I needed dog treats and stopped by because it was easier than going to other stores. I found the treats at a very reasonable price. I also found some very inexpensive Christmas lights. The store was clean and well organized. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Great service/employees here! They were so helpful and made us feel welcome. Big Lots has great sales especially after the holidays. I was surprised at how much furniture they had, as well as food. Would definitely return.

So many things real cheap. Good food products too. I bought their living room set. Most comfortable one yet.. Broyhill Furniture really good company. I got a 15 % coupon, after signing up for a membership.. plus it was $300. Off the sectional. We get mostly everything here. Very nice outdoor furniture too!! I'll get photos next time I go

Do NOT go to this store! I ordered a couch that was in stock for delivery. Spoke to the furniture and store manager to make sure that it was (1) in stock and (2) able to be delivered. I ordered the couch and paid EXTRA for next-day delivery.The couch never showed up. I spoke with the furniture manager, store manager, and corporate, and was told to be patient because of moving company shortages. A few weeks later a middle- man called me to "confirm my order cancelation." He was contracted with Big Lots to find furnitire delieverers. He had sent MULTIPLE moving companies to pick up my couch from the Henrietta Big Lots and they were rejected each time. The Henrietta Big Lots got tired of this and just CANCELLED my furniture order because the movers were charging too much. I denied the cancelation and called the store who hung up on me.My couch showed up THAT night - a whole month late - at 9 PM with NO warning.When I went to the store the next day the furniture manager was nowhere to be found. The store manager told me that they couldn't have rejected the movers because they never had an order from me. He offered me a 'bonus coupon' for my next furniture purchase.This store, it's furniture manager, and its store manager are horrible, dishonest, and cheap liars. Do not buy from here.* Yes, I have contacted corporate. They haven't done a single thing and they won't get back with me.* Yes, I did try to cancel my order. The website always froze when I tried to. I even called corporate who was no help. I even called another Big Lots. That store manager looked my order up and said that there was something odd with it. He tried to transfer it to his store so he could delieverer it for me, but the system wouldn't let him.

I was in the store shopping. Noticed a manager and a coworker stocking shelves. I was going to ask for help but A cashier over the intercom Asked for assistance up front. When I overheard Thomas the manager make a response to another coworker " That the only reason she's asking for help is because she's stupid and she can't figure it out for herself". I was so appalled by the way he spoke about his fellow coworker I didn't even want to ask for help anymore. Would not recommend this location. He should definitely not be a manager.

Definitely the best Big Lots location in the area mostly due to the employees. Been coming here for years and everyone I interact with here is genuinely friendly. Other big lots locations in the area seem to have a smaller floorplan and feel more crowded.

Lots of interesting stuff. I love the fact that that these stores sell nice indoor and outdoor furniture. Some things are low quality and overpriced but you can find a variety of really good stuff here as well. They also have awesome gift ideas around Christmas time. If you've never been to one I recommend stopping in. They have a little bit of everything here.

Henrietta store. I try not to go there too often. I wind up spending way too much when I do. My biggest pet peeves is that a lot of items are not priced! It makes me just put it back on the shelf and not consider buying it. I have finally started getting reward coupons. My last one was 20%off my entire purchase. Store is clean. They were stocking Fall when I was there.

The sectional I purchased by far exceeds my expectations of the quality for the affordable price I purchased the sectional at. Not to mention the customer service was approachable and not pushy like most places where staff follows you around like a lost puppy dog, which can be extremely aggravating.

Much better after the remodel but I miss finding the oddball items they use to sell back in the day. It's obvious they're pushing their furniture offerings which gives the chain some direction versus other retail chains. They have a real decent selection of specialty food items and a little bit of everything else. As long as they keep the store clean and organized it should stay competitive.

I was very disappointed. I had a coupon for $10 off a $20 purchase and couldn't find anything I wanted or needed. I thought the prices were high as well. I did think that the indoor and outdoor furniture looked pretty nice when I walked by it. Too bad I'm not in the market for furniture.

Many holiday gift items that included beauty, bath & body, food and children sets the selection was so great and affordable I purchased extra! I used my coupon provided to me for being a rewards member and it was equivalent to receiving items for FREE. The store was quiet not a lot shoppers after 7:30 p.m on a Sunday so that made for a stress less shopping visit.

Always a great selection here, I love the coffee pods, great prices. If you have a Big Lots discount card, they send coupons and discount flyers frequently.

Extremely rude and pushy cashiers! Word of advice, when a customer says no to your rewards card - they mean no. Laughing at the customer and continuing to push them after they have said no is absolutely rude and ridiculous. And laughing at the customer as they walk out of the store is just gross. Folks, avoid this location if you can. And to the two cashiers working this afternoon (Friday, 8/27), please learn some manners - what is wrong with you?!

I went there today to put $ on a couch that I ordered when I did I found out the couch that I am still paying for went down in price so I asked to talk to a manager and he told me that I could pay for it all today and then I could return and rebuy it 😣I do not understand why they just couldn't reduce it on my bill I really want to return all of it and buy some where else! I am calling customer service tomorrow to talk to someone there!

The furniture department representative, Thomas, seemed like he did not want to be working unfortunately. Maybe mad he had to be there on Memorial Day was my first guess. For whatever reason he was having a bad day and it sure showed! Was ready to make a large purchase, but sensed he could care less, so promptly left the store and took a 20 minute drive over to the Big Lots on Titus Avenue and so glad I did. The people in that store really cared & were wonderful. So I spent my money there instead.

Wow! The staff at this store are amazing! We are new in the area and were in desperate need of furniture right away. They were helpful, compassionate, understanding and really patient while we adjusted and readjusted our selection trying to make the most of the limited funds we have. Doreen gave us honest answers and even went to another store on her own time to pick up the other mattress we were in need of. Thomas took measurements, loaded the uhaul and made absolute certain we got every penny's worth we could. Sam was kind enough to look up every price and call other stores to find what we needed. These three deserve a raise for sure. They were a blessing right when we needed it. Also, store is clean and well stocked, no product on the floor. You won't regret shopping here.

I went in to grab a outlet cord the guy was in furniture that helped me but he found exactly why I needed .I thought it was a $5 cord but in fact it was a $25 unit that I really needed once I explained to him what I needed it for Thank God he was there because my husband would have had to turn back around for what I had .

Found some of my favorite treats like Archway cookies. Now if I can only find things like Black Opal Cosmetics. Big lots have hidden Gems if you take your time walking around the store. Loved it!

I saw flyers about them hiring, but when I entered the website I got a message saying it was unsecured and the host was trying to steal financial information. I tried going to the website via google search, but in order to apply I needed to enter my tax information (??). If I had done that, the website would've had my full name, social security, birth date, and address. Anyone with that information could cause serious damage and no business should ever be trying to gather tax info before hiring. If anyone is thinking about applying online either to big lots or other businesses, you should never need to add your tax information and social security until you're officially hired. Giving that information out before getting hired or before any sort of interview is just asking for trouble!I gave three stars because the store itself was pretty average and I doubt the individual store has control over the hiring website. The website i definitely 0 stars from me!

Decent but not thoroughly maintained. Open cup of coffee in the dishware/houseware section; items, sofas, and equipment blocking seasonal and garden section, bathroom urinal "out of order" for a few days, but did get a hello from the manger and cashier was very chipper about an item I found in the store. Store needs some housekeeping and it'll have potential (per repeat customer awareness).
