31 Jul '21I usually enjoy my trips to the Dollar Tree but 'TRIP' is the operative word here. There was trash all over the store!! I ended up spending most of my time looking down to keep from tripping over the trash. I did buy a few things although I got tired of trying to keep my footing so I purchased my items and left thecart obstacle course instead of looking at anything else.

I 🖤 the Dollar Tree. Everything i needed today was available. Shelves were being restocked. Friendly and helpful staff. Prices for most items are still $1.25. Nice!

The Stone Ridge location in Greece, NY is large with awide, well stocked selection and a friendly staff on the Sunday I was there. I also found a seasonal item, that we couldn't find other locations. This is an improvement on Sunday visit I had several months ago.

The dollar tree has reopened. Newly remodeled, more variety and stocked! So happy it's back in the neighborhood. This location has added a new dollar tree plus section. Higher quality items for $3-$5.

Its a nice dollar tree. Well stocked and checkout was faster than other dollar tree. One of the cleaning isle was closed down for some reason.Parking is ample and the enterance door is on the left side.

This store is the BEST!! Dollar store. Ridge road lowes plaza in greece. This store is so organized. So neat you walk in and can find anything you need. The employees are nice! The past manager Michelle was great! The store always looked awesome and things got ruff for a lite bit the store was trashed and they went through a ruff patch and then they found a new manager Joe is making the store look awesome again! Good job to the dollar store team you guys are awesome store looks great you all deserve better pay for all you do honestly. The only thing I say is you gotta hire more people coming from somone who has worked in retail for so long you guys have gotta get more help. A few on register and people working on the floor straightening the store and giving customer service. It gets to crazy in there gotta have more help. Don't say ya can't afford it you can't afford not to.

Employees seem good, but they seem understaffed. Whatever I've been here on the weekend to the line has been insanely long waiting for people to check out and there's usually one or two cash registers open on their busiest day. This is especially bad during the pandemic when you have a huge line of people just standing next to each other waiting to check out not all of whom are socially distancing, but even without the pandemic this would be annoying.

This used to be my favorite Dollar General, sadly its gone down hill over the years. The store is always a mess and shelves are regularly empty and out of stock. And they are usually one of the last locations to put out new items. I was going to stop in there the other day but they had a small sign on the door stating they were out of bags and you needed to bring your own, then i walked in to a mess and boxes just stacked in isles. I ended up leaving pretty quickly and going to a different smaller location. They never have enough staff working and the ones who are arent always helpful or friendly anymore. Makes me sad because its the biggest Dollar General in my area.

This Dollar Tree location is a fantastic a very clean very well-organized Dollar Store. Customer service was fantastic. Cash registers were no wait. Clientele was very pleasant. Lots of handicap parking available in front of the store.

Takes forever to get out of this store. The cashiers are slow and never have any help and the store is always a mess. If y’all need help just say that and hire some folks. I come in to grab one thing and stand in line longer then the time I spend in the store. Get it together‼️

The absolute worst experience I have ever had shopping anywhere in my 45 years of existence. The cashiers were swearing and rolling their eyes at customers. Customers had no clue what wearing a mask meant because I was the only one in there that actually had my nose and mouth covered. There were two employees not wearing masks at all. Will never return to this establishment again and hope others will think twice before entering. Not sure if they even have a leadership team because not one I person cared about the store or the people in it.

I bought a box of Advil and it is not in the bag. I have a headache and really do not want to go back. Also I wish the line to the checkout were set up differently. May arrows on the floor , last week when I was in the checkout a woman cut ahead of the person ahead of me. The customer looked right at me and her daughter paid for her purchase separately which made the wait time longer.

Dollar Tree was good the store was very stocked Saturday afternoon everyone buying getting what they need the cashiers were working hard to get the people out moving quickly no complaint with my shopping experience

Just came from there today. I had a lot of things to buy. A customer approached the cashier Zory and asked her if she couldn't stand when customers have so many items and she agreed with her and commented on it. It made me feel bad for even coming there. But I am helping YOU ZORY keep your job. You better thank God for the income you do have because someone will take your spot in a second. I will go to the dollar store by Joanns from now on. You guys have lost a customer.

There are so many good quality things that people search for and cannot find at more expensive stores: such as car was plus car wash sponge. Not all rich people want to waste money on Super Kisses at Delta Sonic. Plus all the cleaning products, plates, etc. Today I bought toothbrushes that come with travel cases, for 1$.

You can find some good stuff here for a dollar but constantly out of stock (not reliable) and they always have long lines. It's good to browsing but I wouldn't bank on them having that 1 specific item you need.

There are some very good buys at this store. Great stocking stuffers, and Christmas wrap and decorations at very low prices.

It's Dollar tree. What's more to say. This like the others typically only have one cash register open but the staff is nice and will take care of you if they are free. A lot to choose from, the good stuff is usually hidden. Lol. It's my favorite store.

Always enjoyed shopping at the Dollar tree where everything was a dollar. Now everything is a $1.25. Extremely disappointed. Absolutely will be shopping more at Walmart Supercenter and Aldis for many things.

I work at toysrus, I came in here to grab some drinks and a snack on my lunch break... i spent 10 minutes of my break standing in line while 1cashier rang people up , mind you there was an older lady standing there sorting carts for like 5 minutes before deciding to jump on register. I asked why they didnt have more cashiers and one lady told me someone was in the office on the phone or counting drawers or something whatever the case is, middle of the day on easter weekend you should have enough coverage

I have been going to this store a long time and have always bought alot from there...the cashier's are always helpful and nice but the one thing I have noticed today was in the drink and food isles had so many open boxes and many objects missing which kinda turned me off and cut my shopping short you will need security soon

I purchase the birthday cards I needed but the store was in a bit of disarray due to the fact that they were moving the artificial flower display all around but the most annoying thing today was the fact that they only had one cashier working and the cash outline was quite long

Wasn't a bad experience. Im staying in a hotel near by. The part that was bad is the cashier's would lose a race with a turtle with no legs....thats how slow they are.
