Great place to grab something quick you need without dealing with parking and crowds at the larger Williams. Staff is friendly and helpful as always. You can get in and out quickly. Only negative is that it is small and the selection is limited.

Very nice visit. This was only my 2nd time at this location, but it was a good one. Mike was very helpful with several customers and we were helped by Roy. He was fantastic! When my 7-year-old son appeared curious about the keys we were having cut, he let him get front and center to the machine. It was awesome. Will definitely be back.

It's great going to a hardware store and having the personal service you get at Williams Exress in Red Hook. They'll tell you what aisle you need or walk you to it if you're as blind as I tend to be sometimes. They have most everything you need and if not they'll call the main store in Rhinebeck to see if they have what you need. Friendly and knowledgable employees who actually enjoy helping out customers.

Convenient, smaller version of Williams Lumber. Don't carry many items due to size.Like lumber. But can get most necessary painting supplies like the main store. That's pretty good!

They almost always have what you need and are local and friendly people. They apologize if they have to send you to the big store, but its only a few miles down the street and has everything you can think of.
