Yes the the Dollar tree in tops plaza that manager. Very disgusting individual.

Nice store, clean, with a good selection of products. I usually purchase seasonings on Dollar Tree, and this store has all of them. The parking lot is clean and well paved.

I could not believe the mess in there. It looked as though it was looted and they closed their restrooms to the public. I've never seen a place of business in such state.

E. Henrietta location is a very clean store. Had great Halloween decorations. Cashier was very pleasant and helpful.

Really great compared to most, if not all, Dollar Trees in the area. Excellent selection, room to breathe, and great customer service! I just spent $145 there. The man at the register was so good that I let the manager know.

If I could give it less than a star I would. The bathroom is disgusting !! Someone needs to bleach the floor and give it a makeover !! Since when is one of the bathrooms allotted for Employees only ?? The store is a complete mess !! They should shut down for a day and try to catch up. I travel for my job and I have been in quite a few Dollar Trees, this one is the absolute worst. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The employees are unprofessional. They were not exactly rude towards me but to rant loud that you don’t want to be here isn’t the most professional thing to do on the job! The also looked and acted as if they just rolled out of bed. The line was building up and the one cashier was taking her time walking from the back to the front to check us out. I know it’s not the fanciest store in the world but at least act like you care! Best bet is shopping online or just bite the bullet and go to Five Below!

Employee displayed poor customer service and attitude. Spoke to customers with profanity and told them to not “test” her. She said this is her second retail job so she doesn’t care. I told her to not speak to customers that way and she tried to intimidate me by staring at me and bobbing her head. This was at 5:20pm on 11/29. She was a shorter African American lady. Threw my stuff on counter and told me to leave.

This store is a bit of a mess. There were buckets placed around the store FULL of water from a leaking ceiling. Aside from that, they had a shockingly good selection of products

Pretty messy, not a lot of stock, and short on staff (which is probably the cause of the first two issues). I went in looking for several different items and walked out having found zero of them (usually places like this have at least one random item you're interested in). Nothing truly awful going on here, but if there comes a time when you're on a schedule and are counting on this spot to have XYZ Thing in stock so you can make your deadline, it might be a good idea to shop elsewhere that day.

Shopped for items without lots of people in the store however, the check out process was long with only two cashiers. The only time the store seemed crowded was during check out. Limited quantities of select items but guessing because it's the weekend prior to a holiday.

They greeted me when I walked in, but when it was clear I was looking for something specific wandering quickly up and down the aisle, no one asked me if I needed assistance. However it was clean and I did eventually find what I was looking for as I was walking out the door.

Prolly one of the only stores that the staff greets you when you walk in. Like any Dollar Tree, but it's a good feeling to be welcomed. These stores could use self-checkout though. Lines tend to get long at random times.

The store is still picked over with Covid. You can get many of the normal things but some laundry products are in short supply, as is some cleaning products.
