I usually don't have issues but today my brother had gone to this store for me and had used my card at the checkout. He's disabled and isn't fully able to read so he had asked the cashier for help on what the card reader was saying and was given a attitude, along with that he was apparently scoffed at when he said he wanted to skip putting in the code for my card. My brother saw nothing wrong with this though and had just said that he believed the person was having a bad day, while I understand cashiers can have a poor day at work and that they're human too, that doesn't really give them a excuse to treat their customers poorly

Prices here are pretty much a mirror of Hannaford along with just about the same selection of food and other items.

Awesome store its my go to since I live the next town over. Kevin and his wide are such nice people. Kevin made sure I could get Aunt Sue's Raw Honey to help with my allergies. My cat is very fussy they always seem to have his cat food when the big stores don't as well as cat litter. The store is always clean and organized! Kudos to them and their employees you do a bang up job! Thank you!❤❤❤

Small, well stocked and staffed store. No self checkouts. Staff always upbeat and accommodating. Reasonable prices on everyday items. Decent promotional sales.

The folks who work here couldn't be any nicer or more hard working. However, the store in the Hannaford ecosystem is Appalachian Ghetto all the way from the rutted parking lot with only on shopping cart corral to the hand-me-down shopping carts. Products always available in suburban stores are missing or understocked. Given the local reliance on this store, Hannaford is milking it while taking customers for granted.

I normally absolutely love this local grocery store. However, maybe it's an off day but they were out of so many items. One thing I must say is the Deli Department is spot on. They are always fast and smiling. My cashier was very friendly and courteous. Recommend this store..If you're a local compare Tops and Shop n save to maximize savings. Sometimes there are huge savings per items.

Great prices and they generally have what your looking for, Employees seemed nice. The filthy restrooms are the only reason it doesn't get 5 stars. The rest of the store is very clean and organized though, easy to find what your looking for

The roasted chicken they sell at the deli is often hours past it's safe consumption time. Less then 4hrs is safe for consumption. They like to leave chicken cooked before noon in the heater past 5pm. Be careful if you got sick after getting the roasted chicken or the chicken salad now you know why.

It's a decent sized supermarket. The cashiers are really nice and helpful. They carry a number of items found at Hannaford also.

Even the day before a storm and long lines, I still had quick service! Always good service and prices and they keep their items stocked well. Store is clean and nice to shop at and staff is friendly. Very highly recommended!

The store is an ok resource in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful. They do not participate in hannaford rewards, even though they carry the brand. The parking lot is atrocious! If you are not careful you can seriously damage your car. Avoid the back altogether. There are too many holes to avoid!

Always neat and clean... Organized ... Decent prices... Fresh produce and meat. I just wish they opened at 6 am so the 7-3 crowd could make their early morning pitstops on the way to work...get subs n salads milk bread doughnuts etc.

It's a Hannaford in rustic paint, complete with Ravena stamped on some store brand items even, specifically seasonings. The selection of groceries can sometimes be infuriatingly acute, but the most redeeming quality is their section for seafood in the rear, I cannot recommend enough that you try their pre-seasoned filets of various fish, as I've found them to be quite decent with fairly accurate preparation instructions on the packaging.

Very nice selection of groceries and produce. Fish is not that great. They carry Hannaford store brands which I must say is fantastic. My only negative is the store could do with some updating.

Friendly employees and offering everything you need on your grocery list. I only wish this store could convert completely to Hannaford rather than being Shop 'n Save by hannaford. This would allow families to take advantage of the my rewards program.

I can't count how many times I get home and find out that bread and cookies are stale, I've bought several 24 packs of Pepsi that are flat. With the amount of employees that are always there I do not understand why this is a continuous problem!!!

Haven't been in ravena for 6 years when there last week an stopped at the market there before I went home market was very clean an had some great prices on there products plan on doing more shopping at that market even though it's 45 minutes from where I live

Great store, I usually run here to pick up things I need and can get in and out pretty quick. They have a good selection and run the same sales as Hannaford.

The store is clean well ordered and there is always someone stocking sheves day or evening.They a full range of Classic American foods.But don't underestimate their wide variety of foods By culture Italian Mexican Chinese Japanese Thai and much more.We have shopped at this store for 30 years.Seek and You will find!All the Special Dept Meat Deli etc. Folks are always there to help you!

I've been shopping at this location for years. It was mediocre when it was Grand Union, poor when it was a Best Yet market, but Hannaford has turned this Shop'n'Save into a clean, pleasant, affordable place to shop. I love it.

Expensive and the produce is rotted by the next day. Need to use it the day you buy it or its garbage. Also, it's run by college aged kids and teenagers who can be fairly rude and could care less about being helpful if needed. Not impressed with this store at all.

The new high school kids or collage employees is so rude and will give you the attitude that will ruin ur day I have experienced that few times with me and with other older ppl most of them is cashiers the rest of staff working there for some time is awesome but you don't want to buy ur grocery and get the rude attitude and ruin ur day rather shop some where else
