Marissa in the deli is awesome!! I have had her wait on me a few times now and what a difference from the usual girl. Shes very accommodating & pleasant to deal with. I had stopped using the deli cuz i was tired of being ignored but she greets you and is quick to wait on you & has a great personality. Give her a raise !!!! I wish i knew her schedule and would only get my deli when she is there.

Cashiers are always awful and unfriendly, god forbid you ask them to bag your groceries, apply your store points or ask them to scan a heavy product. Can never find an employee when help is needed and if so, they flat out refuse to help.

I bought a ribeye stake directly from the butcher today it was tough as stell 19 dollars a lb . By the way the butcher was a nice guy.

I've been shopping here since the store opened. Produce can be scarce and starts forming mold within 48 hours. I bought a live lobster and had the worst case of sulfur stomach. Same with their packaged shucked oysters. Just not fresh... despite expiration dates... or clean. The fresh salmon has mushy flesh. Some of the younger staff can be incredibly rude, which usually means they know they'll get away with it. Prices are expensive unless you find a sale. Best to shop at Save-A-Lot in Fort Plain and just save PC for things you can't find there.

Price Chopper Palatine Bridge is one of the worst. Too bad there's nothing else close, so we often go there. Produce particularly is very poor and not usually very fresh. The one positive is they have a great floral section.

This place was amazing and had a great staff. I came here a few times during the Christmas week and loved coming here every time. The aisles were well organized and stocked to the shelf, the dairy section was generous, and the firewood was the best in the entire area. The manager of the store saw my brother wearing a fur coat, and she came up to him and gave him a hug. Like who does that? Amazing team and a very magical place. You will forever be in my heart.

Fair pricing. Friendly workers. Rarely lines. When lines do form, management opens more registers (even will run register themselves). Most times shelves are fully stocked. No complaints. Not too much that you can't get here

I have worked here since 2015, it's a great clean store! Friendly staff, if you have bills to pay I hardly recommend here. As a store to being your family too, and have that friendly family experience though! It will do more then that, the bakerrys also got the best so it's (though I wasn't allowed to eat them most the time) when I was THEY WHERE TO GOOD TO PASZ UP!!!!

Prices are ridiculous, especially meat. Bakery not much of a selection. Although I'm glad they don't force masks, I do think they should send sick workers home. Didn't appreciate having a woman check me out while sneezing, coughing and sniffling all over my stuff.

This is a smaller store in a community that seldom strays from the culinary basics, so roll the dice. Produce is hit-and-miss, depending on who's working. Today was a great day. Last time I arrived home with four rotten clementines (whoever stocked put the bag rotten-side down). Prepackaged greens are often near expiration. Meat is similar. If you want burger or chicken, great. Otherwise you might not find the cut you need. In-store bakery is decent. Bread aisle was empty today. No real beer selection unless you want Bud, Mich, or Coors. Please understand, selection is more a reflection of the clientele. Why stock gourmet mushrooms or pork belly or queso fresco when few people buy them? Staff is friendly and hard working. Prices on common or sale items are competitive. Prices on anything out of the ordinary are pretty steep.

I love this store. It's always clean and they have alot of register's open on busy days. Their food court is really good too! I highly recommend the breakfast pizza!

The store is clean, excellent produce, dairy, deli, meat & fish. My low rating comes from the fact that no matter what time you shop there, there is only 1-2 checkout lanes open (the cashier's are friendly, fast & efficient) so it's self checkout with lines of people waiting at all open lanes - human & computer. I've contacted the store and district manager multiple times about this on going problem of never having checkouts open and have gotten no where. Sadly, I have taken the majority of my food shopping business elsewhere.

My experience was awful. There were only 2 lines open, and no self check out open. The 2 lines were all the way down both isles. All the customers were complaining and the 2 cashier's were very snappy and not polite, but who could blame them, I wouldn't want to work under those conditions either. Most of the produce section was even bare. So this trip was a little stressful.

Tyme left rotten red onions in the basket, i grabbed one and was very disgusted. i wish i could just have a fresh red onion. thank you.

Price Chopper has decent to reasonable quality groceries but is horrifically overpriced. I can go to Aldis and pay a fraction of the cost for excellent quality and even get organic for only a small price increase, unlike most other stores that have a significant price increase from regular to organic. Unless you comparision shop and only buy items when they're on sale or absolutely cannot find an item elsewhere I avoid shopping at ANY Price Chopper, regardless of location.This location is NO LONGER 24 hours which eliminates the only advantage it had over other local grocery stores.They do have a fish fry department that makes fish dinners which is quite excellent. That is something worth getting here.

I recently relocated from Rochester NY, let me tell you all, if Wegmans was to move into town this place would be shut down in months. Superior service that beats this place.

For a local place this store is HUGE! They have everything that I want always in stock and the checkout experience is quick and you usually dont have to wait very long if there actually are any lines. The staff are friendly and I love the conversations we have! The deli is great and for a local store its pretty convenient that they have one!

Came to the deli at 12:30 on a Sunday and asked for sandwich meat, where the gentleman working flat out refused to cut what I asked for? Not sure if the deli has new hours that are not displayed at the counter, he told me I could pick from any of the pre packaged sandwich meat on display. Said if I couldn't find anything out I could "drive to Albany". Is there a price chopper who serves customers Sundays in Albany? Very confused.

Average rural supermarket. Sometimes coverage is poor at the registers. Not going to find a lot of variety. Could be the northeast winter but there is something a bit depressing about the atmosphere in there. Maybe they need better lighting or something.

Closest grocery store to me so I am forced to go there if I don't want to drive 30 minutes in any direction. Weekly specials always sold out, old sticker prices remain on shelves and confuse the consumer. Produce can be hit or miss. One woman behind customer service gave me a problem and asked if the item was in the flyer when I asked for a raincheck. I shop here all the time B!

Today I purchased King Crab Legs that were on sale at $17.99 lb. Really should’ve been skeptical on them being good due to the stench in the car driving home. Cooked them up tonight & even got a bloody finger from removing the shells. Only to find out after one bite that they were bad. Extremely disappointed & unfortunately can’t find the receipt. Believe I never received one. What an extreme waste of money And my time ☹️ This occurred at the Palatine Bridge, NY store.

The lady at the customer service desk was extremely rude. Refuse to talk to me. When she felt done with the conversation, she walked into the office and locked the door. I will never be using this Price Chopper again and will tell people to also not use it.

Probably the major grocery store in this small community. Helpful, friendly staff. Good deals that vary weekly or monthly, though you can probably get many items cheaper if you’re willing to travel 15 miles or so.
