We that live here in Ripley are very happy to have a Dollar General Store but some things need some dire attention...The store is filthy inside and outside!Obvious milk spills on the floor and inside the mlk cooler. General dirt, paper waste very cluttered on isle floors. So bad that you cant even get through the isle. The outside has cigarette butts and general trash near entrance.. Management needs training in cleaning.. If these problems are bad I would not want to see the restrooms.

The store is convenient, but my biggest complaint at EVERY single Dollar General is that they have carts and carts of unboxed inventory on the floor during business hours. Such a hassle to get around. Can't the aisles be clean or make them wider? I am handicapped,and it sure makes it nearly impossible to get around these mammoth carts.

Its nice you can get necessities without having to go too far but would of been better if they found a larger plot of land to build a bigger store so they could sell everything that the other dollar generals do!

I was not happy that I couldn't use a coupon for a free hair dye casher said they didn't except coupons for free products unless it was buy one get one free. I used the same coupon yesterday at another Dollar general and it was fine.

Dollar General has always saved me. Driving in the woods, no houses in site, need food drinks and a bathroom.... over the hill... and BAM! A Dollar General. They always have the life-saving items!

Standing in line at DG for close to 5 minutes, assistant manager finally comes out of the office only to not say a word. Grab her keys and walk to the back room. Horrible customer service

Things are well organized on the shelves. My only complaint is the racks in the isles so it's difficult to get through the store.

It was clean, the people who work there were very nice and helpful and they had many of the things I needed to have for while I am on vacation here in this area.

The workers are some of the nicest and everything is cheaper then Walmart the store is really easy to walk too and they have a lot of stuff to choose from.
