I found the two gentlemen men that run the store to be very helpful. The prices on dry dog foods are comparible to most online sites, and pet stores. There are some prices that are higher but the real estate prices in Rhinebeck are very high. I appreciate a good local pet store with variety.drive

Nice variety of stock food, treats and other items. Prices are good and the staff is okay. I would have given 4 stars if they would hand me my debit card back in my hand as I gave it to them when I pay, instead of putting on the countertop. A bit rude IMO....

This store has it all. Huge store, spotless clean, variety of all products. The man that helped us was very helpful, knew his product, where to find what ever we were looking for. He was pleasant and kind. Will definitely go back there.

Went to get my kitty some over-the-counter anxiety meds. They had a good selection and had excellent customer service, helping me pick out the right medication. Also was pleasantly surprised by all the options they had for other cat supplies. Will definitely be coming back for all my cat-related needs!

Arrived 10 minutes before closing. Owner said "you'd better hurry up", complete with huffy breath and eye roll. Went to PetSmart instead and spent $130. Too bad because I do prefer to shop locally, but apparently they don't need my business.

Please update your hours of service - completely unprofessional to have listed hours of when you are open on your front sign when you’re not - three times I have driven before 6 to see your establishment closed to my dismay . I suggest that you take down your sign with dates and times in the front of your business because that clearly is not pertinent to your work schedules.

I strongly recommend this location for all of your pet needs everything fro pet food to pet supplies and beyond. The owners are friendly and professional and take great pride in their location and offer the best pricing of anyone in the area. You will get much better products at the best pricing here over any alternative in the area .

Visited this store 3 times. Never will again. I dont know why people like this would open a pet store... Not once did they acknowledge my dog offer a treat or even act remotely friendly. Oh and for your trouble you will pay 40% more than national chains. Last straw was waiting 20 minutes for store to open (sign said 9) and no one showed up. Clearly a failing business and I can see why. Giving one star because ( - 5) stars is not a choice.

They have some of the brands that I like and trust. A decent selection of dog accessories and supplies. If I needed something in a pinch it's a good place to go.

We went there on Saturday to find a small net and a bowl because my daughter won two goldfish at the Dutchess County Fair, but they were closed at 4:00. Their sign said they were supposed to be open until 5 or 6. Hope everything is ok, there.

They're extremely rude. Furthermore they’re never open when they say they are. They close hours early. It’s like they have no manager and whoever runs the cash register does whatever they want. If they want to close early, they close. If they’re obnoxious, they’re obnoxious.
