention that i would Have no problem staying there for an hour while my dog warmed up to the other dogs there(she’s 6 months old, so still a puppy and perfectly natural for her not to be used to a daycare clinic) and the manager had no desire. Glad i saw these true colors shown before leaving my pup there for a full day or wasted any of my money there.

Our dog Max loves spending time with Jen, Jack, and the rest of crew at K9 Playtime. 3 days a week, every week, and it’s unquestionably his favorite place.

My dog has been going to K-9 playtime since she was a puppy. She truly seems like a part of the family there. It's such a great feeling to know that she is being well cared for, loved and is playing safely with her friends when I'm away at work. Amazing place, great staff. 5 stars :)

My dog loves it at K-9 Playtime! She goes a couple days a week and always comes home happy and tired! She sleeps the rest of the evening which is great for us with the energy she normally has! Very convenient to our work and our house as well, would recommend to anyone!

This place is spectacular! With wonderful caring staff that go the extra mile with your beloved pup! I never have to be the least bit concerned when my baby is there. She loves it and so do we! Overnight boarding is also available and I would highly recommend!

My dog has attended Dog E Woggy for over a year now. We love the piece of mind we get with Jennifer, Jack, Darlene and the rest of the staff. Our dog gets so excited when we pull in the parking lot and is exhausted when he comes home. They have created a wonderful, safe and clean space. The team is so kind, flexible with our schedule and truly loves our dog. We are thankful to have such a wonderful resource in the city!

We love walking through the doors of K-9 Playtime. Jennifer, Jack and the entire staff are welcoming, patient and caring. It’s obvious that this is a labor of love and commitment to the dogs that are treated as their own. We will continue to recommend K-9 Playtime to our colleagues and friends.

K-9 Playtime is the best. The owner and staff really care about the pups. A special shout out to Jack. My pup can’t wait to get in to play with his pack and comes home happy and tired. This place is great for my pup and saves my sanity!

I have seen the facilities and work conditions people are put through and there's too many dogs per person (one person to 25 dogs!!). while I was there to inquire about letting my dog come to this facility a dog fight broke out and there is only one person in the room to be able to handle it which made it exceedingly hard to end the situation. The fact that an empty one-star review causes you to be irritated and insult me shows the quality of establishment.

I love K9 Playtime because the staff are so wonderful. My Molly gets so excited to go there and play with all her friends, both human and canine, she can barely wait for me to stop the car. And when I pick her up she is happy and tired. She is so much more confident around other dogs. We are both very satisfied!

This is the safest place I have ever used for our fur babies. It's also is the cleanest place I have ever used. I have 2 small dogs that think they are big at times and the staff knows when they need a break and they put them in their quiet room so they can rest or play. They also will bring them out to the front desk to hang out with staff. When we went on vacation in August I texted them many times to check on them. They always responded which was very impressive to me. You can even call them to check on your fur babies. The staff also post pics of the dogs playing and hanging out. Thats really nice to see especially when you miss them. I feel its better to take them there over a kennel. They have much more freedom and it's better than being stuck in a create at a kennel or vet. The owner puts her heart and soul into this business and I would highly recommend taking your dogs here.

These guys are great! Super clean, expansive facilities, with professional staff and lots of activities for the dogs. My dog Hobbes loves it here. He goes to day care once each week and I've boarded him as well. Highly recommended

Staff has amazing been amazing in dealing with me! I’m always 5-15 mins late to pick up my dog, I always need a last min boarding and even once my parents forgot to pick up my pup. I can not stress how amazing this team is and I am SO thankful to have found them! My dog isn’t the most social boy but I feel like he really does enjoy his time here vs other doogie daycares.

i have tried several other facilities which all have their pros and cons. A surprising number keep dogs in crates for part of the day so that they "do not get overstimulated" (if I wanted my dogs crated I would leave them at home and save the money and travel time). Here the emphasis is on socialization and play. The staff obviously love the animals and they remembered my labradoodle's name after the first visit which impressed me. I would give them a five star rating but they do not have cams which I would prefer (not to check up on people but to entertain me while I work). Jon

