Very nice, clean and organized. We were able to find everything we needed to complete his model aircraft carrier. I found the perfect upholstery fabric for my chairs at a great price!! Flowers and wall decor to complete my living room. I'm Soo excited, can't wait to start!! I finished my flower arrangement finally!🎉 Anything I need is here, I'm doing a nautical theme, the beach too!!! My hubby and I was born and raised on and by the Ocean. This is Henrietta, NY, Hobby Lobby.. the friendliest cashiers too!!

I noticed as I walked in, were all sorts of furniture displayed especially a small table with 4 chairs. Very sturdy construction. I went back into paints and saw a sale on acrylic paints. I bought a bunch of them to do an acrylic pour. In the paper section more paper, either single sheets or packets of paper. Huge selection from holiday themed to color schemes or different colors and different hues. Lots to see! I saw a lot of crosses in many designs, one made with nails. Many pictures, and decor items in different styles to grace your walls.Going into the store, one set of doors, you have to open; but, the inner doors slide open. Isles are wide and level. If someone needs to have help getting something down, just ask and someone will be glad to get it for you. It is worth your while to take a look around.

This place is my best and favorite place to shop, hands down. It's like an adventure each time I visit this store. :) I absolutely LOVE this place, and so do many of my family members. There's so much to see and to buy and it's a very comfortable place to be. It has a HUGE variety of amazing items, and you can easily spend hours at this store. There's something for everyone here. A gentleman named Joe works the floor, and he is always ready to assist with a great smile and personality. If you've never been to this store, you're missing out! :)

Good products, good prices, friendly staff, and awesome sales.The products on the shelves near the entrance are a little preachy with a heavy christian theme. But none of the staff push anything, so if you don't like the religious stuff, just walk by it to get the craft supplies. If you do like the religious stuff then hey, bonus! lol

Overall the whole experience is okay but I love the craft items and furniture, but just had a rotten experience with a check out employee that was rude, threw my items around (which were breakable), barely talked to me or looked at me, and I purchased a reusable bag and she left like 4 items out of the bag that she apparently couldn’t bother to put in the bag and just left them there for me to struggle to pick up and get away from her. Seemed like something was going on with her and I do have solidarity with retail workers but this one was just plain rude and not acceptable.

I love this store! It is chock-full of bargains and craft ideas. Likewise, you can buy gifts for family and friends at competitive prices. The staff are exceptionally knowledgeable about merchandise and are extremely friendly. This location is by far my favorite.

My father in law and I went to this beautiful and very clean and organized Hobby Lobby location. Mark in the frame department was extremely helpful and framed two family pictures for us, and added a dust cover on the back and an easy hanging cord on the back. He was friendly and professional!Went back in winter of 2024, with my niece puppy, and everyone was so nice! Really chill and not a busy location!

Great store as usual. Being born and raised in OKC it always reminds me of home when I see Oklahoma City on all the labels haha. Love their home decor, and catching a sale is always a plus.

Great store for crafts, hobby, and home decor - wide variety of nice things at reasonable prices, and staff is always friendly and pleasant.Occasionally, there's high variety at the slight expense of quality/depth for specific craft materials, but overall the store is totally adequate and presentation is well above average.

Snotty woman worker thinks she is doing the paying customer a favor when she points out the area the customer cannot find because the aisles aren't numbered. Not terribly impressive, since there is a competitor store not too far away.

Nice place to go broke. Everything has been overpriced and then tagged at 50% off or more to bring it to its real price. Nice gimmick. Its gotten me a couple of times. Its got alot to look at and its really nice.

I'm so grateful that this location has opened up. The layout is pretty much the same as the Webster location. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Check their weekly ad online for their deals and a 40% coupon that you can use for 1 regular priced item.

This was my first time in Hobby Lobby ever!! Oh what a great experience we had (grand and me). We found so many project to do and I got some great decorating ideas. The Staff...oh the staff was so friendly and helpful. I haven't seen this type of service since pre pandemic. All in all a great experience....my new favorite place😃

I could dump a ton of money here! They have a great variety of products and even seasonal items on sale starting at 40% off. My only suggestion would be to have a store map available. I spent more time than I would have liked looking for the department I needed.

I would have given them less stars if this one associate hadn’t have stepped in. Her name is Trish and she is AMAZING. !!! She took right over and helped me with my return. Absolutely the nicest and sweetest woman ever. CANT say enough about her. They need to make her store manager. When I walked thru the door the actual store manager was the first person I interacted with and he was short and rude with me. He seemed irritated and mad I was making a return and as I’m explaining my situation cause I had a few questions about the r return process he was walking away as I was in mid sentence and just kept telling me to go to register one. And the next interaction was even worse. He made me feel so uncomfortable and it made me feel like I was annoying him and that he was mad. Def ZERO customer service skills!!!! A manager like that would almost make me never shop there again !!! So thank you Trish for stepping in and stepping up to help me and make me feel like it wasn’t me that it was him !!!!
