The store and employees are great but the parking lot is horrendous. My mother fell because of how bad it is the landlord of that property needs to do his job and take care of his property. I'm sure he has no problem taking rent money from all those businesses every month.

I made a same day pick up order in the morning around 9am and it was still processing by 4pm. So I called the store and the employee told me my order for ONE ITEM for same day pick up was going to be ready in 48 hours. When asking why my order of one item would be taking 48 hours to be ready I was rudely hung up on. My local big lots has stuff ready in as little as 45 mins.

You can't always find everything on your list but it is a great place to visit and find great deals.I visited looking for new furniture. There were a few couches that seemed to be of good quality others not so much. They offered a few payment options and third party delivery options.

Decent sized store for our small town. I thought Big Lots was all generic and off brands and under sold products but I was wrong. They have all kinds of name brand items. Most of their products are lower quality but its good for people on tight budgets or to hold you over til you save up for better quality. And the prices are very reasonable.

I haven't been in a Big Lots store in quite some time. I happened across this one in Palintine Bridge NY today and went in for a look. I can't believe what I've been missing!This particular store is very clean and organized. Very friendly and helpful staff.They have a great selection of furniture, clothing, toys, electronic's, etc etc ...I will definitely be going to this Big Lots again and again.

Every employee was extremely helpful and informative!! Was greeted upon entering asked if I needed any assistance. They directed me to the proper areas for items I came in for and the manager was working along side her employees. Excellent experience and will now do all my shopping there. I was extremely impressed!! With the friendly staff..wish they had a larger food selection! I'd never have to shop anywhere else!! Thank you for the GREAT shopping experience!!!

Customer service is a hit or miss. Sometimes good other times they don't leave behind the register or say so much as Hi to you as you pass by. They have a decent selection of stuff which is why I rate it a 4 star, based solely off what they have to offer.

We came in to buy furniture bought and paid for in full. There were some discrepancies and some our failure to check and listen fully. I just want to thank the manager and the employee Ann for serving us to get straightened out . There are not many honest people out there. Thank you again for your service and honesty and my apologies for not listening.

Manager was extremely rude, on her cell leaning on a cart and just watching others work. When asked a question she just stood their and responded snobby. Cashier however was helpful and cheerful. Offended by her attire because you could almost see her entire.. Will take my business elsewhere!

Great asset for our small town. Great variety of staple items as well as browse worthy unusual food items. Great prices. I love the large stationery offerings. Staff is always polite, helpful , well trained.

When you need something at a reasonable price, and you need it quickly, this is a nice local store you can go to! The staff are friendly and the store is well maintained. For such a small place they have quite an array of items in stock.

Well the store was packed and I couldn't find Harley anything I wanted because the shelves are kind of bare and there was only one checkout line open with all the people that were in the store I thought that was totally ridiculous. People have things to do other than stand in line for 15 minutes to cash out.

Very clean, staff are very friendly, and prices are very good. I like coming here to get anything at convenience. The store may be small, but like ArcaneYeti said, they have a large variety of items.

Would have given 5 stars but an employee was working with mask off of her face. Will go somewhere else. I care about your health enough to wear a mask. If you don't care about mine I will shop somewhere else.

The staff are really friendly here! I love how big lots has everything from house wears, to furniture, to obscure snacks and health food! Sometimes if I have time to kill I will just wander around to see what random things they have!

I shopped throughout the store and noticed that a lot of items were out dated. Such as cold cereal, archway cookies, pasta, and jams. The store stock workers are not rotating the items on the shelves. I usually shop at the big lots in Utica not Palintine Bridge. I won't shop at this store no more.
