A few months ago my dog was returned to me with a popped blood vessel in his eye and fleas. I will never return. Terrible customer service. The owner is very rude and nasty. He yells at the top of his lungs. if the owner seems irritated and rude to the paying customer, think about how they must treat the animals.

This place is awful. The first time I took my pup for a grooming at Puppyland the staff was very friendly and professional. Though I wasn't crazy about the haircut they gave my dog, I could tell he had been treated well and he seemed very relaxed and happy afterwards. However, when I took him back late last year, the staff was made up of two females I had not seen before, one which was extremely rude to me, and what was supposed to be a 1 hour appointment turned into a 6 hour one! Plus I could hear the groomer yelling at the dogs in the back! My dog seemed so miserable for the rest of the night. Would never take my little guy back to Puppyland. Ever.

Not even worth a star. Horrible staff. Just left the vet and my puppy was fine they called after i dropped him off and said he had fleas. Which is a total lie and wanted to charge extra. And cut my puppy while at it. Never again. PAMPERED PAWS it's is next time.

****BEWARE**** This place is horrible despite what other people say. The owner Andres smokes tons of meth and is very aggressive with the dogs when washing them. This establishment has been slammed with multiple violations by the city due to Hazardous work environments as well as being deemed unsanitary. This place isn't busy for a reason and these are some of the reasons why. If you truly care about your pet and his or hers well being bring your pet somewhere else and or do business somewhere else.

Bad service, rude manager and rude boss. Store occasionally smells like dog poop. Sometimes the dogs are sick. You can tell their food are always on the shelf and barely restocks. Does not play with their own dogs. Does not know how to speak to others or treat them with respect. Also, the employees work with a face as if they dont want to be there and sometimes dont know what they are doing.

While I was taking the pictures a woman asked why I was taking pictures of her business. When I told her they were for Google, she remained calm & started to speak to another person in a vehicle in another language other than English. This place appears to be like a garage with some vehicles parked inside. The entrance is on the street side with an aluminum gate. This store doesn't existed anymore.

I had the best experience there my puppy hates being groomed and as some of the employees were have a hard time with him ,the owner then came to assist and got the job done . He had him looking great .

The attention is very good. More than that, it is excellent. There is a great variety of dogs, cats, very well cared for and super economical accessories. I loved it.
