We love Bones! We’ve been coming here three years now and love the great treats and family like atmosphere. We have tried it all (from dog-nuts to puppy cannolis to ice cream!) and love all their treats. We trust Dani to always deliver beautifully custom made and tasty birthday cakes, birthday pup cakes, and even custom Valentine cookies when we’ve requested them. We always keep a cookie jar stocked with her cookies for our pups. When we got our new puppy, Bones was one of the first places we brought her because we know it to be a safe, calm, friendly and warm environment. We are definitely forever customers 💜Ps. They have great gear too. Got our life jackets here and when they didn’t have the color harness I wanted, Dani went out of her way to order it for me so I could grab it the next time I came in!

Amazing bakery! I go here frequently with my young pup who loves everything we get. The treats here look so cute and amazing; my dog always approves.My family dog Coco recently turned 17, so we wanted to do something special. I ordered a cake and it turned out so beautiful! As you can imagine, our family dog has had some health struggles recently and sometimes has trouble eating. When I held her next to the cake, she gobbled up one of the number cookie treats. It was so heartwarming. She definitely loved the cake which made us so happy to see.Thank you Bones Dog Bakery for making her birthday so special. 🐾

Amazing dog bakery! My sister’s dog loves this place :). There are lots of treats and toys for dogs to choose from, as well as baked goods! You can get custom cakes for your dog, too! There is a lot of space for dogs to roam and they give your dog a treat when they come in. Highly recommend if you have a dog in the area!

Spent $35 on a cake for my dog. It's literally the size of a small cookie. You will be disappointed and so will your dog. The website says 5 inches but I measured it. It's barely 4. So small and so sad. Total rip off!!!!!!!

We made a pit stop here to catch up with a friend on our way back to Albany from Buffalo. It was a perfect spot for the pups to stretch their legs and get some energy out and split a couple yummy treats. The staff was extremely accommodating and were so nice. We were able to let the pups off the leash and the staff even provided a toy to help keep them entertained. In addition to dog treats, the human treats and chai latte were great as well. Would highly recommend and will definitely keep in mind on other trips back and forth in the future

Saturday, February 27, 2021, my little guy, Bailey, turned 2-years-old. I was really sick with COVID during, therefore, I could barely breathe, much less celebrate Bailey's birthday. So this is the first one he's had, but will not be the last. I preordered the small cake and the baker -- I regret not asking for her name -- made the most amazing looking cake ever. It was just absolutely perfect. The baker was just so courteous and charismatic that I nearly forgot to leave with the cake.This bakery also sells treats, tooth & gum materials, leashes, collars, neckerchiefs, and much more. I bought Bailey a sweater that essentially makes him Dwight and me Michael (The Office). He received several compliments that day as we continued his birthday shenanigans.I was trying to choose between Bones Dog Bakery and another. I am so glad I chose Bones Dog Bakery. The results were beyond anything I could have fathomed. I met potentially the nicest person I have ever met since moving here to New York; this was a good feeling, because I moved from an area where everyone is just so friendly and it let me know that there's nice people here... I just have to find them. Bailey loved his birthday cake -- I will be editing this review with a video link to YouTube once I edit the birthday song and remove the part where I blowout the candles. All-in-all it really was a great day. I have encountered so many grumps for such a long time, and it was nice to see a smiling face for once, even if her smile was hidden behind a mask.Thank you, Bones Dog Bakery. I can't wait to revisit and buy Bailey more surprises. In fact, I actually bought two bags of treats on the website just today and am awaiting the email telling me I can collect them. Like the cake, his hoody, and his neckerchief, I believe he's going to love the treats equally as much. Best place to take your puppy or a dog for treats. Their treats are of good quality and very reasonably priced. Their pupcakes and frozen yogurts are a must try. People here are very friendly and my puppy loved them.

I just went here for the first time and already can’t wait to go back! I brought my dog in for his first birthday to get a birthday treat and a new toy. The staff made us feel so welcome and my dog even got to play with some new friends, and received treats and lots of attention while I shopped.I picked out a toy for him that he absolutely loves! He’s been carrying it around nonstop and even sleeps with it. Also, it’s been so durable so far! Usually my pup tears through toys within hours but this one is holding up great so far!I also purchased him a first birthday cake which they kindly personalized with his name. He loved it!!!Thank you so much for such a great experience. We can’t wait to come back soon!

My puppy turned 1 year old his name's Pippin Took. I asked the bakery to make this hobbit themed cake for his birthday and it turned out great! He loved the cake we had to go share with other dog friends we got so much!

