My experiences with Aubuchon in Richfield springs, are nothing short of miraculous. Every time I enter the store I am greeted with a friendly associate. I can ask any questions and feel confident I will be getting a professional response. The owners are almost always there which is very comforting in a small town. Couldn't ask for a better local hardware store.

Staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Store always looks good and has what we need and Manager has alot of knowledge on all aspects. Won't ever get that at Lowes or home depot. Well done everyone.

I needed a Bissett Vacuum and did a Google search. I found there was one in stock at Aubuchon. I called the store and the clerk patiently walked me through an online purchase. It was ready for me to pick up in five minutes. Great service!

Derricks wife Carol here to say I am very happy with the staff, services, and supplies at this store. Always helpful in carrying out heavy purchases. Prices are marked a tad high but I still go there regardless to save a trip to Herkimer or Utica. Keep up the great customer service!!!

This store is extremely well organized and has so many amazing supplies. It covers items from homegoods, to pets, to lawn care, to carpentry tools. Great store and would recommend for people to stop in and check it out.

I needed help adjusting the color a bunch of paint that I had purchased at another store and they were super helpful! He took almost an hour of his time to make sure I was happy with the new color and didn't charge me for the addition of the extra pigment he added into the paint. Thanks so much! I've been to this store many times and have had mostly good experiences. There prices are reasonable for a local hardware store and they have a pretty good selection of tools, plumbing supplies, paints, and so on. The staff is knowledgeable and can help you find what you're looking for. If you're in the area or just passing by and happen to need a part for a project or some paint for your kitchen this place has it covered, and is definitely a recommended store. As I said they are a local store so they are not going to have the selection of Lowe's or Home Depot but this little store manages to pack quite a lot of stuff into this small store. If you've read this far and are considering on stopping by I challenge you to find both their cats, they have a fat white cat that I mostly find in the front of the store by the doors and a black, brown and white cat that is a literal ball of fluff and blubber. Both cats are friendly and welcome a pet.

I have a son who is autistic, and loves animals. a couple of years ago, he picked up the store cat, and one of the store's staff told him to put down the animal in a disrespected manner. Made a complaint but no one even bother reprimanding the person at fault. the store is also expensive and the staff were rude to me as well. Will no longer be coming to this store, and I suggest you do the same and boycott the store for discrimination of people with autism. Shame on them.

Excellent local hardware store. Pretty much has everything you might need. My visit was for a new chainsaw chain. The store manager John took the time to help me find just the right chain and I was able to drop off my dull one for a sharpening.

The staff is fantastic! They are so friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It’s a pleasure to shop there. Also, the selection of and the extensive variety of hardware and goods available rivals any of the “big box” stores.

Came in to see if they had some 1ft pavers today, they use to be out front. Employee at the check out said they might but was not willing to check. Said it would be too much trouble and said he did not think there were many left. This was our first stop to get all are hardware needs. Now it will be the last.

Well stocked hardware store. I'm new to area and recently bought a "fixer upper" (house) so this store is a godsend especially considering this is a little "oasis" village out in the countryside. Employees there always seem friendly.

The equipment I rented didn't work, lady that was working was very rude and acted like it was my problem and still made me pay. A few days later John called me and was very nice and said there was a issue with it and I could either get a refund or rent it again for free.

I Love these guys, as a woman and a want to be do it yourselfer they really help me figure out what I need to complete the job (even when I say I need the Thingamabobber Jiggy) there patient and understanding.
