First time I have ever used this groomer after not being able to reach Scooters previous groomer. Friendly awesome staff and when I picked him up he absolutely smelled so fresh clean and amazing. I actually have never in the 20 years of owning dogs picked up my dog from the groomers and had him smell so good I will be using them for all future grooming

They did a great job grooming my Australian Shepherd whose coat was in terrible condition for a great price. Her bottom and behind her ears were matted. I was so worried that they would just shave her and she would look horrible. I have two aussies and since the breed has a double coat I’ve always been worried someone would improperly groom them, so I’ve never used a groomer before. They did a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations. I will be bringing my other Aussie to them as well. Chelsea was her groomer!

They got me booked in super fast and they did an amazing job on my puppy Puddles! The woman grooming him taught my husband and I how to clean his ears and things to look out for! Super adorable and very fast but a great job :)

I am SO grateful to have found this place. My dog had an episode in the waiting room and they allowed me to stay and comfort him as he got his cut. They are very good and caring with all the animals. I was given great support and comfort. I'd recommend their service to anyone! Thank you ladies

Alicia did a great job. She was able to get me in after a few days, when other groomers were taking months for an appointment. My cat hates to be brushed, but Alicia was able to get her clipped with no problems in about 15 minutes. I would recommend her for anyone who needs to get their pet groomed. Thanks Alicia!

I am absolutely 💯 thrilled with the puppy cut my 5 year old morkie, Fozzie, was given here. All the professionals that work there are awesome! They are animal lovers and are running a very good establishment at Care A Lot. They treat animals well and don't stick the already anxious dog in a cage for hours and get your pet in and out. They do this all in a very professional manner. They were our babies' first groomers, and we had tried others and feel bad for some of the unprofessional groomers we had the unfortunate experience of meeting. (I will leave that there)we are back at Care A Lot and we will be forever customers. They are wonderful here! I tried all the pet stores for a simple nail trimming for my kitten and everywhere was a 2-3 week wait AND 50+ dollars which is fine but I walked into this place and 8$ for nail trim! What and I was there under 10 min! The lady was great and so kind! Also bought my kitty a matching bandana to my favorite sports jersey! definitely recommend! All that for 20$ (with 5$ being tip) I will definitely be taking Bootsy back there! Plus I think it’s more locally owned so I’d honestly rather take him there than a chain pet store! Thank you guys so much

Kristen was excellent with my Mini Doxie... Boops was bathed, got a great cut and nails trimmed. The prices were a great value, they were professional and responsive with communication and delivered my girl a little earlier than she said it would take... I will be a repeat customer....

Quick, affordable, and gentle. Tao does not like being brushed, so I’ve been bringing him to the ladies at Care a Lot for haircuts for almost a year. Each time I am amazed at their skill and speed. Cats are notoriously difficult to groom, and they make it look easy! I will keep coming her and recommending them to friends/family.

It's very difficult to find a decent, let alone trustworthy groomer for cats. But this one did a fantastic job with our cat Jax (very fluffy, white Persian and the goodest boy). He had some snaggly hair coming and they treated him with respect and kindness. He kinda looks like a mini poodle now but he seems very happy after all, and so are we. Thank you! 😁

They always do a great job on my dogs Max and Chanel. They come out of there looking like brand new pups. Today Chanel has a 5:00 appointment and I'm looking forward to bringing her home and letting her be free of her fuzziness. LOL I had to skip her last grooming appointment due to finances but we're back in action and I'll add a photo later so everyone can see how beautiful she will look. You can't beat their prices either. They're the best in town that I've found. So if you're looking for a pet groomer this is the place to go.

Owner is very rude. She is stuck up and has a lot of options. She likes to scold people on how they keep their dogs. Very stuck up woman. My dog had light matting around her legs after winter. I tried to explain We let her hair grow out to keep her warm. We also give her weekly baths and cutting out as much matting as we can. the owner of the shop just kept talking over me and continued to scolded me for it. I told her I could take my Dog else where if she was going to be rude or didn’t want to do the job, but all she did was to continue to scold me. I finally left because I am not going to a place that the owner feels she is better then her clients and feels she has a right to lecture them. I have worked for a groomer for years and my Dog was not bad and in all the time I worked in the Business never have I ever met a groomer that was so rude to her clients.

My son and daughter brought our long haired cat to be groomed. She had some mats that she wouldn't allow us to take out. My son said the groomer was very quick, professional. New exactly what she was doing. She new exactly how to handle our cat since it took three of us to get her in the carrier. The groomet took her out and put her back in with ease all by herself. She buzzed Cutie down in no time. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

The groomer is quick and professional. My cat has a bit of aniexty so he was acting crazy, but she managed to cut his nails and fur from his bottom. Charged $15😍 Very affordable. Only problem was she seemed to be in a hurry even though I was called to come in earlier than scheduled. ANYWAYS, highly recommend...especially cause she allowed me to enter the grooming space to calm my cat. I appreciate that.

I could not recommend them highly enough. My dog really needed her nails done and I didnt want her to be taken in the back and have bad experience. Her nails were cut quickly as I held her and everything went so smoothly. Everyone was beyond nice and loved on my girlie. We were in and out in 10 minutes without any appointment and it was $1 a paw!

My German Shepherd recently had some issues with his paws and some of his nails. Some were cracked and irritated to the point I considered bringing him to the vet. I brought him to Care-A-Lot instead and I could not be happier with the results! I walked in and they took care of him immediately. The entire staff was patient and very gentle with him, seeing as he was in some discomfort and very anxious in a new environment. Very reliable, very convenient, very reasonably priced. My mom and cousin also bring their dogs here for grooming and they just gained a new customer. Thank you all so much!!

My dogs have been coming here for years and I've always been happy to refer others looking for a groomer and I'd still recommend Alicia the owner. My dog's last two experiences with another staff member was so bad that I going to find another place. A simple bath, ears cleaned and nails cut was a painful visit for my pup. Maybe dull clippers caused my dog to have a severely cracked nail. The next visit after the nail healed was worse. Things happen but not twice and with the same person.

Based on the recommendation of our neighbor, we started taking our dogs here a couple years ago. It is always easy to get an appointment, with weekend and night slots, and we often choose to get the dogs' nails cut as a walk-in...$5 per dog. Really reasonable pricing and all the groomers are equally talented. I have on more than one occasion heard them be honest and upfront in regards to higher prices based on the complex needs of certain dogs costs/hair and the owners remarked that they were cheaper than anywhere else. Most of all, they always seem to care for our dogs and they are always done by the time they tell us to pick up.
