Good selection of shelf-stable items. They have good juice in the produce section too. I’m not impressed with their selection of salads or produce, but they are at least fresh ingredients.

On 11-29-2023 we purchased two 8 piece fried chicken dinners from the Rensselaer/East Greenbush store. The breading had no fried chicken flavor at all (total lack of any spices).The white meat pieces were so dry that some were actually hard to chew. Even the dark meat pieces were approaching dry. How long does it take to cook the moisture out of the dark meat? Someone at this store knows.

Wouldn't shop here. This store has sub par service to say the least from the store manager down to the "customer service" department which is an absolute complete joke. All of the employees are incompetent and non helpful to say the least. The store "manager" is rude and not suited for their job and likes to argue with customers and staff. Stay far away from this location if you want actual customer service needs to be met. Not to mention the store manager is confrontational and NOT professional by any means. Please DON'T shop here!

Usually love this grocery store but the passed two times I’ve gotten seafood from here I’ve had less than fantastic experiences. A few weeks ago I had to return a lobster because it was completely dead when I got home, I figured it was just bad luck that one time but today I went to pick up some stuff for dinner and the lobster tank looked ghastly. The water was so clouded you couldn’t even see through the tank, you could see unfortunately the few live lobsters that were in there crawling all over their dead friends carcasses. I opted to get clams instead because they were on sale and looked decent but I came home to find only 10 clams in my bag, not the full dozen that I paid for. Typically a great option for produce and dry goods but I would definitely avoid their seafood counter. 👎🏻

We used Market 32 for a recent catered event and the food and service was FANTASTIC! Thank you to the store managers Meyka and Dion, and all the staff who prepared our fresh and savory food from the deli, bakery and produce departments! Last couple times I have come there I’m coming to return bottles around 830 9 o’clock in the morning and the bottle room is always locked. I go inside and say some thing they tell me they have no maintenance person and they’re not unlocking it because they don’t feel Like dealing with the bottle room themselves I thought the bottom room is supposed to be open when the store opens not when you want it to be open not to mention the girl at the front counter. Tayler is very rude every time I come in there. Very snotty disrespectful

Ran in to grab an apple and blue salad, cut up watermelon, cut up cantaloupe for dinner and came down with the worst food poisoning after I ate. Not sure which of the 3 items had contamination that caused it. Was so painful for 24 hours....took 4 days to feel myself again. It was scary. I just called the store to make them aware, the young lady that answered the phone placed me on hold after I told her what happened, listening to music... No one else picked up my call after 12 minutes. So I hung up. I didn't know eating healthy from Price Chopper could get me so sick. Never ever again.

I use the pharmacy here. The pharmacy technicians are polite and efficient. My prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. Being that it's Market 32 you can shop for other items while you're there. It's handicapped ♿️ accessible with handicapped accessible restrooms and parking. There's usually not much of a wait but that depends on the time of day. Early mornings seem to be the least busy.This supermarket is kept clean and neat. They have a florist shop in the store too. Their floral arrangements look wonderful. They always seem to have what I want in stock including holiday items. They do have curbside grocery pickup. They also have 2 electric vehicle charging stations. A pretty good place.

Market 32 has become the lunch time destination. Became tired of eating out of bag and wanted real food. Would like if the differed their sides a bit more from potatoes and corn to perhaps something less "Carby," but still better than any burger shack.

This is a great supermarket. Great meat cuts, absolutely great variety of fish, get the price chopper card for more discounts. Great ready made dinners and sandwiches, flowers, cakes, bagels, briskets, turkey and ribs. Friendly staff. This one is on Columbia turnpike. They deliver also. I buy " Top Care" brand toiletries for even better savings. I have never been disappointed. Check out the frozen sections for store brand pizza, ice cream and dinners.

It was a early in the morning visit after work. The Meat on sale was sold from the night before. I went to the Meat counter and asked about the meat on sale. The gentleman said he's not sure they were not yet open. They open at 8am. I said ok thank You, he said wait right here and I'll check.He came out with several packages to choose from and that started a conversation and a very good one. We discussed a wide range of topics. He was a man that took the time to look and fulfill my query when he wasn't open or on the clock. He was a gracious and knowledgeable and I'll make this my go to shopping for grocery store because of it.

Our family has shopped at Price Chopper since 1962, And the East Greenbush Price Chopper for The last 13 years. We have also gotten our meds there at Price Chopper as well as vaccinations for almost 20 years.We wil no longer be shopping There and also cancel our Pharmacy Meds and Transfer elsewhere. We also will encourage other Shoppers To do the same.As this store has significantly deteriorated under present management. They are inconsiderate, Totally confrontational and very incompetent!***Shame Shame Shame on Price Chopper for promoting people who are unpleasant and not knowledgeable and eagerly mistreats loyal Customers of over 50 years. Shop at ***HANNAFORD Where you are always treated With respect and dignity!

