Horrible not greeting, also stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to cash out, after about 5 minutes of waiting walked around the store to find an employee to no avail. About 5 minutes later the cashier takes her time walking up with phone in hand texting with ear buds in...still no greeting or apology for the wait... clearly customer service isnt a priority here!

The staff are friendly but the inventory is very limited compared to other stores and it's pretty shabby inside. They do have a larger food/freezer section then I've seen in others. It's also super convenient for those of is who live in Chili Center.

I go there all the time... I always have been treated really well😃 unfortunately today the staff I felt was rude.. I am the one spending my hard earned cash don't need tudes 🤨

That cashier could help me my card. Yesterday this lady with white hair helped me with it and everything she was SOOO NICE but this guy was rude all he said was “sorry I can’t help ya” so today that store gets a one star

They have a hard time keeping help, place looks disorganized, and cluttered. Feel sorry for employees I think it's problems are at corporate level. No one stays there for some reason..

This is the cleanest & best organized Dollar General ,I have been in.the personal that work there are friendly, helpful,but most they themself ,are always in clean neat uniforms,they present an image of a good business.

Newly renovated Dollar General store.I highly recommend visiting if you haven't since the revamp. Much different atmosphere. Staff is always friendly!

The Henrietta location has become my little Wegmans. Longtime Henrietta residents know what I mean. :) Not always the cleanest, but new management makes me hopeful.

The Dollar General store is very nice, clean and the staff are all very helpful and always pleasant!! Especially Kathy and John !!! Liam, Josh and Tiffani are also very helpful.

Most dollar general place you go to are very clean and well kept ,but the aisles are look clouded and a tight Squeeze ,onse you pass that they might have two people at the register and that make the waiting unpleasant for a person like me who have back and hips problems other than that if you can do it it's not so bad
