This is the WORST experience I have ever had at a business. We bought a $5,000 lawn mower and the employee Josh had NO idea what he was doing and did not seem to care or explain any sort of the process. He was clearly an awful employee and the manager refused to guide him while we had a dreadful experience. The other employee and manager could see we were frustrated and still continued to let Josh act with zero care. I will never recommend tractor supply and/or shop here again. Honestly I am speechless.

Went into the Queensburry Tractor Supply this past Saturday looking for baby chicks. Found them and was very concerned over what we saw. There were a few chicks that appeared to be dead and others were pecking at them. We brought this to an employees attention and was assured that they were not dead (the employee even picked it up to show us) and that they were all in fact healthy. The employee then continued in saying that all chicks are held in the back for 24 hours and that often times the smaller ones would get picked on and trampled. This seemed weird to me as the ones getting picked on and trampled over were in fact not some of the smaller ones. However, despite our better judgement, we went home with 6 of the baby chicks. Now here it is not even 2 days later and 2 of them have died with a 3rd one clinging to life. To say we are very upset is an understatement.

STAY AWAY! Twice now I've been there and put something in my cart, just to get to the register and have it ring up more expensive. Then when I ask for a manager, they act like he/she is too busy (when every employee in the building is just standing around), and then they refuse to honor the marked price. Great tactic for scamming unsuspecting consumers. Think I'll be calling the Public Service Commission in the morning...

I ordered a product online. It stated 2 day shipping to the store. Okay it wasn't I get it with the state of shipping these days. 4 days go by no product. But I do get an email saying my product will be delayed 7-10 days. What? Literally 10 days later I get an automated email from tractor supply saying my order has been cancelled. no explanation. 1st and last time I will order online from them.

I went to Tractor Supply in Queensbury to purchase Dog food for my friends non for profit animal rescue. When I walked into the store there was no shopping carts. I walked around looking for an empty one but the employees were using some of the carts to restock shelves or move items. So I asked the boy at the cash register, which I have never seen there before, if he had any carts somewhere. He turned around and looked at the empty cart area and said nope we have no carts they must all be out in the parking lot. A gentleman returned a cart so I went and got the dog food. I got up to the register I told the boy working I was tax exempt. He charged me tax I told him he said it’s charging tax he said dog for is not tax exempt. I told him I am never been charged tax for the dog food he said it’s not exempt when I’m here. I told him he has terrible customer service and I walked out the door. I could of paid the tax but the boys attitude from not helping find a cart to just being rude and not helping or knowing what he was doing or talking I just left and I will not be back with my business.

Once you get to know what they have and need it is a great place. From lawnmower belts to cat food for a fussy cat. Fencing for a garden or large water tanks for spraying for mosquitos. It is the Coleman dirt bike that keeps calling to me that I need to resist.

This place is great with really nice and helpful people. My camper broke down on the way home from camping in the Adirondacks on Labor day. They had all the tools I needed to get the brakes fixed and get back on the road!

Good selection of outdoor and farm items. Pricing is moderate and appears this retailer maybe trying to do too much. Too many novelty items and not enough practical and/or useful things for farm and outdoor activities. The website has many more things than the local store.

I have visit many Tractor Supply stores but the best one for customer service is in Queensbury, George is very kind and knowledgeable, he goes out of his way to find what you need ,learn your name and recognize you under the MASK, if you visit Queensbury ask for George many can learn from him. I can not state the same for everyone else.

Lucky they even received a 1 star. Ready to spend over 1000$ on a generator and pellets but no one to help us for an hour and then the person who came didn't know anything about what I wanted. Didn't even have time to ask about other items I needed. I applied for a job as obviously they are very understaffed. Lines at checkout 10 people long on each side. I could have helped. But with no product on the shelf I couldn't get the stuff I needed to hook up generator to our panel. And no one to use forklift to load pellets. On a minor note I usually buy t-shirts but nothing in the right size. And again NO ONE to help. Very disappointed. Going to Walker's. Err, don't how to edit so I'll just add on after my review. And my husband emailing Tractor Suppy, our next visit was a complete opposite. There were knowledglegable staff to help. Amd we left getting what we wanted. Still a lack of goods. But we're happy with the help. I'm sure it has so.ething to do with the Christmas season as well. Just wanted to let people know.

Only went to see the baby chickens and ducks. I didn't know you can buy baby chicks at a store. They need to have this place everywhere. Lost a star because you can't hold the chicks

As an OTR driver making a delivery, was very happy to see a parking lot with plenty of room to park. If employees are as nice to customers as they are to delivery driver, this place is awesome.

tractor places okay I mean you can buy a lot of things for outdoors and whatever but I usually go there to get my dogs and cats their shots and that's a really good thing to do but I went chapter all the time too expensive
