I’ve decided to avoid this Dunkin location because every time I seem to order coffee the taste is completely off. I ordered a Caramel Craze Signature latte to which was put down as “Caramel Iced Latte” in the system when I paid. Tell me why I received a cup nearly as white as snow. I urge you if you’re reading this to look up what a caramel craze iced latte looks like and then return to this review. This location also messed up my frozen chocolate drink which tasted like a dark chocolate bar submerged in tap water. I’ll tell you right now that’s not how it is supposed to taste but I digress. These workers just need to actually follow the recipes and they’ll be fine.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. They constantly orders wrong. Then they do nothing to rectify their mistake. The last time I visited the store, I ordered a large latte with an extra shot of espresso. When I picked up my order I noticed they made a medium latte instead. I kindly let them know of the issue. So the guy behind the counter dumped the medium latte into a large cup and gave it back to me without adding additional espresso. I asked him to make me a proper drink and he insisted he already did.

The orders always come out quickly, but they forgot to add cream and sugar to the one item I ordered - coffee. And the cashier that took my order made the coffee for me and delivered in less than 90 seconds. So they forgot, and they didn't check the ticket. Easy fix, though!

Everytime I go there to order a breakfast sandwich they either don't have what I want or I get home & it's a completely different sandwich this has happened at least 4 times. As for the Baskin Robins they have there, the ice cream is freezer burned & taste old & they usually never have the things they show on the menu. Although I must say that the staff there are all always super friendly.

This place needs people with more experiece, there is a Indian lady working in the afternoon that doesnt know how to give exact change, cant make a Mangonada not even a regular mango smoothie from Baskin-Robbins

This place is a joke.Totally dysfunctional.Four people working behind the counter.They had to go to the grocery store for wraps.Waited 25 minutes for my wrap, and they made it wrong!

I was there this morning I asked for a bagel extra toasted and I got it very cold !! It looked like she just cut and put the cream cheese in it ! The Coffee ?? its was just OK.

Prices are very high and thay overcharged us