This is a great little bakery that’s for dogs! (small selection for human consumption as well!) This is the perfect small business to support for you dogs of any size. This is a welcoming inclusive spot for all. They have treats from cookies to chews, to raw hides. Special holiday goodies for your doggies as well. Prices are great considering the creativity and uniqueness of the treats! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a cute spot to take their dog(s) to! Lucy loved it!!

My dog LOVES coming here! She's a picky girl with all food, but especially loves the frosted decorated cookies. We get those particularly for her "dessert" after she eats her regular food (which is always a task...like I said, she's really picky). I also love that they carry quality toys and harnesses! We just bought my dog a new Ruffwear harness on our last visit and it fits my dog perfectly and love the color! Quality products, healthy treats, and supporting local business! Plus the staff and owners always so wonderful! True dog people!

Never have been bowled over by the level of customer service here, but try to support/shop local whenever possible, so I overlooked it because their products are great (and hey, humans have bad days too).Unfortunately today our experience at Bones has made us customers for the last time. Upon stopping in to pickup a pre-order and shop for additional items, our kid needed the restroom and we were curtly informed of their no public restroom policy. Understandable for a biz on a high traffic Park Ave corner to have no public restrooms, but a questionable policy for a business that serves beverages to paying customers.When I clarified that we would be paying, the rude woman lamented about "all the issues they've had" And that their restroom was currently full of storage. Cool - Except my 7yo kid isn't a drunk Park Ave festival goer who's going to trash your restroom and clog your toilet. So, with not wanting to have an accident, we left without spending additional money and won't be returning again. Hopefully they revise this policy for other customers to be able to (and want to) stay longer and actually shop here.Happy Small Business Saturday! 2 stars for the products. 0 for the terrible customer service.

The best local place to shop if you have a dog or want a high quality home-made treats or dog supplies for someone who has a dog. Every treat is made by the owner and our puppy is crazy for them.

incredible spot to bring your dog. Great snacks and pastries for people, as well as nitro cold brew from Glen Edith. And of course, an excellent selection of treats for dogs. Interior design is professional and cozy. Staff is very kind. Definitely recommend.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff is always super friendly and know the product which I believe they make fresh in house. We bring our puppy in and he loves all the treats which are good quality baked good. They also have baked goods for humans which might I say are amazing also. In the summer then have a small table on the front step to hand out and drink coffee while your pupper have a snack. All around amazing business very nice welcoming people who share the love of dogs.

One of personal favorite businesses in all of Rochester and the surrounding areas. Fantastic treats and drinks for dogs and humans alike! Couldn’t recommend them more highly as one of the best coffee shops in general, not even mentioning all of their amazing pup related merch! If you were wondering whether or not to give this cafe a visit think no more! With or without a k-9 companion, Bones cafe is a great place to visit!

I expected good baked goods. Both myself and my pup loved them, but what was even more awesome was all of the cool things for sale like the chalkboards shaped like different breeds of dogs. I was also impressed with how good their coffee was. I didn't expect that. So happy this place is close by now. I'll be going here a lot!

We stopped in here today while walking the area (and having major dog guilt for leaving the pups home). I picked up 2 “puppy cannoli” and brought them home to our dogs. I have NEVER seen either go as crazy for a treat as they did for this little thing! They absolutely loved them, and one of my dogs was guarding the spot where she ate, long after she was done!Next time I’m in the area I will definitely stop back in for more. Such an adorable (and apparently delicious) dog friendly shop!(And yes, the dogs eventually did get their 2 hour walk) :)

This is such a cute and unique little bakery! They've got good coffee, delicious sweets, and fun treats for my dogs. It's really nice to be able to grab my coffee and a goody for my dog while I'm at it.I highly recommend stopping by if you haven't yet.

I just visited for the first time to pick up a cake for my dog’s birthday. Bones is sooo cute, my dog was so excited to go in and see all of the treats and toys, and she LOVED her cake and treats when we got home. We’ll definitely be visiting again!

My dog and I love this bakery! Tons of cute baked goods for your dog, and you can even get a custom cake made for special occasions. There are treats and drinks for humans, too. Obviously very pet friendly - my dog loves going up to the counter to get a treat and some pets.

We have a very picky puppy who turns her snoot away at most treats, but she LOVES the bagged treats here! Her favorite are the blueberry ones. She also went crazy over the doggy cannolis! Mama loves that the ingredients are so clean :)
