First time here with my new pup and I've been to a couple vets, this place is posh, clean, spacious,super friendly, knowledgeable and not mention they are affordable and personable!!!!!..I had no clue they were located right around the corner from me. There are vets actually closer but on first meeting Dr Nikki,...I actually am going to move my other babies over here to her, she's so attentive and full of information for the human. My baby almost jumped off the table just to give her hugs and kisses!!! Her prices, her attitude, her demeanor, the way she speaks to you and the way each baby and person is individual makes the difference for me, I hope she stays this because I'm gambling by moving all my babies over here to Aqueduct!!! 10 out of 10 a definite recommend...

I took my cat here to have him checked out and they took bloodwork and called me the next day to inform me that his blood count was lacking potassium and they said that they have some free samples so I go to pick it up and when I get there they tell me that it’s $73 and I rushed out of my house and forgot my wallet. Mind you I just spent $446 the day before and when I get there they tell me that it’s $73 and I asked them if I could call with my information and they said no. I got upset because I just drove almost an hour one way and they wouldn’t let me leave with my cats medicine. Now I get a letter stating that I am no longer welcome because I was upset because my cat needs his medicine and they said no. PLUS they said that there were instances of inappropriate behavior, I don’t know how that was possible since I was only there 2 times. You should not tell people that you’re giving them free samples and then try and charge them for medicine. You Shouldn’t tell someone that you have free samples and NOT tell them after they arrive that the medicine costs anything, and you couldn’t even bill me for $73? That’s just not right, especially when my cat NEEDED the medicine. Your staff acted like they didn’t even care!!!!!

My wife and I have owned cats collectively for 70+ years and we have never experienced the circus of having a different vet in each of our several visits including an actual horse doctor treating our cat - malpractice at a staggering, widespread level. They killed our cat via their negligence and misdiagnosis, and then displayed no remorse, sympathy, or professionalism in the aftermath. They advertised emergency services when they had none, which led to the avoidable death of our cat, And they made it very clear that all they cared about was the money. Also, this is not the first time they have been accused of killing an animal.

Vets are very caring. While we were there a couple came in to put their dog down. The girls put out candles and a sign to explain someone was saying goodbye. Very respectful

My first visit and I loved this place. Dr. Pike treated my puppy like he had been going there forever. He made me feel comfortable and I felt that I had made the right choice in choosing a vet for my pet. The connection was real❤️❤️❤️

I have a sick dog that I paid a lot of money to have several tests done just for them to not call me back, refuse to give me my test results, and then send me the wrong dogs chart with all the owners personal information on it. The manager was apologetic and had the owner call me with yet again no diagnosis or even a recommendation on what the next step would be. Just completely stopped communicating with me. Absolute trash service.****To the reply****I spoke to the owner whose last communication with me was that he was going to talk to the first vet I saw at aqueduct and call me back. There were zero phone calls back and no recommendations for future appointments/testing. I do understand that not everything was an easy fix but I can assure you no one called me back after the owner said he was going to talk to the other vet and after the many times I had to call initially to just get test results I did not choose to play that game again. So yes I would consider the service I received as trash. Had there been a recommendation on another visit I would have gladly brought my dog back in.

I've had nothing but positive experiences here! I tend to ask lots of questions during appointments and have always been met with patience and thoroughness. I've only lived in the area for about a year and a half and am thankful to have found a vet that cares for my babies just as much as I care for them. Thank you for being awesome Dr. Pike!

They’ve been very helpful to me & my sister for our dogs, and comparatively not that expensive. It’s fairly easy to get an appointment & they are great with the dogs.

Doctors and staff are kind, patient and always helpful and responsive. They genuinely want to help, accommodate reasonable "asks" and take time to discuss issues with your pets. I regularly board here when on long vacations and they are top notch.

Scheduled appointment for our cat today, called back literally 45 minutes later because the appointment is no longer needed. I was told I had to pay $25.00 cancellation fee over the phone. I am sorry but I literally just called, technically it is fair, but not very pleasant.

I absolutely love the entire staff! As does my dogs and they are very comfortable they have so much compassion for my babies. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I have a question they are right on it and care so much for my babies they even call and check up on them! I truly couldnt ask for a better vet! Their prices are great too! They dont sales talk you like other places.

Not my visit but helped a friend. Was quite impressed. They came out to car, retrieved pet and brought them back after visit. Very fast, very friendly staff. If I need a Vet I'll be going there.

I've been going here for 19yrs, way before it found its new home. Ever since Dr. Pike joined, i stuck with him for all my pets. I took both my labs here from pups to their 16yr and almost 17yrs of life. From minor issues and pain management as they became elderly. I am currently taking the new dogs here as well. Friendly staff, amazing service, and great care with all my dogs. Highly recommend.

I’ve been bringing my pet here for just under a decade. I’ve had fair to excellent experiences with the various doctors and nurses over the years. The office staff can be hit or miss - some are very pleasant while some can seem irritated you’re there. Recently one was snippy with me on the phone when I was booking an appointment and misunderstood a question she asked.The facility has gotten ridiculous with its pricing. Depending on how they code something in their system, you could be paying for it again at your next visit. I was charged twice for the same $80 service, coded two different ways, just a month apart. And of course it wasn’t communicated to me beforehand that I would be charged again for it. It’s begun feeling very “nickel-dime”. I’ll be exploring other options.