Pharmacist instructed me entirely different than what my doctor prescribed. Also failed to print specifications of this medication on the bottle its self OR the instructions. Poorly explains with extreme attitude how to properly administer medication. I give this pharmacy one star with the hopes that this medication is at least the correct medicine as it is a liquid. If you use this pharmacy I strongly encourage you ask as many questions as needed but also confirm these questions with your doctor. CHECK EVERY LABEL.

I appreciate the fact that the employees are always helpful. Their produce section is always accessible. The bakery pristine the fish and meat section always filled. One more thing I as a customer witnessed the young man in the dairy department actually checked to make sure that the eggs in their cartons weren't cracked. The service here is stellar!

I love you Market 32 but your premade salads are just getting worse.I had to throw out over 50% of the Greek Salad I purchased as the cucumbers were slimy and half of the lettuce was brown. Not even sure the amount I tried to salvage was edible.

It has always been a part of our grocery shopping but have found that you must read all labels. 2 times recently I found that stock had been filled in with same name different products. This week it was trash bags. The more expensive had been used in place of the sale items. I understand no retailer wants empty spaces but not at the shoppers expense. Sad to think how many people purchased the higher item because of this practice. Now you have to check all UPC's before you put items in your cart.

One of my favorite grocery stores! Well stocked, friendly workers, everything fresh and clean, lots of healthy prepared meals so I don't have to cook, and a yummy pizza bar, and scrumptious salad bar! Also, I've ordered sandwiches for large parties and large Birthday cakes(50 persons or more) and they do a great job!!

Purchased a vase of flowers on Monday for a friend's birthday. Tuesday morning the large flowers were dead. Not worth the price. I should have known when I saw that the water was dirty.

Ordered 2 ft sub no meat on it very skimpy and bagel platter with flavored cream cheese gave them 5 days leeway but they where to lazy to get the flavored cream cheese the employee hid over by bagels for 10 mins

Remodeled maybe 5 years ago in a re-branding from a Price Chopper...they did a noticable upgrade to the presentation of most service departments. The selection of products also are greatly explanded although honestly...personally not the improvement I had hoped for or would buy. For example, a 12' grocery section of exclusively "Made in NY" assortment of mostly bottled goods...why on earth would I care or shop a section as specific as so-called local products...so I pass it up every visit. Many other new items are very upscale which in turn makes them very expensive...too much so. The Seafood department is always better than average and reasonably priced. Meat department is greatly improved with selections and promotional pricing makes high end cuts typically fairly affordable. Dairy is pretty much Dairy...as is Frozen Foods. Seems like their focus on the Deli had great intent but missed the mark, especially with Customer Service...which is left wanting...but in training and execution...bottom-line...the majority of the employees seem to be unhappy to work there or lack interest in actually helping customers with a few exceptions and is spread through all departments. What is really missing is any Administrative control... rarely do I see a Manager or Department Manager overseeing their departments or the store overall... I couldn't even tell you who the Store Manager was...

The store is very well kept. I love the fresh bread. It's quite reasonable. Like any grocery store shop the deals! That's where the savings really add up. They have a nice variety of seafood too. But there beef tends to be pricey.

👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽this HAS to be the cleanest, neatest Market 32 in the area. I frequent many in Albany, and today's visit to EGB was quite a treat. Clean store with many newer shelving units placed around the market displaying many different themed items....bbq, fine dining, and other stuff. The produce dept also has many newer looking displays and their variety of organics are exceptional. Seafood dept has single serve meals for take away...what a great idea! Meat dept was nearly arranged and the shelving was also much nicer than in my stores...It looks like I have a new "chopper"...Kudos to the staff of this store. Clearly they give a care. And it shows!!

I love the rebranding of the Price Choppers to Market 32!! I have to with hold a star -for this trip at least- because the shelves were just not stocked as they generally are. The deli clerk was helpful and polite, as was our young cashier! (The front end manager was not as pleasant when summoned away from a chat to help with a coupon issue. But ultimately it all was fine in the end)

Constantly moving items around, making it harder to find the items we need. Only 1 checkout open with 4 people in line with full baskets . Not every self checkout was open and there were people waiting to use that too

Wonderful, fun experience! It was like, wow for the first time, brands, items, i never knew they had before. Great choices on everything. Meat can be made up the way in which you want to use it, and your fresh fish, prepared scrumptiously right there for you. COOL!😎👍

Normally It would be a 4-star rating But I am fed up with their Deli every time i go there I ask for my meat sliced very thin lately they do NOT know what thin means this week ordered 1/4 pound roast beef and 4 thick Slices is what i received. Very unacceptable. Either i will stop shopping there or i may still shop there but go somewhere else for lunch meats and cheese. Haven't decided yet and my family has been shopping here for 40+ years

My wife and I love the beef brisket from the market 32 deli. She bought some tonight and it was sliced about one inch thick. As anyone who has ever enjoyed brisket knows, it must be sliced very thin. My wife wound up slicing each of the one-inch thick pieces (which is not nearly as easy as just slicing a full brisket) into proper slices, but by the time one does that, you might as well cook it and slice it yourself. So, not terribly happy with the service at the east greenbush market 32.
