Absolutely horrible pharmacy. Discriminatory and illegal practices. This pharmacy refused to fill my medications because my prescriber is in CT (a mere 40 min away.) She informed me its "a law" which I know for a fact is absolutely not (I work in medicine.) When I said this is not a law, she told me "it's their personal policy the prescriber or yourself must live within a 1 mile radius." Seriously?? Mind you, I live AND work in the area and have had my prescriptions filled here before. This lady just decided she didn't want to fill my medications today. Discriminatory and illegal practices at this pharmacy. They need to be shut down like all the other Walgreens are. Hope this chain goes out of business.

Went to Walgreens for a drive through rapid Covid test. The appointment was for 3:30 PM. We arrived at 3:15 PM and we’re the only ones waiting at the drive-through for nearly 20 minutes while the folks inside continue doing their work, heads down avoiding looking at the drive-through. I finally looked for a way to communicate with them and found a small bell. I push the button and magically robots answered how can I help you? After completing all of the information online I’m asked to present ID and insurance cards. It was probably 45 minutes before I was able to administer the test to my mom. Although you do get the Covid results in two hours it takes nearly an hour to perform a 15 minute exam. Be prepared.

AVOID AVOID AVOIDWorst customer service at the Pharmacy. One representative for many people standing in line. 30 minutes just to speak. Then one more hour just to get the vaccine. The whole store looks like a warehouse. Also, the store smells like a dead fish.

Very rude customer service , they ignore you and make you wait when there’s no one in line just to talk to each other , when you ask nicely for something to be unlocked they will sound so miserable to help you .

The whole place is ghetto, the whole neighborhood is ghetto. The Walgreens has people arguing, don’t come here, everything is scattered around the place, it looks as if you let a group of toddlers just destroy the place. Go to rite aid, or some other Walgreens in them nice neighborhoods, let this building go out of business please.

So many horrible experiences with staff at this branch. Some employees are nice but certain others who, by some miracle, still work here are downright abusive to customers. One employee even grabbed my friend's card and swiped it herself while my friend's transaction wasn't done - we were just trying to use coupons.What did we ever do to you? We're always nice and respectful but you're always like this. Some of them dont even wear a name tag anymore like they live to abuse customers. Negative stars.Corporate needs to look at this branch closely.

Whey advertise a FedEx drop off service if all you all you do is find reasons to deny. NO SPACE, TOO BIG, SCANNER NOT WORKING, TOO HEAVY, ETC. In addition, the Managers are very nasty humans, i hope the employees don't take any lessons on how to traet customers from them. Consider this...It takes a lot of effort to put a package together and find a drop off location only to be told that you won't do it for any and all the reasons above (there may be more). Walgreens should just eliminate that service. Do yourself a favor and don't bother going to Walgreens to drop off FedEx. Do pickup instead. Not worth the aggravation.

But badly treated because I came to the drive-thru window by foot. They denied my taking the test because I wasn't in a car, but they forgot the fact that it was their inefficiency and mistake with the client in front of me that made me wait for one extra hour, long-due my preassigned appointment. No uber driver is going to wait for me that long. Their way of distinguishing people who couldn't afford a car is such a laughingstock. shame on them. luckily an angle came by, not a white one but black. he's a young tech-looking black gentleman driving an suv with his wife and two kids. He heard my story and let me get into the backseat. that shut the lab people up immediately and they passed me the kit. I'm always indebted to his kindness, knowing that not many people would let strangers in their car during such pandemic season. god bless good people like them! This review corresponds to the drive-through COVID-testing manager and staff working in 2021 april. I do not know if their attitude or service has improved.

Went in to get vaccine yesterday. All took just over an hour so not too bad. Clearly the pharmacy staff was struggling to keep up with checking in vaccine appointments on top of serving their regular customers. Just be patient and realize that they are all working very hard to avoid delays. If you’re expecting super organized event for your covid vaccine then maybe select one of the state or city run sites. But if this pharmacy is close to you then it is a good choice. Four stars because it’s really hot inside and the drink fridges weren’t stocked well.