*this was the care we received from the emergency vet for 7 hours. I have the bill and the pictures of my dog at the emergency vet getting treatment. he had eaten toxic mushrooms from the backyard. I have taken my dogs to you for years would not post something if it was not true.I went to their facility after calling in and letting them know I have an emergency with my pup if they were able to see me and treat him. this was at 6pm and they were closing at 7pm. the receptionist said yes knowing they were closing in an hour to bring my pup in. my pup was having neurological symptoms due to ingesting a toxic substance and was getting worst. they sat us in a room for the doctor to come in and tell me that the dog is having a reaction and to take him to the emergency vet after a whole hour of sitting in the doctor's room waiting for him to come while my dog was getting worst. no one was coming to see him even though I was telling the nurses. he was vomiting and loosing consciousness and was progressively becoming more unresponsive and started drooling. the doctor walked I for 2 mins to see the pup like it was a joke looked at hom said it was up to me but he thinks I can take him home and watch him since they are closing now and they don't have anyone to watch him through out the night or I can take him to the emergency vet and have them watch him there. charged me $100 for sitting there waiting for an hour for them to tell me to take him to another vet. did nothing not even a blood test. I rushed with him to upstate emergency vet where they took amazing care of him. he was in toxic shock from injesting a toxic substance and needed blood test to make sure his kidney and liver wasn't damage and iv fluids to rehydrate him as he was constantly throwing up and refusing food or water. thank God to them for saving my pup and taking so much care and attention to him in this emergency moment. will never take my dog back to aqueduct animal hospital and recommend anyone to go there. they are money hungry and a waste of time. when I called in at 6pm the receptionist and doctor should not have wasted my time to have me bring my pup who needed emergency service to them knowing they were closing and couldn't treat him just to make an extra $100 from me sitting there waiting. my dog was so sick and could have died. heartless team horrible doctor.

Amazed.... 6 calls and left 3 messages to set up a first visit with our new cat.... no return calls, eventually call 7 got through to a lady.... oh OK new client.... we need $25 non-refundable deposit now so we can set up an account. So question, why $25 to set up an account ?...

Aqueduct is wonderful! All the staff are pleasant and compassionate. Special shout-out to Dr. Blanchette who is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and experienced! My cat recently had some health issues and Dr. Blanchette was so helpful. Dr. Blanchette always led with care and empathy, and was also thorough in providing information and choices. It's always difficult when your pet is not feeling well, but it was a relief to have a caring place to turn to. Thank you, Aqueduct!

Started going here about a year ago after moving to the area. The staff and vets are incredibly kind and take their time with us. Our first cat was sick and declined quickly and they were there every step of the way with us. Also, their prices are reasonable and transparent.

I love Aqueduct, I’ve been going here for a few years and wish I knew about them sooner. I see Dr Blanchette, she and the rest of the staff always make sure my kitties are well taken care of. I recommend her to all of my friends, she really listens to every question and concern you have. I am so grateful for her patients and knowledge. Thank you to everybody at aqueduct you are all awesome!

Dr. Pike and his staff are the absolute best. The receptionists are kind and compassionate. The techs are concerned with Bella’s well being. Dr Pike and Dr. Caravate are wonderful vets who listen to my concerns and treat Bella as if she was their dogs. Bella has had multiple health issues and they have been right by my side.

We have been going to Aqueduct Animal Hospital for over 30 years with our numerous dogs past and present. We love the new facility. Great knowledgeable, friendly professional, vets and staff. Appointments for unforeseen health issues have been scheduled the same day. Facility is great and offers grooming, daycare and boarding. All we could ask for.

We have been bringing our cats here for 6 years since we got them as kittens. We were able to see them in an urgent situation before we even established them as our vet. Their new facility is much bigger and has separate waiting areas for cats and dogs. Front desk staff are friendly, vet techs are knowledgeable, and we've had good experiences with all 3 DVMs. One of our cats also gets groomed there 3-4x/year. I like that they know her history and have a comparable price (or cheaper) than local pet stores for grooming.

Aquaduct Animal Hospital is the very best of the best. As a dog owner for 58 years, I have never been more pleased with the quality of care provided by Dr Pike and his exceptional staff, or the fantastic (state of the art) facility in which services are provided. The daycare facility and adoring staff are second to none. My dog gets so happy and excited to go there, that his whole body is wagging when we get to the door. I highly recommend Aquaduct Animal Hospital!

Wonderful veterinary clinic, all the staff members are so pleasant and nice. Our vet, Dr. Pike was so good with my son, so gentle and loving. You can tell he truly loves what he does and loves his patients. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

The staff are incredibly generous, caring, thoughtful, and has always been accommodating for all of my dog's needs! Overall, everyone is friendly and the facility is clean. I would highly recommend anyone to come to Aqueduct Animal Hospital!
