I DO NOT RECOMMEND , ONLY 5star GOES TO A OLDER LADY WORKER that makes up for the many issues I see here daily! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF SHE IS THERE but make sure you have time because no other staff working half the time if they even are there.(Joanne I believe her name is)(older lady, dark hair, name starts with a J I believe)J greets me with a smile religiously & majority of the time I don’t see anyone else working . I get amazing customer service and that’s unfortunate because that is going straight in the garbage because the staffing/management is not there and makes this store look like a fool.I can’t complain , I choose to go to this location that doesn’t value their customer enough to take measures ensuring enough staff is present & working so that my experience is neutral at least , timely and consistent.not timely , not consistent and on just luck of the draw they drew a big stickWith J so my experience with her is positive

Dunkin’ Donuts in the Safeway on Chili Avenue is the worst Dunkin shop on the face of this Earth. There were no cars in the Drive Thru and no one at the window. When I pulled up in the afternoon the response was, “ I will be with you in a minute.” 3 minutes later I was still waiting. THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE IN THE LINE! This Dunkin is poorly managed and you always have to wait sometimes even when there’s no one else in line!

I'm a longtime patron of Dunkin'. I prefer the stand a loan stores. Because of the warmth, seating, and better selection. The gas station Dunkin' is not the best example of a doughnut store. Only two seating options. One counter type w/ three chairs, one round table w/ a single chair. We would have preferred the round table w/ two or more chairs. The drinks and food were better than good. The staff were also kind and friendly. I'd return but prefer stand a loan stores. We got chocolate milk, coffee, 2 apple fritters, one egg, bacon, cheese croissant, one egg, sausage, cheese, muffin.

Ordered from grubhub. terrible.asked for less ice in my drink. instead got ice gallore. food was made WRONG, and some were not even there. asked for a bacon egg and cheese on a cinnamon raison bagel with an extra egg. instead i get an everything bagel with ONE egg. and the 2 donuts i asked for were missing.i don't understand how something SO simple can be messed up SO bad. it's clear they don't even care and just want our money. and dont' even get me started on the so called "inflation". 5 bucks for TWO creme filled donuts? jfc that's highway robbery. so yeah. avoid this place.

Absolutely terrible. 20 minute wait for 2 sandwiches. During that wait I noticed how dirty the store is. Stains dirt and mold on the ceiling vents. The walls have grease streaks and dust stuck to them. The bottom of the walls where they meet the floors look like they've never been cleaned. I will not return. This is in need of a health department inspection, and I'd bet they shut it down until it's brought up to code. Shameful.

There are certain things that just can't happen. I have a three strikes and you're out policy. Went in on 9/16 in the afternoon and several employees were cleaning. Ladders were out, black bags were loosely placed over equipment and employees were using buckets of cleaning solution and an abrasive brush to clean the ceiling and high parts of the store. The cleaning solution was dripping down onto everything below. My coffee had to be brewed (they didn't have any fresh) and while it was waiting, the employee set the bucket down a few inches away from where my open coffee cup was waiting for the coffee to brew. We are talking less than 6 inches away as he continued to dip the brush in and out of the bucket. (As careful as anyone can be, stuff splashes out). I eventually said I was worried about my coffee tasting like soap water which led to the reply of, "it's not soap water, it's bleach". I think it goes without saying that doesn't make it any better. I'm not a health safety expert and I think a lot of those protocols are excessive, but I'm pretty sure bleach dripping from the ceiling onto prep surfaces is probably against the rules. On one other occasion the line moved so slow I left and on a second occasion I had placed a mobile order and had to abandon it (losing my money - it's not worth the hassle to try to get three bucks back). I like the product but I'm done with Dunkin. I've deleted the app. There are other coffee choices.I just can't get past this one.

I have got to stop coming here every morning... usually one employee here in the morning (when they actually show up)(sometimes you'll come and wait in the drive-thru for 15 minutes, only to find out the opener didn't show and they aren't ready to serve yet) usually atleast a 10-20 minute wait for an iced coffee. That's literally all I get.

Two times ordered coffee and bagel and they served coffee without the sweetener requested and a charred bagel. After talking with manager he said that the app sent him incorrect information on sweetener (really, just own up to the error), but more significant was the charred bagel. The explanation I was given is that it was ordered as toasted darker. Apparently, they believe dark and charred are similar. I would have expected any manager to offer a replacement on a next visit, but the manager would rather make excuses than offer basic customer satisfaction.

