I've been a customer for 4yrs and in those 4 years I bring my dog every 2 months for bath and haircut. I've had to cancel 4 separate times. Never once was I given a warning...well I schedule an appointment a week ago and today 30 min before the appointment I received a call that they were canceling and no longer allowing me to bring my animal..and I was just there 6 weeks ago!!! I'm disgusted!!!! 4yrs!!!!
