I stopped at location at Scottsville road location to get a rubin. The guy at the deli said he didn't have much experience at the deli. Sandwich was terrible, I ended up throwing away more than half. Disappointed that I didn't go to Arby's. I won't be stopping here again. You lost my future business because of inadequate employee training.

I asked for a little splash of strawberry sauce on top of my sundae. We politely asked the young skinny shorter kid if we could have a different one with a little less strawberry sauce, and he got angry and chucked the ice cream in the garbage and was not trying to hear anything else we had to say. Ice cream was great. However, for some ludicrous reason they are playing country music. I don't think I've ever encouraged kids to eat ice cream fast before, but here we are. Good ice cream isn't worth the cost of sandpaper against my ears - won't make the mistake of stopping here again.

Ice cream was ok, but portion size was very disappointing for a large cone. Employee serving had hostile demeanor, and could not keep orders straight, even though written on a pad. Compared against poster on window, a "large" was more like a slightly bigger "small."

I bought a breakfast sandwich that was being made and was told it would be brought to me when finished. Nobody delivered the order to me. I had too leave because of work, when I returned for lunch nothing was mentioned about the order. Integrity isn't their strong suit

Assistant Manager was wonderful.My friend got a flat tired about half a mile from the gas station so we came here.We did our best to get it changed but couldn’t. He came out- helped us out and when the spare tire was a dud too he gave us some pretty solid advice.I Asked if there was a survey or something I could do to get a higher ups attention.Not only was he managing his team member- but he was doing something that he absolutely did not have to. And made sure we were okay. When 2 women have a broken down care at 3am we never know what kind of human being to expect.I didn’t catch his name- but he was exactly the kind of person we could only hope to interact with.Thank you!! ❤️

I would like to thank Wendy who works to morning shift Monday through Friday! She always has a smile on her face she's extremely nice and always helpful. Especially now you can barely even get a response from a cashier let alone a smile so I think you Wendy for always having a smile on your face and being kind and thoughtful with each and every customer. I hope your big boss reads us because you definitely need to be recognized and maybe even get a promotion. You should probably teach us seminar to other cashiers and teach some etiquette and well manners which you certainly have it's always a pleasure going in there when Wendy's working

I've definitely enjoyed coming in here, especially lately. The staff seems to be feeling friendlier and friendlier. I had a wonderful experience with Wendy today while cashing out that made me want to edit my review! The place is usually very clean and well kept. The pizza slices are pretty good, maybe a little bit more greasy than preferred but the flavor is great. They always have donuts and I've never gotten a stale one. The only thing that bothers my husband and I is that they switched from using sub rolls for their sandwiches to regular slices of bread instead. While I get that's probably cheaper to make, that's not really what I'm looking for. I definitely miss the sub rolls.

Very neat inside. Spacious. The loaders were not in way of customers. Staff was very kind and courteous. Cheerful and delightful. Prices aren't that bad. Miss mine from growing up. Don't see much of them anymore. :) very nice set up and assortment.

Nice variety. Nice employees. Glass bottle milk. Worst milkshake I ever had came from here. Soft serve ice cream with milk. Loved the subs, hate the new sandwiches. Ordered a Reuben and threw the wet bread (barely grilled) into the trash and ate the corned beef.

I love this store! They have a delicious, ice cream, their own milk, nice selection of delishous donuts! The beer selection is fantastic, from local brews to the main stream brands. Always a great place for a pit stop for me!

This is a friendly store/GAS station to visit. They are pleased to carry your purchases out to you car. When I had my dog, she would only drink ice water, I would go to the store, pick up 2 bags of ice, the cashier's would pick it up and bring it to the car for me. Like I said it's a friendly store.

Staff is very friendly. They have fresh donuts and coffee. The subs are pretty great. All the drinks and sweets you can possible want they have. They have ice cream sandwiches made with chocolate chip cookies which is worth checking out. They sell fudge and moon pies. There is too much to list! Definitely my gas station of choice.

When ordering ice cream they said they could not make sundaes, milkshakes, or flurries. So I just got a soft serve cone. Went outside to eat my ice cream and saw two people walk out with flurries and another one with a milkshake 🙃 then I watched the girls who told me that they couldn’t make it hustle on out the door. They could have made a sundae but they wanted to go home and not have to clean anymore of the ice cream area. So annoying and rude. I will say the girl that did make my cone was very nice, the store was clean, and the ice cream was good as per usual.

First ice creams of the season! The food and staff were great. Prices for the cones was fair. The outdoor picnic tables could use a wipe down. Salt and residue from the winter needs to be washed away.

They sell their milk & ice cream there. Soft serve walk up window & picnic tables outside. They make fresh pizza and subs to order. Prices are a little higher than most convenient stores, same with gas prices.

There was some confusion with the staff inside the store who said you can only be served from the outside window. If course the window workers just rolled their eyes.I've cream was was very creamy and rich. A nice surprise.

Very reasonable prices on most small quick things. I usually stop in for bait on my way to black creek park, and the bait is always lively and very inexpensive. The only other place to get bait immediately nearby is almost twice the price. Seriously I've only seen better prices on bait in one place, a worm farm near Alexandria Bay that allows walk-ins. Also the per scoop price for ice cream is very good for decent quality. Abbots has better frozen treats, but the pricing isn't even close and Byrne dairy ice cream is still very good.

Went for ice cream on a Tuesday evening with 1 person in front of us and it took the two workers 15 minutes to give us 4 twists in dishes and 1 in a cone, from the time we ordered to when we walked away. The one dude just walked away in the middle of our order to chat with people inside. Then he asked if it would be okay if he helped the people behind us before finishing..

This is a clean, large convenience store with gas pumps. They have public restrooms and the staff is very helpful and friendly. There's also ample parking and a large variety of products to choose from.

Best milk shakes,breakfast pizza and cheese burgers sliders in town and Amanda,Olivia, Angelina, Jordan, Mitchell and Alex are the top notch employees that make the store the best experience anyone can ever have with their plesant and constant great attitude. Great stop for ice cream (and many other things like gas, some groceries, drinks, typical convenience store fare). Their ice cream is Byrne's brand. Had about 20 flavors of hard ice cream, soft, sundaes, flurries, waffle cones, toppings. Reasonable prices for an icecream stand!

Probably my favorite Byrne Dairy in the Rochester area. Was working on a construction project in the vicinity, and stopped here a few times a day. Fantastic staff! Especially Wendy!

i come to here almost every single day. i've supported them for 10+ years. i have a medical condition and can't wear a mask. i have seen multiple times the workers don't even wear masks.i get tested a few times a week so i know i don't have covid. i came inside and the girl at the register told me to put a mask on and when i told her my situation she said it doesn't matter and told me if i don't put a mask on i can't buy anything. i didn't buy what i needed and i am definitely not coming back here.

Good selection of fresh coffee and condiments plus kids we're happy with their popsicles. 2 indoor single bathrooms seemed in rather good shape
