Awesome place to bring the kids! My son is five and he loved it. You pay for fish food and can feed the fish as much as you want. There is the hatchery where you can go inside and see the baby fish as well. There is also a playground for the kiddos. Overall, this was a great little activity to do for a couple hours on the weekend!

Fishing it the tiny pond was phenomenal, guys helped us and had extra rods and bait to use. Must've caught 30 trout in 2 hours. There are brookies, brownies, and rainbows for viewing, but you can only fish for rainbows there. The fish were pretty big too.

Love taking the kids here. Well maintained and good experience for kids and adults. Especially those not exposed to fish much. We make a point to stop atleast a few times a year and my kids always love feeding the fish. Playground is nice as well as just sitting and enjoying the quiet by the large pong

I was there with some friends to photograph dragonflies and other insects. Ate lunch at one of the picnic tables. I see a playground but had no one to try it out.

This is a nice place to walk and view growth and care of various types of fish at different stages of development. Yesterday additional exhibits were set up under tents disseminating information about fishing and other types of wildlife and conservation. Families with children were able to fish, shoot and use bow and arrows free of charge. There was good food and refreshments available and a good time was had by all.

I love visiting when I need a day to relax. There's a park and a playground for kids, in addition to several ponds of fish you can see outside. Inside the building you can see several stages of fish as the reach maturity. The folks that work here are very polite and knowledgeable.Free parking. Bathrooms are available.

This place is worthy of ten stars. Bring your picnic basket and bring the kids. So much to learn about the trout. Kids are naturally curious and this could be a great experience. Who knows, they could grow up to be the next great conservationist.

A lot of the tanks were empty and only the medium sized carp and up were interested in the fish food. Nice quiet place and the Carpenter's Brook that ran through the property was lovely.

A nice place to visit with the kids. The grounds are kept well and if there is an event like Sportsman's days going on now in late September great opportunity to learn how to fish

I was there with my kids, although its a nice place! I was very disappointed cause some the nets were in the water n one of kids fell in. Hes ok!!! I feel the nets should be more secure, for the safety of the children visiting

On a nice day, this is a great place to take the kids. I sometimes just go here to eat lunch on the bench. They provide fish for many local gems, the Erie canal is stocked with fish raised by this hatchery.
