While i can't say anything in regards to where these dogs are from, i have to ask, are most people surprised? Don't downvote a place that sells pets because they breed and sell them. If u don't agree with puppy mills (which i don't) then don't shop there. Don't give poor reviews based on it though. That said, I've had my dog groomed here and have never had a problem

I have bought from Als' Pet Shop so far three kittens and one dog puppy. I have not had any problems with the overall health of any of the animals sold. I know that they sell Royal Canin kibbles for dogs and cats etc... I am content with Iams products. I never had an issue with the staff there. Plus, the mini Dachshund I got there is in excellent health and a great comfort around the home. It regularly pulls me on four to five mile walks . If you are one of those folks who believe that only big box stores do it right think again. If you got to be a snotty mouth, fine. I will admit that one of the kittens I got there is a bit neurotic but aren't we all sometimes? She tends to overeat, I have considered bariatric surgery, but that's for The Osbornes or Kardashians...

PUPPY MILL DOGS! Adopt don't shop! What you are buying when you buy yorkie-poos , morkies and all these designer dogs are Mutts. You are paying top $$ for a mutt that you could save from euthanasia at a shelter for 1/4 of the cost and fully vetted. If the owners really loved animals they would have adoptions.

My friend bought a snake from there only to get it home and find out it was half dead and they refused to refund her her money. Worst pet shop in rochester. I recommend country max for any animal you can at als. Cheaper and certified healthy animals and quality pet products unlike als
