I’ve been shopping here for over 20 years. They have a huge selection! Their prices are unbeatable. As a parent, it’s nice to be able to get everything I need in one stop; like things for the house and groceries. I even order birthday cakes here and they always do such an incredible job!! I just wish that they would do a better job cleaning their restrooms.

Hidden gem, rooms are small but well equipped with everything you need except for ice bucket you'll need to go get it in the office, guess it keeps guests from filling their coolers. Very accommodating staff and prices beat anything in the area. Always be a stop for us while passing through.

Bigger than our Walmart, lots of product options, well stocked. Staff is friendly and helpful and it's clean. I found good prices on sale and normal items. Easy in and out. I didn't need a haircut but I noted it was available. Will go again.

Trucks should enter on the W Side and stay left of the store. Ignore the NO TRUCK SIGN. STAY LEFT. (Per Walmart written route)Exit through the parking lot. Islands have been modified to allow easier exit.Nice store to service.

PSA do not buy bedding from Walmart Queensbury - Route 9 . I’ve heard rumors that they have recently had bed bugs, but you know I thought it would be just a rumor. But after my experience with this I am sure it’s true. So I wanted to get a new bed set as I just moved into a new house, I go to Walmart just to get something cheap that matches the new room. I bought this set, and when I got home I instantly knew something was up I opened it up and there was a strong smell. As you’ll see in the pictures there are multiple stains all over the pillowcases,the comforters and all of the decorative pillows. One of the best parts is that this set didn’t even come with the sheets it’s supposed to. I was told this was a defect that just have slipped through. I am disgusted. I put those cases on my pillows and can’t bring it to myself to not burn my pillows, I’m not a scientist but it’s not hard to tell what all these stains are. I don’t care if I sound like a “Karen” but this is just unacceptable.

Heather in AutoCenter was very helpful. My 94 yr old Mom had Appointment for new car battery. At first a different Service Person said they were busy and we would have to wait over a hour. Thankfully Heather showed up and took care of us right away since we had Appointment. I’m glad she was nicer to my Elderly Mom.

The parking lot is dark. MANY lights out in the parking lot. Right in front of the grocery entrance, you can’t see anything in front of you. Lights near road out as well and in parking lot. Major safety issue. Not well lit. One or two makes sense but 4 plus? Rent a lift.

The back area adjacent to the mobile order pickup parking area is pitch black. Zero lighting. With plenty of random curbs that serve no purpose except as pitfalls. I don't understand why every other part of the complex is decently lit except for one of the two exits!

As a loyal customer, I have always relied on Walmart for my shopping needs, but the recent encounter at your fast food section has left me thoroughly dissatisfied.On march 3,2024, I visited the fast food section. I was excited to grab a quick meal and continue with my shopping. However, I was shocked by the pad attitude and poor service provided by the staff members working at the fast food counter.Firstly, the employees exhibited a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. They seemed disinterested and unengaged in their work, which translated into a dismissive attitude towards customers and colleagues . When I approached the counter to place my order, the employee barely acknowledged my presence and failed to provide any assistance or guidance regarding the menu items.Furthermore, the quality of service was far from satisfactory. The employee seemed untrained and ill-prepared to handle customer orders efficiently. The entire process was marred by confusion, as they struggled to accurately process orders and provide timely service. It was evident that the staff members lacked essential communication skills and were not trained adequately to handle the demands of a fast-paced environment.I believe it is crucial for Walmart, as a renowned retailer, to maintain high standards of customer service and employee conduct across all its departments. The disappointing experience I encountered not only tarnishes the reputation of your brand but also undermines the trust and loyalty I have placed in Walmart over the years.Therefore, I kindly request that you take immediate action to address these issues. I suggest implementing comprehensive training programs for your fast food staff to improve their customer service skills, professionalism, and knowledge of food safety protocols. While I still enjoy roaming the aisles of the store and picking out things for my new apartment, I've been disappointed lately with the fact that there have been items I've been looking for on Walmart's website but not in the store. Most have not been available for pickup. You must have it shipped and, hence, pay for shipping. When I asked the in-store greeter about that, she said, "You can become a Walmart plus customer. It's only $12.00 a month." Well, that's far more than I would ever pay for shipping each month, so I left the store and bought the item I needed elsewhere. This has happened more than once. Is there any way for you to fix this, Walmart?

There’s no reason for this location not to be open 24 hours like it used to be. The population in the area is large enough. The super center in Clifton park is 24 hours.

NEVER will I walk into a Walmart again! Self checkout declined my card on Walmart side but my bank said it was paid. They talk about shop lifters but in return they STEAL your money and have nothing in return. IF I go back ,it will NOT be the one on Rt 9. Sad.

It's the checkout system that bothers me at this Walmart. Consistently slow, rude,etc. Open all the self checkouts if you are not willing to do the job efficiently. 3 open lanes for the holidays is not going to work for most people.

I only use the grocery pick up department and those employees are always courteous, helpful, & kind. They always have a smile on their face even if it’s in the middle of winter! I’ve been using this service about 6 years, and I’m very happy with it.

Bought two tires and made an appointment for the next day to have them installed. Arrived for the appointment and the tech on duty said I had to buy 4 tires. Yesterday they said no issue- only needed 2 the new ones would go on the back, the older ones on the front. Now I have lose another days pay and made an appointment at another location. When we told the tech another location said no issue she snapped take it there. The woman was so rude. Do not use this location!!!!

This Walmart was amazing. I went there to pick up a few things when I went to fright Fest. This was a very big Walmart and had some good food. Definitely recommend. It was very clean. It was even cleaner than the one next to me. Everything was so organized. Very big and so many good sections. Softball is my favorite sport and they had such a big softball section

We love going to super wally world in Queensbury. We drive all the way from VT because a cart of groceries At hannafords 600 dollars you can heap a cart at Walmart for 350 dollars and the food is just as good.

Popped in to return a gift for my daughter, unfortunately it was a gift and not bought there. Either way, my son and I will present a little bit. Had a good time. Got a couple items. Not much different than other Walmarts I've been to.
