We've had the best experience with Hidden Pet Fence! I would recommend them to anyone looking to add an invisible fence to their yard. The sales rep, Charlotte, who came to give us the quote, was the best!! She was extremely prompt, personable and friendly yet professional. She was beyond knowledgeable of all the products/services and answered all our questions and then some and quoted us a reasonable price. I spoke with Lori this morning because our one year old spaniel ran through the driveway yesterday, thinking she could go for her walk without her harness attached. She went back through but it didn't seem to be strong enough to really bother her. Lori helped me up the power on the color from the phone. Very easy to follow her directions and now I have the piece of mind that my dog won't try this again and if she does at least she will feel it and not want to again. We just recently had our pet fence installed after two years of dealing with a do-it yourself fence that gave me nothing but problems. I have nothing but good things to say the customer service has been wonderful if I’ve had any questions along the way everyone has been great to answer them. I have a Great Pyrenees and a Great Pyrenees mix. My dogs respect the boundaries and the customer service is spot on. I looked into several different underground fences before I chose this one. Cost was better than the others and it was easy to talk to their customer service. Also their tech, Cory, spent time with my dogs training them on the boundaries. So far, I’ve had my fence for 4 years, and I love it.

We have had a great experience with them from the first phone conversation to Char coming out and giving us information and seeing what we had planned in our heads to Garrett coming out and walking us through from putting in the fence, installing the transformer , to the first training by positive reinforcement to the paperwork and walking us through what we need to do going forward. Gone are the days of getting a cute little puppy from the people next door!We invest a good bit of cash for our fur babies. Shots, spaying, neutering, proper nutrition... Yes it's expensive. But we're not just spending money on our pets. We are investing in our own happiness and joy. And after all this the last thing we would want is for one of our puppies to get hit by a car or to get lost.We are an older couple and can't really keep up with our two dogs when we take them outside. And because they're so young, they have to go out in the night too.I can't begin to tell you how wonderful it has been for us to have invested in a Hidden Fence. Our Rosie and Petuniaare still puppies and love being outside. How quickly they adapted to their new boundaries. Such a relief for us as pet parents to know that they are safe even when we are not out there with them.Dogs are smart animals and learn quickly. We followed the instructions that our wonderful trainer and installer,Pazel, so patiently gave to us.We had lots of questions that we began to think of not too long after Pazel left our driveway. Charlotte has been so helpful to us answering any questions or concerns that we have had over that first two to three weekperiod when all four of us were learning. Wonderful experience having a pet fence installed by Hidden Pet Fence of NY, Inc. They worked with me to meet local codes/ordinances and were transparent with pricing. Install was easy and fast, and the one-on-one support with training was excellent. I had serious doubts about whether or not this would work with my very stubborn 10yo lab-collie mixes, but Hidden Pet Fence made the whole experience painless. We are very happy with our new invisible fence. Our dog Shiloh knows his boundaries pretty well. At the beginning, there were a couple of times when our dog escaped through the fence. We called Hidden Pet Fence and a trainer was available to work with us. It’s nice not having to worry where our dog is every minute. We can focus on the kids more.

My dog was literally trained the first 45 minutes! No repeat sessions were needed and the ongoing training methods I was given were even barley needed. We have a shiloh shepherd and the fence works like a charm! He is 90 pounds and has never gotten out of the fence. We put it in when he was about 6 months old. The installation was so easy and then they worked with the puppy for about 1/2 hour showing him the boundaries. For 2 weeks 3 times a day we walked the property with our puppy on a leash. We kept the flags up for about 2 months. We took out every other flag for about a week until they eventually were all gone.

I received a check-up call just to see how everything was working. We just had a break in the wire due to high winds and trees falling. The sent a repair man immediately and he found the break promptly. Excellent customer service and terrific work.

We were looking for an option that would allow our dogs to run our 1/2 acre yard and even the cheapest fences were going to be more than $10k. We've had our hidden pet fence for more than 2 years now and it's going very well. Any issues we have had with collars are fixed right away and when we ran into difficulty with a neighbor who did not have faith in our fence and was complaining to the town (even though the dogs clearly do not get out), they came out and were able to adjust settings that moved the line back without the expense of moving the line. That was a huge relief for us! Last great thing to share: we were able to get our fence put on the same signal as our parent's hidden pet fence (they live 30 minutes away but have the same hidden fence) so our dogs could run free in their yard when we go over there! It was a simple reprogramming and they were happy to help us figure out how to make that work on both ends so our parent's dogs could run free at our place, and vice versa. In all; our experience has been very good and I highly recommend this company for a hidden fence! PS I recommended them to my neighbor who is now also very happy with their hidden fence.

Jordan and Rob were our technicians who came and installed our hidden pet fence, they both were very professional and respectful of our home. They were on time , the work was completed quickly. Once the fence was installed they took our pups out 1 at a time to begin their training. They handled them with ease and great care giving them praises as they progressed. Once the training was done for their first session they came in and explained what our responsibility's would be over the next few weeks. They assured us that if any problems were to arise for us not to hesitate to contact them and they would help resolve them.
