Had the guys at Bills Carpet Center put new carpets in our play room and an area rug in our living room. The carpets came out amazingly, the work was done really well, the carpets are high quality, and the price was better than anywhere else. They were incredibly fast getting it done too. I wouldn't go anywhere else for any kind of flooring needs.

I’d like to specifically acknowledge, Joe, Nate, and Shawn . My project was nearly my entire house with the exception of one room , with luxury Vinyl ,Flooring. There were some unique circumstances that arose during the install. These circumstances not only delayed the project mid project, but also caused other mitigating circumstances on my end.I am very appreciative for Shawn for making the situation right , inspite of the circumstances. I really felt like he cared , listened and understood my perspectives . Bills Carpet adjusted and made it right . As a customer, what more could you ask for. Upon completion of the install everything was mint . Thank you for treating me like family and with dignity and respect !

I would highly recommend Bill's Carpet if you live in Rochester. Our sales person Jerry, help us navigate the many different option, helping my wife and our designer settle on Laminated Flooring and Carpet for our stairs. The installation of the flooring was very quick and perfect. The crew from Veteran Pro, Chris, Tommy and Sean were here on time and completed a full bedroom, hallway in about 6 hours. Including moving the furniture. Next came the installation of the carpet on the stairs. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the gentleman, but they completed the install in less than 2 hours. All in all we are very pleased with the purchase and the experience. You cannot go wrong working with Bill's carpet for you flooring needs

I was in a jam due to a Home Depot glitch and needed carpet installed in all the bedrooms and family room ASAP. I reached out to Bills and Jerry was super helpful and understanding. He took the Home Depot quote and immediately helped me come up with some price equivalent option and the installation set up the next day. That same week Bernie's crew installed the carpet and they did it all in one day. The crew was super courteous and hard working. The carpet looks great and I'm super happy with the whole service. What an awesome business, thank you!!!

Chris, Tommy & Sean did an awesome job on our floor installation today. There was a bit more work than originally thought and the team worked it out professionally and positively. We went to a lot of carpet stores and read many reviews to compare. We wanted the work done in our new home to be as seamless as possible - so we went with Bill's Carpet Center for our carpet because of the great reviews. David was attentive and answered our many questions. He called when he said he would, was on time for our measurement appt. and kept us updated on all aspects of our large order. Bernie, Gilbert and Mike were also on time for our installation, and professionally handled the large job. What great customer service and follow through right from the start. Randy helped us pick out and order a carpet for the right price. Matthew one of the owners helped us troubleshoot with the manufacturer when we had a question about our selection. Al, Pete and Gilbert installed all 4 bedrooms in one day minimizing a disturbance to the family. They all were fantastic and couldn’t be more pleased with our end result. Nate came out after we received some water damage to our carpeting. He provided us with some samples and kept everything very easy. Fast appointment, employees Shawn and Tom came on time and did a great job. It was a full day of laying down laminate and small details. They had to pull up carpeting and disposed of all the debris. Very happy with the end product, would recommend for flooring needs. Loved the availability of various flooring.

Had a great experience getting hardwoods installed throughout the main floor & carpeting upstairs. Dave M was great to work with. He kept everything rolling & paid attention to all the little details, offering me options & guidance along the way. He was fantastic at communicating everything & his customer service was genuine & exceptional. The installers were kind to explain the equipment to my curious son. They did a gorgeous installation & did a great job cleaning up & leaving everything in great shape. I cannot say enough great things about our experience. From the sale to the installation, everything exceeded our expectations. Dave was very easy to work with. Our installation team (Chris, Tommy and Sean) had strong work ethics, excellent craftsmanship, and great communication. The guys took time to answer my questions and explained every step of the installation. Each day was filled with laughter, singing, hard work and an overall wonderful environment. The installation team cleaned up after themselves each day and made sure everything was done how I wanted it to be. From our sales rep, Joe, to the installers, led by Bernie and his crew, getting almost our entire house recarpeted was a great experience. Joe was very patient with us, even though we changed our minds a few times and had multiple questions! Bernie and the rest of the installation crew were polite, took care in moving our furniture, and were very fast, capable workers, cleaning up when all was finished. We love our new carpet, and will be using Joe and Bill's Carpet Center for future flooring projects at our house!

We went in not thinking we were going to buy a rug at our first stop of the day, but the rugs options were great and the customer service was phenomenal! I need to update my review. I heard from Nate a few weeks ago. He was so courteous, arranged for us to get brand new carpet. He sent a fantastic crew out. They were expeditious, professional, and cleaned up well. We love our new carpet, and will now absolutely recommend Bills carpet outlet!!!!If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They assured me I could get any stain out of the carpet I chose. 3 months later I have to rip it out and put in something else on my dime. The warranty claim was denied and thet have done nothing to stand behind their product or their word. I would not buy anything from these lying swindlers.

Great company to work with.Right from the start we knew we had picked the right flooring company. Ernie came to the house and discussed what we were thinking design wise. He took all the measurements and even brought a bunch of samples to the house. We had looked for carpet at several places before coming to Bill's. We kept finding unprofessional, unknowledgable people who just kept giving us the run around. We went in to Bill's Carpet, met Nate who was able to quickly find us the style of carpet we were looking for within our budget. Nate was even able to get it installed the same week! They are knowledgable about the products they sell. Their prices are competitive but fair. Their installers Pete, Bernie and Al were punctual, neat, friendly and efficient. We are very pleased with our whole experience at Bill's Carpet and would highly recommend. We will be back for another project in the future.

May I first apologize for my delayed review that's almost a month over due. In 1999, we contacted Bill's Carpet to carpet our bedroom, living room and dining room. We were delighted with their work, and they guided us to a great brand of carpeting that has with stood many years of traffic. Recently, the carpet started to become wavy in places and not wanting to have wear and tear on top of that, I asked Bills Carpet if they could re-stretch it for us. They said they would, and even agreed to discount the service if I happened to have to my original receipt. Well, I did! Ernie was wonderful as he did the basics of measuring and letting us know what we had to remove from the room before hand etc., as well as to tell us what we could expect from them. He was very sympathetic and accommodating when we had to call to reschedule the job as we had a death in the family, and was able to get us right back on schedule when we were ready. My one regret was I didn't catch the names of the young men who actually did the work. They were polite, courteous, and cleaned up every little scrap from the carpet cutting. When they were done, it almost looked like they had laid a new carpet. They also worked well with eachother. They did a meticulous job, and from start to finish were only here around 2 hours. So in closing, Bill's Carpet met all our expectations that's for sure. We will be back again when our dining room and living room new carpet. We highly recommend Bill's Carpet Center!
