The cashier who checked me out was one of the nicest people I’ve encountered in quite some time. My receipt says her name was Serena. Because I was waiting for my husband to pick me up after my Covid shot, I had occasion to browse about the store for about 45 minutes. In that time I saw the kind and very-patient Serena help several customers find what they were looking for. She had no problem taking them directly to the spot where the item was located. She knew where everything was! She was kind to the seniors and friendly to all. Thank you to Serena for restoring my faith in humanity!

I worked here and left because I was tired of being the only one who did anything…. Certain employees at this location are very rude and lazy, just today I was shewed away with a hand gesture at 1:29pm by a male employee in the pharmacy and told come back at 2pm after their lunch time….. AFTER I had been standing in line waiting for atleast 3 or 4 minutes while only one other person was behind me I walked away and turned my back and saw that they were helping the person behind me, I certainly did not hold back my feelings about it and I let them know that this review would be made. Hopefully from now on when it’s 1:29 pm they will be courteous enough to finish taking care of the last 2 customers in line without shewing them away with a hand gesture, that’s what customer service is.

Although CVS in Ravena is under construction, it was still easy to find the items I needed. At the register the helper over the counter was very very pleasant and helpful and willing to help me even though I was going to use the self check out.

Pharmacy is 5/5, always great service and friendly employees. Front end service leaves much to be desired. One of those situations where you feel like you’re bothering an employee by asking them to do their job (cash you out)

Customer service is not what it used to be at this location. Pharmacy staff get five stars, always friendly, nice, pleasant and make you feel welcome. Since the new manager the store has fallen apart. Current manager has spoken negative about the store and it's current and previous employees in the store where people can hear. Last time I was here, manager overcharged me and did not use my coupon as asked, so I was out of $23 because I simply did not want to deal with the manager, as he was to busy talking gossip on the store. A store manager should always display a positive attitude, especially when dealing with customers. Very disappointed in the change of customer service at this location. Will only come now to pick up prescriptions, which is a shame because I used to love this location.UPDATE: The new manager seems very nice, although I still give this store a one star review. The customer service is not what it used to be, there as cashiers in the isles yet no one to assist customers. The associates walk by you and are not the most welcoming. Having to use the self check out has taken out the customer service aspect. Also, when there’s more then one person at the self check out, how hard is it for the associate to just take the next customer so the customer checking out doesn’t feel rushed.

Miss rite aid. Always greeted by employees. CVS ignores customers. Can’t get someone to wait on you half the time. Told to use self serve register and half the time there are problems and the employees have to come help you anyway. Pharmacy is more friendly. But shorter hours are terrible.

Don't expect any kind of customer service from the new manager at the front end of this store. He’s defensive, combative and rude,I complained to head office who said they would contact me and they never did. So poor customer service is consistent in and for this store. With each new manager( and there have been many) the customer service and the condition of the store declines..........................11/19/23 After months of not using them I had to pick up some medication for my wife.The new pharmacist was rude, and combative and had back up with a new associate.Nothings changed there ,clearly they all hate working for CVS and treat customers with contempt.

The over weight woman cashier was very rude 02/16/23 Slide my stuff to me and threw me a bag after I had to ask for one and she kept saying your all set. I was nice so I don’t what caused it. She may be upset about being over weight, I’m not sure

This place is awful. No one ever helps. It is dirty. Staff is not friendly. Very unorganized. Do yourself a favor and go to Kelly’s in Coxsackie. It’s worth driving a little further to have courteous and helpful staff.

Disgusted by the new procedures implemented at cvs forcing me to use the self checkout. And the rude attitude shown by the associates when they told me I HAD to use self checkout then proceeded to open register for someone behind me . They made it law for me as they stood there watching me then opened register for someone else.

Never any cashiers up front. Always problematic self checkout. Then you have to wait for associate to help. If they’d pay a living wage this wouldn’t be an issue.

The Pharmacy department at the Faith Plaza, Ravena, NY store is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!! I go there for medications several times a month. They are always friendly, courteous and helpful. I usually dont let people call me Fran instead of Francesca but the pharmacy staff has always been using Fran. They have a smile on even though it is hard to see with the mask, they ask how I'm doing and help me if I can't find something. The Pharmacy Manager, Allison is very caring to the customers and to me. I love this staff. 10 Stars.

Decent pharmacy (store and drug pharmacy parts). My family have gotten their prescriptions there for years and the store part is pretty good too. We go there much more often than we do the Rite Aid in town. The only thing Rite Aid really has over them is a better photo center for prints.
