My dog has been using the daycare and boarding facilities at hydrant hotel for over a year and absolutely loves to go. He practically runs into the place when we get there. The staff is so friendly and professional. Would highly recommend trying them out.

The staff at the Hydrant are the absolute best!!! We love having a safe place to take our Teddy (fur child) where we know he will be loved and cared for as if he were their very own!! Not only does the Hydrant provide his safe haven while we are away, they ensure he is kept busy and happy with day care play dates, and return him to us bathed and pedicured. The cake topper, the photos of him shared on instagram while we are away! We always look forward to our pup-dates (When they have time in between taking such good care of our babies of course !) 10 stars really! Thank you Hydrant, our extended fur family!

The Hydrant is always my first choice! They truly care about your dogs needs, and are always so accommodating! I have two high energy dogs and the Hydrant always made me feel confident that their needs were taken care of during their boarding stays. I love how they take the time to post pictures, it always puts my mind at ease when I see my boys enjoying their stay. Thank you, Hydrant!

I have boarded my dogs at the Hydrant numerous times and each time has been a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and considerate of me and my dogs. The care and attention the staff gives to my dogs has been extremely appreciated by me. The Hydrant allows me to get away and I do not worry about my dogs as they are in great hands. I highly recommend The Hydrant to any pet owner!!

The Hydrant Hotel is awesome! Very accommodating and responsive to emails and or questions. Loki seems to enjoy it as well. They are very focused on making the dogs happy. I love their instagram posts. Great staff! Love them all. We frequent the hotel for overnight stays , grooming and daycare.

Excellent job bath hair skin & nails he looks and smells great.Ziti also loves going to daycare 3 times a week he gets ex as we pull into parking lot & flys inside to the staff waiting to greet him. Entire staff is awesome.

My pup loves coming to the Hydrant Hotel for doggy daycare. She is always excited to start her day here. We love the staff, they are always friendly and accommodating. They also post daily photos on instagram that are adorable and clearly show how much fun she is having with her friends. We are also comforted knowing that in the case we ever need boarding we know somewhere she already loves to be and play. I was nervous about having our girl somewhere but we could not be happier with our experience !!

Look at that smiling face!! Marley LOVES the Hydrant Hotel. Everyone gives her lots of attention and she gets to play with her friends all day. And when she's tired from a long day at play, she gets to rest in her own spacious room. The staff is super friendly and very responsive. Your pup can even show up on Instagram!!

I boarded my very skittish rescue girl Lucy along with her < one year old baby brother Samson. Both pups ended up doing great! Even Lucy who sometimes won't eat when she's in a new situation (she ate there!) They had fun outside play times and I had them bathed before I picked them up. They were very well taken care of and I didn't worry about them at all while I was away.

My girl, Coco, has been a regular weekly visitor of The Hydrant since 2020. As a young puppy, she was hyperactive and highly sociable. While living alone with me was perfect from my perspective, it did not provide enough stimulation for her. After trying another daycare facility a few times, she made it clear that she was unhappy. Then we found The Hydrant and daycare at The Hydrant has proven to be absolutely perfect for her needs over these several years. She LOVES it and that socialization with other friendly dogs and friendly, caring human beings has helped shape her personality into the sweetest, most confident and most loveable dog I have ever had the pleasure of sharing a home with. A million thank you's to the amazing Hydrant team!

My dog Josie has been going to the Hydrant Hotel for puppy daycare since October 2020. She absolutely loves it there and all the staff members are wonderful. I went away last year for two weeks and didn’t think twice about leaving her there for boarding. When I returned, it was like I was never gone, she was so happy and well taken care of. I trust the staff to take care of my dog every day and I am so happy with the care Josie receives. The new owners have remodeled a lot of the building and it looks great.. I truly can’t say enough good things about the Hydrant and everyone that works there. I tell everyone I know that has a dog and lives in the neighborhood about the Hydrant

I think they are terrific. I boarded my 21/2 year old Australian Shepherd and they were the best. My dog is very attached to me and it was so great. He bonded with the handlers and they were so kind. He also played with other dogs! The Hydrant also has a fabulous groomer. I have tried others, and my dog did not do well. Can't say enough good things about the Hydrant!

After sending my golden retriever here for multiple weeklong stays (and spending thousands of dollars) over the past 18 months, I picked her up today and shared some constructive criticism about the fact that I had had no news from her during the stay on social media. I politely explained that it may be simpler for them to take group shots of dogs so that all owners could see their pups rather than multiple shots of one dog with personalized comments. Without even having read their email yet, I later noticed that her beautiful tail had been unprofessionally cut short without any explanation or warning. When I called back to ask what had happened, I was told that I was no longer welcome to bring her to the Hydrant because I had dared make a suggestion for them to improve their customer service and social media practices. They even suggested I was inventing the fact that her tail had been cut! Who is running this crazy place?!

Had my dog stay at the Hydrant for 4 days while traveling and I can't say enough positive things! The staff was so helpful and kind. I was anxious at first, but they eased my nerves right away. They also post daily instagram photos of the pups so you can stay updated while away. Will 100% be using them again!