The Food is good, staff are pleasant and do a great job. Just don't go for an espresso. The steamer machine is broken and it takes forever. The staff are very apologetic but it sure would be nice if the franchise would fix it.I can validate some of the previous reviews concerns. For one the gas station does in fact have a tendency to not unlock the doors. This is very annoying. Parking is not great. However the store being inside a gas station is a victim of the location.

Orders are regularly wrong, drive thru wait times are anywhere from 2-10 minutes when nobody else is in line and store seems not busy (a few times I have driven away after waiting almost 10 minutes, only acknowledged once when I pulled up and asked to wait) and ordering inside is usually a 5-10 minute process for just a coffee. Usually 3-4 employees working, but they seem to spend most of their time running around trying to find where things are stocked and realizing last moment they are out of half of their coffee flavors and food itemsParking: Parking is almost nonexistent

You will sit at the window for 10 minutes while they do everything but take your money. They have messed up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME I've gone there. They forgot the cheese on a sausage egg and CHEESE croissant. They forget the egg (seriously?) on a bacon EGG and cheese croissant. I'm never going back there again. How do you forget the put ONE OF THE TITLE ITEMS on a sandwhich?

Waited 10 min in line to be ignored in the drive through. Pulled up to the window and the employee was sitting down and just shook his head no. So I went inside and he told me his replacement was late and that he wasn’t going to work. All I wanted was a donut, there were so many behind him. :(

This place is actual garbage. Basically nowhere to park, the doors to the dunkin are locked by the gas station, so you have to walk through the gas station to get to it, they don't have almond milk, they don't have the caramel "flavor swirl", and they don't have orange juice, or any bottled drinks apparently, even though they're literally inside of a gas station. So either I was told they don't have bottled drinks for sale, or they somehow ran out before 9am. Having been there once, and ordered delivery from there, I don't suggest either. Your order has a batter chance of being right and what you want if you scrounge through your neighbor's trash.

Being our neighborhood Dunkin, I wish I could write a better review but I CANNOT. The people are great, but the store is always out of product or their equipment is broken. And out and broken last for long periods of time. So now I drive to the Scottsville Rd location where the service is fast, they're organized and don't have the supply and logistic issues that plague the Chili Store. Why does this store have the issues others do not. Is it poor management; got to wonder. I hope they can get it together....

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced was at the location inside the Speedway at 3152 Chili Ave. I went through the drive thru on 10/6/22 at around 1:20 PM. One car was in front of me. When that car pulled away a voice barely audible over the microphone said something. I waited , thinking it would be a few seconds. After about 3 minutes, I said hello. The worker in a rude, condescending voice replied “I told you to hold on!” Well, not today sir, or ever again at that location!! I know companies are short handed and people are overworked, but seriously, hire decent, respectful people to represent your company!!If I could leave zero stars I would!!!

This location used to be great. Now it’s awful. I waited in line at the drive thru (first in line mind you) for over 20 minutes and never received service. I left and so did the 4 cars behind me. An unacceptable long wait is not uncommon for this location. Hire more staff and figure it out!

Literally the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Drive thru wait times are nearly 20 minutes for just a couple of cars. I made an online order, waited 20 mins and when I got to the pick up window I was told they were out of egg. Awful experience.

Love Dunkin. Just wish they were open later. I often get my coffee at night and they're almost always closed.--------I received a bagel today (6.4.23) that was so tough that it would've been easier to chew through a shoe. They must reuse old bagels before the new ones because this was absolutely astounding.

Needs new management for starters and workers the one person working doesnt work or even when there is 2 only 1 person is working maybe? this place is a bad joke constantly get ignored and got refused service casue the kid didnt want to work past their time.

Went there this morning and ordered food. An employee then came to the window and said they were out of eggs. Ok no problem, we'd just take munchkins. Pay for the coffee and munchkins and then another employee comes to the window to say they were out of munchkins. With 5 employees working I don't understand how you forget to pull eggs. I already know they're frozen but if you run out of something you could always borrow from another location. At least that's how it is where I work 🤷♀️

Never has eggs and hashbrowns! Someone need to learn how to keep up on their orders. I got my sandwich today and it was just a bagel with cheese and 2 pieces of bacon. Didn’t even tell me there was no egg. That Dunkin has gone downhill.
