We've been taking our dogs here for several years. Prices aren't bad and the vets are knowledgeable. Office staff has been rude and impatient and not with just me. I think they need to stop taking on new patients if they can't handle the ones they have in a respectful manner.

unwilling to help senior pets. won’t even recommend a place that will. every time in last 6 years I’ve tried to have someone get a pet into them it’s been the same. sorry we only take puppies and kittens. they could care less about your senior pets.

Wrote a review years ago when the older Dr. Inkley only there. I went 2 months ago for well check up for my pet. When I got there, ON TIME, there were 2 others with their pets. One by one they were called. Meanwhile by 10:40 another person came in with 2 dogs & a cat. Let me state I have no problem waiting, I understand things take time. Then I was called in. My poor baby is scared enough as it is. I waited & waited. 11:15. I text my husband who was waiting outside...let me know if a woman comes out with 2 dogs & a cat. SURE ENOUGH SHE DID. Ok I know mistakes happen. I worked in the medical field for YEARS. BUT.....no explanation, the Dr. comes in looks right at me NEVER SAYS A WORD. Like he was angry. I HAD TO SAY HELLLLLO???!!!.He proceeded to turn his back & fill syringe. Not a word. Not as personable as his brother or the other vet there.NOW fast forward 1 month. I get home from work & my cat was bleeding from her hind end. I have been going there for 14 years. I call it was 5:15 I'm told we close at 5:30. you can come at 8:30 am. I know they take emergency calls. She said I could go to Orchard Park 50 miles away if I can't wait. I called Orchard Park & Olean & Hamburg emergency vets, no one could take us. 😢 I took a chance ( at a friend's recommendation) calling Forestville Animal Hospital. Never there, I was never his patient....Will meet you there😲 he came in at 8pm & saved my baby. See review for Forestville Animal Hospital for THAT experience. Never again will I go to Randolph.

It's definitely a bit of a road trip for me to come down from South Buffalo, but it's absolutely worth it. Best darn vet around, both in quality of service and price. I would give them a 1000 out of 10 if that was even possible.

I am newer to Dr Inkley but every appt I have had for my 2 dogs they have been wonderful...just picked up my youngest dog from getting spayed and again they went above and beyond to answer my questions and explain what I need to do for after surgery care. Due to Covid you cant go in but they are wonderful when they come to the car to get the dogs and when they return. I would recommend this Veterinarian to everyone.

We drive from Buffalo to Randolph, NY. Best vets we have ever had with our furbabies. They were so good to us when our Jack had to leave. Our Augie is good hands here with Inkley .

The entire staff and the Veterinarians are awesome to our dachshund. Making appointments and going through the process of bringing our dog in for care is really easy. Everyone we come in contact with are very professional and seem to enjoy their work.

Took my dog here because others referred him. He is an almost 6 month old puppy and broke his growth plate. Dr inkley kept my dog all day and even put him under Anesthesia just to call me and tell me he wouldn’t fix him and to let him heal on his own that “hopefully he’ll get better” he also told me “well my dogs only got 3 legs and it’s fine”My dogs is fixable as I spoke with another amazing vet office who is going to preform surgery tomorrow but dr Inkley was just willing to disregard it and hope for the best. That is NOT good enough in my book. My puppy deserves better and if I wasn’t advocating for him, he would be stuck with lifelong complications from dr Inkleys decisions to DO NOTHING. will never return here. Do not recommend 10/10 bad service.

I remember years ago he was absolutely amazing with my feral cat ( not sure I spelled that right?) But He was my first choice this time and won't see any new patients unless kittens or puppies sooo...no one gets to know the vet everyone used to love?

This tech took time out of her very busy schedule to research dog foods for me. She was amazing! The vets are down to earth. They understand that not everyone can afford the best of everything. They help people care for their fur babies without unnecessary expenses. Thanks guys!

I have taking my dogs there for the past few years. The vet & staff are caring, knowledgeable, & professional. The facility is always clean and organized. Waiting room is crowded and there is usually a wait. However, once I did bring my dog in with a urgent problem and they were able to fit me in to be seen in a timely manner. Services are pricey but comparable. I see why they have a such a good reputation in the community (that's what brought me to them).

The Vet is about an hour from where I live. I thought Dr.Inkley was second to none. Kind and professional. Not knowing how they process people at pick up, and a ton of people..the office assistant was very short/rude with me.. hopefully not that way with everyone. I recommend this Vet to anyone..

Every time I've gone there over the many years the older doctor not the younger one(his younger brother is great) was been Extremely rude and doesn't like to explain things all the way through very short with us and others doesn't like to answer questions he's not a people person whatsoever. I've found that hes also not all that nice to other clients or employees. The costs are absolutely outrageous compared to other vets that I've found I do not understand why he has so much business going threw there at all!!

Great job to Dr.Inkley and staff. We were worried how things would go with COVID restrictions. We were greeted at our car and our pets went in and out. The entire process from arrival, boosters, payment only took about 30 minutes - and we had 2 cats and 2 dogs. Awesome job!

Inkley's is an amazing veterinary clinic! The staff is great and they always do their best to be accommodating. The doctors genuinely care about their furry patients and they aren't just trying to make money. Yes, vets are pricey in general, but their costs are reasonable for their practice (and the area). Dr. Martyn is always great to chat with about my cats and their quirks. There's been several instances that I've had an emergency in which they were quick to respond (after hours). Some emergencies they were able to squeeze us in, regardless of their normal business hours. Dr. John went out if his way on a Sunday to treat a baby kitten that was very sick. The kitten was "just a stray" but he still treated it to the best of his ability. With the after hour concerns I've called them with they were always willing to spend the time explaining what I could/couldn't do (if it wasn't life threatening). I had a cat take a tumble off the railing and down the stairs. One of the brothers (I can't remember who) took the after hours emergency call and made sure I knew what to look for in terms of serious injury and how to treat her seemingly minor wounds. It wasn't a quick conversation either(fun fact cats CAN get a bloody nose). The receptionists and the assistants are also equally considerate and are always a pleasure to work with. Whenever I go there there is rarely an excessive wait. They are efficient in keeping the appointments moving, but they don't rush you out the door. If it wasn't obvious, I would highly recommend Inkley's Veterinary Clinic.

Overwhelmed as they are due to the pandemic they run a fairly smooth, systematic operation. Just plan to sit on your car waiting your turn. To pick up medicine it's pretty quick but to have a pet seen takes patience and good humor. But their attention to detail is worth the wait.
