Great place to pick up pet supplies. You can also order ahead at this location and pick up in store. I have had issues with them being out of stock of items and then not notifying me for several hours after placing my order. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Never had a issue with them. They always offer to help me out to my car with large purchases.

This pla e is big inside, and my wife was waited in very good, with an expired coupon. The man who waited on her, was very kind and she ended up saving money with a different product. My dog Simon was happy too.

My name is Brandon, my puppy broke his led yesterday and had it casted today I had to go get a few supply’s to prepare for the healing process ahead of us sadly right from the vet. I went to the store and was able to call from the parking lot and the girl stopped what she was doing and came out , got my credit card , and did my shopping for me rather then me having to disturb the puppy and have to carry him around the store In his condition! Very happy with the service I recieved from beet supply plus!

Should not be able to sell fish or any other animals if they aren't going to be adequately cared for. Almost all of the betta fish were in cups full of their own filth that obviously hadn't been cleaned for some time. Some were starting to develop swim bladder disorder and fin rot.

I have been to a good amount of dog groomers in this area and other places I’ve lived but no one was quite as warm, welcoming, and professional as Meghan.Not only did she work with my schedule but she also took the time to ask me questions about my dogs and truly got to know their personalities. I felt 100% safe leaving them in her care.When I picked them up they smelled great and looked amazing. Without exaggeration it was the best groom my dogs have ever had. Her skill level is amazing due to the fact that both of my dogs have different types of hair/fur. She did an amazing job on them and I was honestly very impressed.I recommend Meghan to all my friends with dogs. I truly think she’s the best in the area. Thank you meghan for making my babies look amazing. Can’t wait to see you again soon!

I normally don't have a problem with this place but my last delivery experience was extremely aggravating! Same day delivery is same day delivery right? Apparently not in this case when the employees don't actually read the order. Delivery came the next day (after I had to call when I came home after work and still no delivery.) A big bag of dog food was missing from my order. Called the store again about the missing item, apparently out of stock and I had been contacted about the cancelation ...I was not notified, at all. I was told by the supervisor that they had called me about it the day I placed the order...FOR DELIVERY. I was not called, they said an automated email was sent out, I never recieved any email other than the confirmation of my placed order. I really don't see myself coming back to this location due to incompetence and aggravation which is unfortunate because I never had a bad experience before now.

I used the doh wash. Super clean and convenient. Only $15 and you can use there materials for 30min. Now my rottweiler smells like dessert!! 😁 Will be using again.

The store is well organized but they didn't have much selection for 🐈 wet food in the royal canin brand. They didn't have much selection for cat furniture (trees) either. The prices are a little higher than other stores like PetSmart and Petco. If you shop here I would recommend signing up for their rewards to have coupons mailed.

Always a great experience and awsome deals. Sign up for their rewards program and they send out amazing coupons. I saved $30+ on my order today compared to petsmart and the employees are always knowledgeable, helpful and the store is always crystal clean. Will not go to a different petstore they have made me a loyal customer on only my second visit.

I brought my dog (Rigby) in for a desperately needed haircut and Meghan did a great job. She explained what would be done and that she would get in contact with me when he was ready. When I arrived he was all set and waiting. Devon did an efficient job checking me out and even wrote all the information down that I would need for a future visit.
