I ordered 4 cubic yards of stone on a Sunday night and it was delivered first thing the next morning at 815am! Very quick, friendly, and placed in the exact spot I mentioned.

We did a mommy + me photoshoot, so my review isn’t based on purchases or service but the facility. On a gloomy Sunday we went to do our photoshoot, the facility was outstanding. Everything was well kept, flowers bright, and buildings clean. If I were to buy plants (not a green thumb) I would check them out! Pic of the toddler with some of their products

I bought 10 Colorado Blue Spruce trees from DeMarco last year 7-12ft. Only 3 of the 10 survived. When I bought them they promised and advertised a replacement guarantee if any of my trees died. I followed the guidance and spoke with the office last fall after doing everything I could to save the seven trees. I sent the email over as required by DeMarco, I was told they were out of stock and that I would be taken care of in the fall when I called to follow up. Well, I have been ghosted at every turn since sending the email last year.Extremely poor showing, as I have been a customer for a couple years buying their flowers.I would appreciate a call back and my trees replaced this spring.{Updated- they finally got my trees replaced a year later}

We have purchased our mums here for the past few years. This years is even more exceptional. They have been in the front yard for only 2 days and have numerous people ask where we bought them. They give a veterans discount on top of the exceptional service.

All in all a great experience from placing the 30yd rental to the pickup. I contacted their office on the morning of the 5th pickup day, not sure which day was counted as the actual 5th day when i called and the office was able to accommodate the pickup and put us into the schedule for that same day so no extra fees were added. Very professional, easy and convenient experience/company and highly recommend to anyone especially if you need a larger rental. The only reason I gave a 4 is because of the hours for being able to contact the office. Became a little inconvenient to me trying to get in touch with someone due to my own work schedule. But in the end once I did speak with her she was amazing; very polite, respectful and efficient. but most importantly she was good at her customer service which can make or break a deal. Thank you again for the service Anthony Demarco & Sons, we will be using you in the future with our home remodels when the time comes!! :)

Have ordered 2 bulk orders in the past month. 4 yards of stone dust and 2 yards of the large cobbles. Ordered late afternoon and delivered early morning the next day both times. Driver cleaned up pile so it was neat and was very friendly.

I ordered stone. They said it would be delivered afterlunch? At 230 I called and was asked want me to find out when? Customer service for low ratting, just pick up the phone and keep customer updated.

Website did not have any information on the additional $600 in charges for the dumpster service. They charge for each matress, box spring, chair etc. Careful it's only in fine print email after you pay the first $450. Any other dumpster service is cheaper for home waste removal. Don't let them scam you too. Demarco you need your website to display these fees that are not industry standard. I call to request info, you tell me just go to website, website only tells half the story. Horrible business practices. Do not use these people ever.

Mulch not dropped where it was supposed to be dropped at in the driveway. Then the driver proceeded to open up our mailbox and pull the mail out and look through our mail. Once he was caught with our mail in his hand he threw it back in and placed the invoice in the mailbox. Called the office to tell them about this, They stated the "owner" would be calling us back. However the the driver decided to call us after a complaint was filed against him, But we still have yet to receive the phone call back from the owner. We called back the next day the office worker stated that the driver admitted going through our mail, he was written up for the same. Still requesting a call from the Owner or boss. Still no phone call back. Authorities called about driver going through our mailbox, Deputy that talked to us states, This however was not the first time he has taken complaints about DeMarco's and their poor customer service. My suggestion is if you want things done right and your privacy safe, DO NOT call Anthony Demarco & Sons.In response, my house is clearly marked with reflective signs on the front porch and on the mailbox. He proceeded to go through my mail after the mulch was dumped. If he had questions of wether or not he was at the right place he should not of dumped the load! You’re right I did call and they said you were out of town on Wednesday, you made zero attempt to contact us! You made no attempt to look out for your customers or show your customers you cared about them. As I’ve been hearing this isn’t an uncommon thing anyway. Wether this is an employee of 40 years or 4 days it is against the law to look at someone’s mail for any reason. Still completely unacceptable!

I went to get topsoil, and brought my own trailer. When I pulled in there were 2 gentleman over by the mulch topsoil etc. When it came time for them to load it no one was around. I would definitely go somewhere else for your landscaping needs.

I stopped patronizing this company because their truck drivers have no respect for my neighborhood. Our stretch of Route 5 West to Hamilton Rd. in Elbridge is 30 miles an hour and at least 50 times since I've see their trucks zooming up and down the street speeding. That is only when I'm outside.
