As the owner / operator of MAC I highly recommend Hobson Window. Their installers have great design ideas and the skills to follow through on commercial jobs. I have attached the pictures of glass office partitions for our sales staff and a glass vestibule that was fabricated on site. This internal vestibule has made a tremendous difference in our heating and cooling expenses. Hobson also does custom mirror fabrication and installation as you will see in the attached pictures. There is no other locally owned Mirror, Glass, Window, Door, and screen shop in our area with this much experience on all levels.Service: Window installation

I just got my new, beautiful, insulated kitchen window installed on a 14 degree day. The guys were so quick! They are highly professional, very nice, and very thorough. They left my kitchen and deck cleaner than when they arrived. I used this company 22 years ago for all my smaller windows and a couple of bay windows. There was only one more large window left to do, and I finally decided to get it done. I'm SO glad they're still in business all these years later!

We have nothing but excellent things to say about Hobson Window. We had two windows replaced in our home. Both ordering and installation were smooth. The guys did a lovely job cleaning up and left our home better than they found it. Additionally we had them look at our "new" front door that was purchased and installed a year prior by another contractor. It was not installed correctly and thus never fully shut. Hobson sent someone over and they spent half a day trying to force it into place but admitted he was not sent with the right tools or briefing of the issue. To our surprise he came back a week later fully prepared to fix the door and succeeded. In our eyes this company went above and beyond to fix it and now we have a fully functional door. We could not be happier! Thanks for taking on the headache and giving us a wonderful experience. I have bought windows from Hobson twice now. They are not the cheapest game in town, but the windows are good and the installation crew is awesome. For four windows a team of 6 came. Everyone knew their job and it was like a swarm of bees descending on the job. They were finished and gone within 2 hours, including cleaning any dust and debris from the area.Service: Window installation

Cannot recommend. Called to see if they could cut two panes of rectangular 1/8-inch glass for cabinet doors. Person took the measurements and said they would get back to me with a quote but never did. Made a follow up call after a few hours of waiting but quote was still not ready. After waiting two days I decided they didn’t want my business and walked into Kingston glass and was out with what I needed in 10 minutes.

This is a great company. The installers were efficient, skilled and respectful. My 97 year old mother in law lives with us and they were considerate of the fact that she might be startled by the nail gun. This company is the best. I had to get a custom shower door. They came, measured, made design suggestions, and ordered the door. It arrived ahead of schedule, and when they came to install, they were on time, installed it, fixed holes from the earlier door, cleaned everything up and were out in just a couple of hours. The store hours posted were only for weekdays but I needed to come in on a weekend and she was more than happy to accommodate me. I had Hobson's replace both my sliding doors leading out onto the deck.On the inside I had hand made trim which I was concerned about. They were excellent in their work-neat, courteous and knowledgeable. I also love the quality of the doors they installed. The price was also reasonable. I am going to use them again to install new large windows in my living room which make up an entire wall. I would not trust this work to anyone I did not have total faith in. Recommend highly.

He always got back to me quickly with answers to any of my questions. The price for the windows and installation was very competitive and Hobson was the lowest of the quotes we received. I was also very impressed with the team that did the actual instillation of my 12 windows. The team was efficient, communicative and cleaned up very well afterwards.I really like the features of the Majestic premium vinyl widows that they installed and the installation went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend Hobson Window Inc. for any window replacement project that you do.

Michael installed new gaskets on our glass shower door in a timely manner and his job was excellent. He was easy to work with and the communication from their office was excellent with returned phone calls, quick scheduling and alerts about when Michael would be arriving. We will use Hobson again for future work. We tried to use the "other Catskill glass company" simply because they were the original installers of the shower door and were located close by but after 5 phone calls, pleading to have someone come over, and being totally ignored, I gave up on them and thankfully discovered Hobson.
