Bob is nice. But that's about it. Its dirty, Stuff all over the place. Sales are not marked. Most of the employees are rude. Especially the older woman with blonde hair. She's always yelling how much time is left before store closing. Even tells people ar the door "only 5 minutes left"

The Dollar General in Bridgewater is a great store. I always enjoy going there. Clean always fully stocked and friendly associates. The only problem was they don't enforce Face Mask.

All was great except the store was extremely untidy. Boxes in isles, miss placed merchandise everywhere. Looked like post earthquake. Was clean, and staff was friendly and helpful. I only saw one worker, perhaps that was the reason?!?!

As our local Dollar General, it pales in comparison to some of the other DG stores. The store offers what the community needs with comparable pricing. It seems there are frequent breakdowns with the electronics necessary for staff to operate efficiently on any given day of the week.

Has all the basic necessities. Very convenient. Can run in and grab milk, cereal, etc among other household items. Richfield Springs is fortunate to have a well equipped store like this.

Has mostly everything I'm looking for whenever I'm in there. Some of the employees can be very impatient when youre looking for your money in your wallet and act like you didn't hear them. Most though are wonderful and friendly

This place is always extremely dirty and seems to being run down by employees who don't care.Shelves are rarely stocked and in shambles.People in the community deserve better.

Everyone's always friendly and helpful, their prices are excellent and I love spending my time and money here. It's the cheapest place to get name brand items. They always have great deals and savings.

Definitely needs a little update. The newer stores appear cleaner and more organized. Automatic door openers would be nice as well

Quite messy and disorganized. Employees not sure what they have in stock and not usually willing to help you find anything. Entrance is dark and always looks closed. Clutter everywhere.

There is nothing ever on the shelves in Richfield Springs Supposed to be convenient I rather go to price chopper and spend more money than waste my time walking around the store and finding nothing I need because the shelves are never stocked.

It's very nice when you walk in and the workers all say hi and asked if you need help with any thing . I have been going to the dollar general in richfield spring and in bridgwater for years
