Very cute shop with tasty delights inside. Super clean everything is organized, nice table area to sit inAlthough I didn't order it(I don't drink coffee right now) I'm told they use coffee ice cubes for the iced coffee so your drink doesn't water down.The owner is super nice and happy to answer any questions you may have. They also have an amazing array of scratch made foods that are delightful. They make their bread from scratch and it is heavenly. Absolutely a cute spot to stop in. I love making gift baskets with local food products and I will be using the Locavore for my gifting needs.

Please! Check out this spot! I came here on a coffee expedition and not only found the best priced coffee / highest quality coffee in Red Hook but found the best assortment of local foods and goods. From produce and candles to beer and hand soap.I’m enjoy the best breakfast biscuit sandwich right now and spent only $9 for that and a 16 oz cappuccino.A must visit!

Thoroughly enjoying this new spot in red hook! I stop here occasionally during my lunch breaks for a coffee and a tasty vegan treat, all for the cost of one starbuck's fancy holiday latte -- $7.50 for the latte and treat all together. I'm a big fan of everything being local, and am excited to see how the store progresses over time!UPDATE (6/14/23): This place still rocks! I'm absolutely in love with all of their options and I'm sorry, but COFFEE ICE CUBES. WONDERFUL. Always a great experience with great baked goods and all for a great price. I bought an iced oat milk latte and a vegan lemon blueberry muffin (yum) and it came in at less than $8. Considering the normal prices of coffee, this is stellar. So pleased to make this spot a part of my weekly routine!UPDATE (12/6/23): I like to update reviews for places that I go to regularly just to say "Yes, this place is still great. I'm still a fan. You should go too." The cashiers are always very nice. Sometimes I'm a bit scatter-brained and I appreciate their patience while I try to make decisions about what to eat. I've also branched out to their sandwiches (the ELT was a favorite, and I'm equally excited to try the Buffalo -- the tofu looks incredible). Next time, I am absolutely getting some soup in a bread bowl. Thank you for offering consistently delicious food. I really love it here. :)

Nice surprise to find this new store in Red Hook. I bought only a pastry and a dozen eggs but the pastry was absolutely delicious and warm. I noted that there is also an adjacent room with a view of the street that has tables, chairs and benches where one could linger over coffee or lunch.

Appreciate that they usually have several vegan pastry/prepared options at the counter.Grocery selection is limited. Feels like they could be doing more in the space they have. One can find odds and ends here but it’s more of a boutique than a market.Coffee needs an overhaul.
