A great lady waiting on tables sense of humor, she's been there for many many years she takes very good care of all her customers....... Pancakes this morning for breakfast a change from my usual. They were very good light n fluffy exactly the way I like them...... My coffee never got empty......Parking: Large parking lot plenty of space do not need to park next to cars for door dings.....Kid-friendliness: A great spot to bring the young kids in to break them in for good diner and mom and pop restaurant food......

Went for breakfast on a Saturday morning, my first time there. Good prices, friendly service. I agree with other reviewer's, the food could use more seasoning but still had good flavor overall. I ordered scrambled eggs which came out slightly undercooked for my liking, next time I'll just ask that they be cooked a little longer.

Staff is very friendly family owned and operated since before I started going there in the mid 1980s. They changed their closed day to Sunday a couple yrs ago and I miss Sunday morning breakfast. They have eat in and take out with daily specials. My personal favorite is their beef tips over noodles. Of course they have Friday fish specials. They also have homemade pies

If you're a senior with a iffy stomach,I'd say come here; but only if you have great patience.I say that because our waitress (older heavyset black hair) first,only half listened to my initial order for a chocolate milk and a glass of water.So no water.Then she brought us the wrong order.(I kept my f@?k-up because it was a nice omelette)They brought my girl under cooked and unseasoned "french toast".They ration their condiments harshly.Then when I told them we wanted the french toast meal taken off the waitress was rude, condescending, and then stormed off without resolving our issue like an overgrown child.They proceeded to charge for the bacon and coffee instead of comping the meal as would have been appropriate.We will never eat there again.

Had a very poor experience at this Diner and will not be eating here again based on how the server handled the situation. My bf and I came to have breakfast; I ordered coffee and a water, he ordered chocolate milk and a water but the server walked away as he was ordering the water. Strike one, not a big deal though. I can see how she didn't catch the last part though she should have been more attentive.So the order comes and we are both given someone else's order. Strike 2, the waitress shrugs it off. I send my plate back but my bf decides he will keep the order he was given as it's similar enough. He just asks to be given the rye toast he ordered.The waitress drops off the toast and we notice it is completely dry with no butter. Strike 3, getting more frustrated and losing my appetite. Waitress claims she thought he wanted it dry as if anyone orders toast unbuttered without saying as much.Finally my plate of french toast with bacon is brought. I'm given one small portion of butter and 2 small portions of syrup for 4 pieces of french toast! Can tell that this place is stingy based on the rationing of condiments and poor interior decoration. I start eating the french toast and it's basically white egg yolk on bread with barely if any seasoning, no cinnamon. I'm confused and now have fully lost my appetite due to disappointment.I leave over half the meal and ask the waitress to take it off the bill as it has no flavor. She becomes argumentative and claims they don't season their french toast there even though the customer is never informed of this either on the menu or in person while ordering. I have a hard time believing a restaurant will serve a french toast without adding the necessary ingredients of which it is associated with or at least asking the customer their preference. The waitress storms off without asking if I'd like anything else instead or apologizing for her myriad mistakes throughout the entire process.We are not brought a check or anything and my bf goes up front to pay. Instead of giving us an appropriate discount or comping my 75% uneaten meal, we are charged for bacon as well which came with the french toast, just not the price of the french toast combo which included the bacon. Total came to $14 and some change. We paid $15 and left unsatisfied, myself having hardly eaten.

Lovely place to go for extra delicious food. The portions are generous and cooked to your taste. The prices are affordable and the people who work there are friendly and caring. Just like Home away from HOME!

Don't normally complain but second time I ordered fish sandwich to go and the fish was so small and this wasn't much bigger than McDonald's use to like the place but seems like they are skimping now

Very nice diner, with great food and friendly people. I would recommend friends & family to go there if you want good food & great prices. Also very comfortable to relax while eating. A+++ When I'm in this area, I will be stopping back for a bite to eat again.
