I cannot say enough about David! I understand why he's always booked solid! He's told me for some time that he'd be able to groom my chi-mix. Nobody could handle her. She has medical issues and is very fresh. She's also old. David got her in this morning and she looks fabulous. Also, she didn't come home stressed. Whatever he did, she responded and now looks as she should.

I went to PetSmart today with my mom and my son. The shop itself was very clean. The animals definitely looked well cared for and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman who helped us was very patient and gave us his undivided attention while answering our questions. The lady who was preparing our birds for transport was also very nice and helpful. I now have two beautiful new friends and a very nice cage for them. I will be returning to PetSmart regularly for my pets needs.

I mostly use PetSmart for their grooming and my dog loves Maggie the groomer She is wonderful with my pretty little Peyton. I've never had a problem. She treats her like she is her own dog.

Patches, Theo, & Ezzy love coming here to be taken care of by Dave at the pet salon. Dave is great with my pets, and he's why I continue bringing them. Excellent service from Dave and staff all the time.

I've been bringing my dog to Petsmart to get groomed for a few months now and I'm really happy with the service. My dog gets very nervous but Skyler is so good and so patient with her! I'd definitely recommend going here if you're looking for a groomer.

I brought my two dogs here for grooming today, Jessica did a FANTASTIC job taking care of my pups. They came out so cute and they both were calm/happy afterwards as well. She took the time to talk to me and go everything prior to taking them back and was a pleasure to work with.

This has to be the best pet supply store around. All of the employees are awesome. Everyone is very knowledgeable and Helpful. The selections and prices are amazing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They went above and beyond my expectations. Walked me to the aisle I needed and carried my stuff for me to the register. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Everyone is just so helpful and considerate especially is a dog grooming area my dog Bailey was going there for a couple of years until she just passed away in April and Maggie and her staff just love her and they're all just very nice people Melissa and David are great

Horrible customer service . Weekday 11am, not busy, I asked for assistance with a transport crate for dog from employee at cash register. He did come over and answer my initial question. I asked for additional selection and he wasn’t sure. So I asked for someone else to HELP me, since I am an inquiring customer. The same employee returns and shows me the other selection. But I asked for someone else since the first item I looked at was scratched, torn label. The item was clearly returned and reshelved. The bottom line is when you ask for someone else, you are provided with someone else. I doubt I will return to this location.

They were extremely friendly and helpful. They got me all the things I needed for my Guinea pigs and answered any and all questions that they could. They also gave me a pamphlet about my new pets. I got some great items from them.

Get everything you could want for your pet. I took my puppy to training and is was great (more of a refresher since I haven't had a puppy in about 25 yrs). Please note that training your puppy or dog is something you have to do together. If you don't practice with your pup it will not stick.Feb2023: back training my newest puppy, trainer is awesome, gives all dogs in class the same attention.

Jessica was wonderful with my small dog, Nova, from the get go. She got right down and started petting and assessing her like it was nothing, and my dog does not usually let strangers pet her. She is a rescue with an unknown past. Jessica is a very sweet person and I appreciate getting a little report card about how things went.I only got the bath and brush but Nova came out clean, smelling nice but not overpowering, with a clean behind and nail trim. Her face was prettily combed.100% when I visit NY again in the winter I will be back to the grooming salon :)

We just adopted a puppy so we became members of PetSmart. Prices are good and they have a lot of variety of food, treats and toys. They also offer grooming, baths, training and more.

Petsmart lists nail trimming as a walk-in grooming service. I called the day before to confirm this is indeed a walk-in service. I was told it was, but to call ahead to make sure they could fit us in and that they would be open until 7 pm. I called today at 1 pm, and was told they could fit us in. I advised I would be there after 5 pm. Drove 30 minutes with my dog after a hectic workday to find the grooming department shut down. The cashier said if they don't have appointments they close. What an absolute waste of time.

Just got my long haired cat groomed there yesterday. Wasn't cheap, but nothing with animals ever is :) However, he looks absolutely fabulous and the girl that groomed him (I believe her name is Amanda?) was very sweet. Layout of the store is very nice and everything is super clean. Employees seemed very friendly.

Petsmart in Riverhead every time I come here they tell me how the employees are not trained to scoop fish and put them in a bag and then I end up waiting 10 minutes or more till somebody else comes to help me why would you not train your employees scoop fish

I was extremely impressed by the customer service from Dave and a young girl who helped me with anything I needed, and the set up of all of the enclosures for the animals and the store itself were immaculate and very well presented. I have never seen such clean animal enclosures. The adoption corner almost brought tears to my eyes because each cat has a whole room to live in instead of small cages like at Petco. The whole place pretty much made me feel so good about being there and purchasing any animal from there.

First time we have ever been there and they are well stocked with a large variety of merchandise, the store is very clean. We were helped by Briana and she was very knowlegable and very friendly and helpful . We have a very satisfied puppy right now who is no longer chewing the furniture but instead the items that were suggested to us.

time between 4:00pm & 4:10pm …8/30/21very disappointed first time going buy fish with my kids , Yup they were very exited about it and no one helps us . I count at least 6 employees and no one cares to asked if we need help they just pass by and look down. we them as a guy with long hair if he can help us with the fish and he said oh the fish just one second. my guess he went to look for someone to help us but seems like couldn’t find whoever he was looking for, meanwhile we still waiting so we left with both my kids sad face because we didn’t buy their fish. I mean i can’t believe from all these 6 employees no one could helps at all at least i guess no one knows how do deal with fish area is a shame.PS my husband, I and my 2 kids were the only ones shopping didn’t have no costumers besides us .

Rebecca is great! I highly recommend getting your fur friend groomed by her. My pup Layla usually doesn’t let anyone get too close but Rebecca always seems to find a way to make Layla feel comfortable she has lots of patience, Rebecca even spoke some Spanish to Layla. Layla always comes out smelling good and clean!
