I used to love shopping here. I still do, as long as I get a good cashier. I love that I can get most ingredients and spices right here. I often can’t get cilantro elsewhere but I always find it at Randolph Tops. Mary, Aspen, and Lucy ( I think that’s her name) are fabulous. Many of the cashiers are. I hope they train some of the newer cashiers to greet customers and treat them with respect. The ability to count change is also a fine skill for cashiers to have. The young man who waited on me today missed the mark on all counts.

January 15 Always friendly employees, the customers not so much. Many like to stand in the middle of the isles and chat. Well stocked with neat and clean shelves, floors clean. Customer service and cashiers are prompt, friendly, and engaging in conversation. There have always been a good number of available carts that are ready to use, clean, and dry inside.

Love the freshness, the service, and product availability. One of the managers, Todd Cordner, was especially friendly and helpful. He took the time to help me find a few products that I was looking for. Just in the nick of time cuz i was about to leave frustrated. Instead im sending this review and left your store very pleased! I will definetly shop there again and recommend you do too.

In Little Valley NY, there are very few stores to shop without driving an hour away. Lucky tti have a Topps in our town

Day time crew consists of a bunch of old, dour faced women. They glare at you as a greeting. Selection is limited compared to other Tops in the area. If you have the time and the dime go on down to Falconer for a better experience all around.

To tell you the truth. I did not plan on going to do any food shopping today, however I was driving by top's n I decided to just go in and shop a little. I was totally disgusted when I seen the prices of the foods there. The more I shopped the less I got. A box of cereal almost 6 bucks. 3 bags for just under $100.00. and had to pay for the bags. $5.00 for 2 frozen loads of homemade bread dough. Come on tops ... You need to please your customers not chase them away or even put items back because of the coats.

As Tops goes. This one is small but still carries an array of various products from air fresheners to zucchinis.the staff is friendly & courteous. This Tops I actually enjoy shopping in. It's located near the heart of Randolph with ample parking. I recommend this Tops...

One of the cashiers over heard me say ring me up for 4 of the pepsi's as i was going to get more of them (that was on sale) i said i wasn't planning on buying so much, as i was heading to get more the cashier went and brought a cart to me. That was so nice of her. "Tops Friendly markets" Thank YOU for making my day! Randolph!!

Poor store design, super high prices, very little deals, bad bakery items, and they don't bag your groceries. This store needs to be updated and fixed. Tbeybare the only.selection in the area, so they take advantage of that factor.

apartment nacho restaurant I have fixed it several times so far and yeah it keeps coming back on the map as a restaurant I mean pretty sure somebody came here so I can get a bite to eat then be disappointed

Nice store. The bakery could definitely use some help at the Randolph, NY store. The donut case is usually half empty and very sloppy.
