I’ve never reviewed on here but I thought I would let corporate know about my experience and lack of the customer service. I shopped there a couple weeks ago on a Friday morning approx 10am before I had to go to work( didn’t have much time to wait in line.) There was a long line at the register, the cashier kept calling for help to open the other register and there was no one available. She called multiple times before someone came out of the stock room. She was great and was trying to deal with multiple customers. The young man that eventually came up to help acted like he was annoyed being called up there and really didn’t want to be bothered. Huge lack of customer service. Kudos to the young lady at the register. Please address this issue. Your staff should not be left alone with no help.

I was sitting in the parking lot adjacent to Tractor Supply and saw an Amish family with a horse and buggy come in to the lot. TSC has a shed set up for them to "park" while they are inside the store. Very cool TSC !!

The older woman that works there(manager I believe) is very unprofessional and extremely rude to customers and doesn’t treat the employees any better. My wife and I have witnessed her and another team member screaming at an employee in front customers. Embarrassing for the employee and not tasteful to the customers.

The woman that answered the phone named Nancy was absolutely horrible and very rude to my son. No customer service at all. I then called a little while later for something different and she was rude to me as well!! Get someone else to answer the damn phone!! I will never shop here again!!

I witnessed a manager verbally abuse and humiliated a cashier. She is unpleasant and sets a negative vibe in the store. I believe the man working the cashier was doing his job and he was very kind. I think someone should turn her in.

Staff is very friendly and helpful!! I shop here at least 1x a week, if not more and they always have what I need. Very pleased with the store and staff overall!

Store and people are nice. But disappointing that they can not order a specific item that was in stock a week before, and the have no idea what is being shipped to them.

I have to sit in my car for 20 minutes on a Sunday my only day off for them to open because they can't open at 8 like every other day during the week I have other things to do besides sit here and wait very disappointed

Clay was very helpful..help me find the right chain for my saw...after i bought 2 chains 1 from another store and that morning from tractor supply...i brought my saw in store with chain that didnt fit ..clay did some looking find out the bar was narrow and did take 18 in but with less teeth..he put the chain on for me and took back the other...thank you clay for all your help and time you spent helping me ..they give 100% great pla ce to shop...

So happy to have TSC in our town. My only gripe is they don’t have a good plumbing section. I realize it is more of a farm store, but then if they improved that then I wouldn’t have to shop elsewhere. Great staff!

2nd time to this store, to buy rice coal and again told sold out, even went on day they stayed it would be in. No one even attempted to look for me to see if there was any in storage available. Had to chase down help while they just walked around the store , total disappointment

I only had one item, went to number 2 register saw the sign closed and went to the number 1 lane. Another with several items went to number 2 lane and the girl opened it up for them. I don't know if they we're friends or what but poor service. Also the person at my register was more then friendly to the person in front of me, but was terrible to me.

Only three stars due to cutomer in line without a mask on. Employee said nothing to the man. Did not sit well with me. Not going back for awhile.

I went to our local Palatine Bridge store yesterday and they were out of Dumor Senior Horse feed. Kelly very kindly called me today (without asking) to advise 4 bags were just delivered. TY Kelly!.
