I would argue that this is easily one of the worst Dollar Trees I’ve been into. It’s dingy towards the back, it’s usually disorganized, and it REEKS really bad. I don’t think it’s an issue necessarily of lack of cleanliness but there’s something wrong because the smell is awful. Last time I was here, there was a lady who had her dog (not a service animal) tied to her cart while her cat was in the carts seat, and what appeared to be a reptile of some sort in the carts carriage surrounded by the stuff she wanted to purchase. Truly bizarre.

The store was very messy! I was in search of Birthday decorations! The shelves were all so messy. Floors dirty! And floors looked like a cement garage floor. The store had an unpleasant odor. Outside the store in parking lot was garbage all around. I was surprised because the store building on the outside looked very nice. To me presentation is everything! First and last time for me in this location.

I loved it here the new store is huge and so clean. Thee associates here are very nice and welcoming. I always come to this particular Dollar Tree now. There is plenty of coolers to buy frozen foods and wide isles to get by even when it is crowded there is still plenty of room. The cashiers were quick but pleasant also. There's also plenty of parking here there's so many spots not all of them can get filled up even when it is busy.

At the Culver Rd & E Main store (Roch, NY) as busy as it was, cashier Makeima worked well under pressure and with patience. She is also fast in her job and juggles task quickly. You need more cashier's like her. Thank you for the time you took on finding the balloons for my granddaughter.

They have tons of cheap snacks. Great if you need stocking stuffers or other little gift add ons. Much better mask wearing this time than my last visit. Staff and customers all had masks, although there was one chin-idiot customer. You can get UTZ chips here!

Very organized compared to the others. Has a lot of variety for everything. I found that the stationary was a little less but the rest were amazing. I picked up some vases and flowers and found the perfect ones here

Someone said in the review this place is always stocked...get your eyes checked..... someone said service was great.... yeah sure.... but when you hear unprofessional language from the employees from the other end of the store during their so called conversations... better get a professional check up..... learn to respect your language when customers are around.....

There was smell of sour b.o. that seemed to stick in my nose, bengay, reefer, and cocoa butter all within 8min I was in the store. Dirty trashed floors, and shelves. I had to leave because the smell bothered me so much. I went to another store. They lost my business. It wasn't like that a month or so ago. It was bad and I shop at bodega stores all the time.

Love this dollar tree! They have everything you need for only a dollar! Even when you're low on funds...you can always afford the dollar store! Even found diapers for my grand baby! They're really nice too!

"NEW" "DOLLAR TREE". Dollar Tree, has recently opened another store at a new location. This Dollar Tree is located at, 821 Culver Rd., Rochester. This store is on the larger size, from my experience. The more space the more goodies. Many of the items found there is of good quality. All kinds of things can be found there. A wide variety of category (items), but may be limited on how much selection choices, of a particular category (item) is available. I enjoy shopping at Dollar Tree.

Amazing place gd people very respectable and there's a worker there named stacey . Let me tell you ive never met a person in my life so respectful and wonderful as her . That lady will go out her way to help you and make sure you get what you need and sometimes she gets to make you buy more stuff then what you came for lol she's an amazing person . They treat u beyond good and i love coming to this store everyday for my everyday needs but i will only come because of how Mrs.Stacey treats everyone and her team of workers as well . They make my time feel great there shopping and they make you laugh and very comfortable. I love going to your dollar tree on culver and eastmain . Its a place i recommend all my family and friends to shop at this store best store in rochester . Thanks so much guys and stacey .

The manager of this store took a 12-year-old to the floor BY THE NECK over a shoplifting speculation. He already had the backpack in question, he could have kept the bag and let the kid walk out. But he grabbed him around the neck like a pro-wrestler and dragged him to the office in front of everyone. 50-something white guy vs 12-y.o. black kid. Completely and utterly inappropriate, and I wish I had the clarity to have taken a video. I will not shop here again, and if you see an older man with no hair please exit immediately- he should NOT be made to believe this was a “necessary” means of force against a CHILD at the DOLLAR STORE. Disgusting.

This store is always a mess. Filthy dirty inside, shelves a mess, merchandise all over the floors. There is always a ton of garbage outside of the store as well, all over the parking lot and near the entrance.

I just left from there I felt like I was judged a little bit because I left my wallet in the car tried to collect the little money I had in my pocket to avoid holding up the line to go to the car but I wasn't enough so I run to the car and come back she had took my things out the bag and was telling her other workers to put them back as I approached her she said oh "y'all usually don't come back" I just handed the money and left.