I really wanted to like this place. We live in the neighborhood, so it would be hugely convenient, and the building is a cool design concept. But we had multiple disorganized, confusing and frustrating encounters with the staff here. My boyfriend initially called to schedule my pit bull for daycare. The owner emailed us the necessary intake docs and asked us to bring my dog for a meet and greet/assessment. When we arrived for our scheduled appointment a few days later, the staff said they didn’t know we were coming and asked for our paperwork. We explained that we had already submitted it to the owner, but we emailed it to the staff again so they could reprint it. When we returned to pick my dog up a few hours later, we were told everything went great and that my dog was cleared to start daycare as soon as we submitted our paperwork. We explained that we already sent it twice, including to staff that same morning, but were asked to submit it again because they didn’t have it. Later that day, I noticed 3 tears on the pads of my dog’s paws, which she must have gotten from the daycare meet and greet, as we took her there first thing in the morning. She couldn’t walk by the end of the day, so I called the vet, had her rest for a few days, and she recovered. Not a huge deal. I expect these things will happen at a doggy daycare, so never mentioned it to staff. About a week later, after she recovered, I dropped her off for her first day of daycare. Two hours later, I received a call that my dog had been separated from the other dogs and needed to be picked up ASAP. I asked what happened, as my dog has been to 11 other daycares between Rochester and NYC (where I used to live) and never had a single issue. They responded by telling me “she just isn’t happy here” and needs to leave. I asked again what happened and whether she was aggressive toward the other dogs. As a passionate dog mom and behavior therapist of humans, I find these details crucially important so I can address any issues immediately. I sincerely want to know how my dog is behaving, especially in a case like this that sounded so out of character. The response was “we don’t use that word [aggressive] here” followed by an explanation that “she’s no spring chicken” anymore (she’s 6) and would be happier somewhere else. When we picked her up, my dog was sitting calmly separated from the other dogs and again no one would explain what happened. I still never got an answer. They didn’t refund any of the entire day I paid for daycare, which is fine. But, it took me 5 outreach attempts over 3.5 months for them to finally return the $200+ daycare package I prepaid for. They also provided recommendations for 2 other daycares we could try about 40 minutes outside Rochester. Which I found strange. My dog has since been back to another daycare in Rochester multiple times and never had any issues. In fact, I’m constantly told what a kind, loving dog she is, which is more consistent with reports from precious daycares. In summary, I don’t trust this place due to the repeated disorganization and vagueness about an apparent incident that I believe should be shared with the dog owner.

I have been bringing my dog here every Saturday for play groups since January. It's a great place! Couches to play on, a fenced in outside area to go potty and lots of dogs to play with. My dog has overcome all shyness by going there and when he realizes where we are he gets so excited.I have not yet needed boarding or day care yet but when I do, I know where I"m taking him!

We started bringing our dog here in June and he just loves it! And we love it when our dog is tired out after a day of play! We've also boarded our dog multiple times (sometimes on very short notice) and everyone is wonderful!

Some of the staff is friendly, my dog seems to have a good time there and comes home tired. However, she has come home with bite marks on her face before which I wasn't warned or called about - assuming because no one noticed due to the number of dogs they have. She has fear issues as she was rescued and employees routinely drag her back by a leash instead of carrying or coaxing to gain trust. In addition to this, when I picked her up the other day another dog escaped from the back into the main lobby with my pup, which to me wasn't a big deal because it was closed and there weren't any other animals. An employee proceeded to scream at the dog in front of me to the point where the dog cowered and peed on the floor. Besides this, there appears to be some type of rescue organization that goes on in the background. They routinely bring in pups from craigslist who have active flea problems. Just not exactly a professional place and it doesn't seem the employees have any formal training in dog behavior. I won't be returning.

Phoebe loves her friends at K-9 Playtime. We swear she knows which days she goes to doggie daycare and gets excited! She has a fear of men and Jack has continued to try to help Phoebe relax around him. He shares videos with us. Phoebe also enjoys Spa Day once a month. We love the feedback at the end of the day. Phoebe is treated as a pal not as a number. We are thrilled they are so close to NWVillage. Thank you!

I bought the Groupon and took my two dogs in to get bathed. The staff took great care of them and they came back smelling AMAZING! They continued smelling amazing for about a good week afterwards. I couldn't believe it. I even emailed Jennifer asking what she used and she happily responded and remembered the two dogs. I wish they weren't so far away from where we live, otherwise the daycare would be great for them! We'll definitely bring them back for baths though!

Gomez loves going to Dog E Woggy and he’s a cranky fuss pants! The staff know all of the dogs’ names and are attentive and caring. When i pick him up, they always tell me how he was that day! Having been in with the dogs for play groups on saturdays for the past 3 years, the negative comments about the handling of dogs are unsubstantiated. We have watched the staff manage groups of dogs knowledgeably. If a problem occurs, it is dealt with quickly and professionally. Gomez and his friends highly recommend Dog E Woggy’s!
