I love to shop at Tops they have great produce, meat and all around awesome product options. Plus the extra benefits they offer their customers that shop with their tops card are amazing💕💕 Some of the extra benefits I like are product discounts, and building up gas points that lead to discounts at the gas pump. I just got gas at the Tops in Baldwinsville, New York and received a discount of $1.80 off per gallon of gas from my accumulated gas poi5. Gas was $3.59 per gallon at the time. That dropped the price I paid for gas down to $1.79 per gallon👍👍 I was pretty happy about that Tops grocery stores are amazing. Thank you Tops corporation for all your added benefits for your customers. Things like that are so much needed in times like these.

Great place to shop although there's only usually 1-2 cash registers open there's many food options a deli and a bakery!

Generally I love my local tops. However, I have had a few bad experiences at the customer service counter. (Same person/not ALL are like this! Generally it's a great experience!) On Thursday 6/9/20 at around 10:30-11am I stood at that counter for 10-15 minutes! As this employee just walked by me (twice)! Either this is a person that just hates life or hates their job!? I will now "just leave" if I see if it's this employee that is working the front desk and come back later to deal with people that take "friendly" market seriously.. other than that, I love the store, the people and the fact that it's always easy to "socially distant" ourselves as it's not an overly busy store. Mostly just happy, friendly "locals" and employees. Just a few bad experiences with "one" bad attitude employee and I've figured out how to work around it now. I feel as if I shouldn't. But, it is what it is.. keep up the great work otherwise.

Shoppers beware at the deli if you have food allergies, gentleman working the deli tonight sliced the Swiss cheese on the same slicer as he sliced my ham. If this was some of my family members they would be sick as they have allergies to dairy products. I will definitely make sure they do not eat any of the ham. I will also say in the last 2 years I have been back home, I have NEVER seen the Deli as dirty as it was tonight. Chunks of all kinds of meats on the slicer, both scales were dirty with food bits on both of them. Looks like I will seriously need to start shopping elsewhere. Not like our old Big M, I sure do miss them.

I am a very unsatisfied quest in your supermarket.. as I was cashing out in lane 3, Keaton has decided to run all my purchases stockpile at end of register then took an exuberant amount of time to load my bags and put more weight and bags and I rep two bags I was very unhappy... I would suggest he should be a cart handler...

I have significant food allergies especially to gluten. Up to recently I have had to go to Wegmans in Dewitt to get any selections of food. Lately my husband and I have been finding a large selection of gluten free products with new ones found every week I want to commend this tops for doing such a great job of accommodating people like me.

Tops friendly markets are helpful when your in a pinch. You can reload your netspend cards or western unions. They have daily deals to help you stock up for cupboards! Support your local markets!

This is a nice alternative place to stop vs those big box stores. It's never crowded and it's easy to find what you need. The store has a lot of stuff in there, the place is clean, and the staff is friendly. You don't have to park a mile away from the door either which is also convenient.

The Elbridge Tops is clean and the people are friendly. There are often some nice sales with items being buy 1 get 1 or something like that. If items are not on sale, they seem to be more than a larger grocery store. We use this store as a store of convenience when we need something quick as the store is less than 2 miles from our house. We do not get our weekly groceries there. We travel about 15 minutes to a larger grocery store instead. I tried getting our weekly groceries at Tops a couple of times and it was much more expensive than usual.

Convenient for a quick stop, but the selection can be very limited, the produce is pretty bad from day one, and we often get home to find packaged products that are weeks or even months past expiration. It gets frustrating to return this stuff or to have to search and check dates on everything at the store. On many occasions we have purchased a case of soda with empty, split open cans inside. This tells me that at some point it was dropped, leaked all over, was cleaned up and put back on the shelf, knowing it was damaged. I understand that small businesses have tighter margins but, being a trend, this seems like poor regard for the customers.To be fair, the bakery is surprisingly good and they have really good cornbread at the deli. There is also decent selection of beer. If you shop the bonus deals, (mindful of dates) you can make out really well once in a while.

A great, large and clean Tops Grocery. Great deals in the weekly ads all sections and always well stocked shelves in every other department. They also have coupon offers you can load to your smartphone. Checkout is usually very quick and accurate. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Aisles are well lighted and all products within reach and usually in stock. All in all a great chain of stores and this is no exception. Competetion has them on thier toes.

Expensive for a small town store, very limited on products. Other than Nicky their cashier, the other employees seem to not care about customer service. Gotten sick in their meat a few times, so be careful there.

This grocery store was much nicer inside than I'd imagined. They have a pretty good selection for the size, and a nice little produce dept. It was a quick trip so i din't spend too much time shopping.

It's a great store to go to it has really cheap prices, some prices can be high but if your looking for s quick run I definitely recommend going to tops for some quick shopping.

In general I feel this is filthy store. Next time you are there take a look at the restrooms. I have NEVER EVER seen so much unsanitary filth. I honestly don't believe that it is ever cleaned.

If you compare prices to other grocery stores Tops is the highest. Especially on their soda sales. 6.99 for a six pack of Pepsi or coke on but 2 get 3 or 4 free. It's still cheaper at Wegmans.

Older store but with a decent selection of groceries. A bit more expensive as this chain tends to be, but as the only local grocery store there's no competition for lower pricing. I'll stop in for things that I'm in need of but don't do regular shopping here.