Went to this location to get a rapid covid test through the drive thru. I had abit of a wait, but that's to be expected. It's a pandemic and all these locations seem packed with people. Service was good. Instructions for the test were clear and easy. Would use this place again .

as far as cashiers & staff it’s great, needing help? you’ll have to look for it.. staff isn’t fully staffed! Finding items a bit tricky; but you’ll get what you need to buy for the most part.. the only reason I’m rating this a 2 star is because ever since COVID-19 vaccines are being administered here the wait by the pharmacy is ridiculous, it’s not organized/ set up properly at all!!!! Two visits & one of the visits I waited roughly 30 mins the next visit to pick up medication I waited nearly 3 hours STANDING!!!! all because it was a bunch of confusion of who’s getting vaccinated, who’s picking up, who’s dropping off, etc etc! Be more organized please..

Worst experience with Lady manager.Her name is Jamella. She needs to go back to School. she have no Manners.I went there to pick up my online order. she yelled at me.I ask her i wants to talk to Manager n she said she is the manager. Horrible Manager. He is Indian, very unprofessional. He works in the night. I will get his name and update my review. He garbage 200 pictures of mine infront of me and others customers in the line. Because when I printed I didn’t add the code. So that means I have to pay 39 cents each and not 12 cents. All he had to do was be a manager and do the right thing.Above review is from last summer.06/06/2020So I walked into the store at 6:55 pm this afternoon. There were 4 employees standing infront. No one said a word not even a hello. So I pick up a cart and went to the isles. Next thing this woman who I think is the manager screamed down the isle “we are closed” while the other employees stared at me. Someone should have the decency to say, we will be closing in 5 mins. Please grab your item. This store closes at 10pm. But I am assuming that because of the current situation that it is closing at 7pm. I often come to this store because it is close by but the employees and managers needs training on how to be customer service representative. If they don’t like their job then there are many options out there. Just do your job and say a little hello or have some respect and courtesy.12/31/20Another horrible visit to Wallgreens. This time it was the pharmacy. This woman, not sure who she is. A trainee or a helper or a pharmacist. She didn’t have any customer service skills, no understanding. Just a high temper. In the end of the whole situation. She basically needed to put in a code manually which someone told her to do. She was so rude to the point where I couldn’t speak anymore. This Wallgreens overall is horrible. When I went in the pharmacy was closed. The phone system was not updated to say it was closed.Called today and hold for 25 mins. Someone answer then I request a refill of this same medication that my dad needs. The girl said hold on and hang up the phone and they never called back. When you go into they store they are so rude. I used to love the drive through. Because they had to provide immediate service to you but they shut that down now.I know the front store is worst at customer services and now they pharmacy is getting there.Please educated yourself on how to be a customer service worker and the role of your job.

This store needs new staffing. The Manager (he’s an older Indian male) was unhelpful. I saw something on the Walgreens.com site for a cheaper price. I checked if Walgreens price matches the online price of an item if it shows it to be more expensive in store (same vice versa) & they do. It says so on their website. The item was priced $6.79 in store, $3.99 online. I brought this to the manager. He kept arguing “we don’t price match” “that price is a sale price” “we’re unable to change the price” the excuse changed at least 5 different times. I showed him that the item was not listed as on sale online, if it was it would’ve been listed in red & the original price would’ve been crossed out. No matter what I said I was wrong. He didn’t even wanna see what it said on their website. I wasn’t just pulling up some b/s on google. I was pulling up facts from their company website. My guess is the manager is old & outdated & doesnt understand how their online site works verse in store. Anyhow he shouldn’t be a manager. His attitude sucked & I knew his job better than he did.

Well, I have been asked to wait for my medication by the pharmacist. The pharmacist did not mind make me wait, but she was able to talk to another client for 10 mins because Spanish is her native Language.

Went to Walgreens for about 15 min came out to find my car being towed. They said they saw me leave and its too late they said i needed to pay $201. I spoke to the manager he said he couldn't do anything about it. Worst experience ever. I will never visit Walgreens again. BOYCOTT WALGREENS!

Parking in this area is RIDICULOUS!! Just went to grab a prescription as I was greeted right away by the manager of the pharmacy (Priya) took care of me in no time an even assisted with a coupon that saved me $25.

Went accross the street to buy coffee with my wife then shop at walgreen.enjoying the store with my wife with a cup of coffee. Reach across the street too going in walgreen .and seeing our car been tow by walgreen they charge us $167 pluse tax .if you have the intention to buy from them and some one across the street look for a park some where els.
