After looking for a puppy for a long time I ended up at The pet zone. I found a puppy that is healthy and cheerful. I've been looking on the internet but I do not trust the breeder enough or it could be a facebook scam. But here there are really nice puppies, they get vet checked weekly and cleaned regularly. Many breeds and various sizes of puppies to choose from. I tried playing with the puppies before deciding. I've played with at least 5 different puppies and never been rejected. Thank you Cara and Emma for your excellent service.

My boyfriend and I have been looking for a new family member for a couple months now& we have been shopping around for someone who had that cosmic connection with us. It wasn’t until we took a stroll into the puppy store & met this handsome little boy. My dream dog, a golden doodle. If it weren’t for Angel being super knowledgeable & informative, it just made this experience so much better. Kendra or Kendall (my apologies) she finished our paperwork& was super sweet and kind getting him all ready for us. I’m usually skeptical about puppy stores but I can safely say I’m impressed. Girls were all so nice. We are so happy& can’t wait to love this little furry boy. Thank you Pet Zone.

Ally helped my son and I today by allowing us to meet with breeds he would be comfortable with. Ally made sure the puppy we played with had the right temperament and wouldn't be too overwhelming for my younger child. Staff was knowledgeable and we did not feel pressured to make any decisions same day. Ally shared a generous amount of knowledge about the company, the breed of dog we were looking at, training and more. Ally allowed me an opportunity to see if the breed we are interested in would be a good fit for our family without feeling pressured. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you.

Thanks to everyone at the Pet Zone especially Cara and Emma. We love the new addition to our family. They must take very good care of the puppies there. Our puppy, Milo is always extremely excited to see them when we bring him by to say hi. The Pet Zone is a great for anyone looking to get a healthy, well taken care of puppy, bread from licensed breeders who are professionals not just some random puppies on Facebook. Although the puppies might cost more, it’s worth the investment. Don’t make the mistake buying anywhere else. Highly recommended. Thanks once again.-Richard

We purchased our puppy at Pet Zone and highly recommend them! They were very professional and helpful. I have stopped in several times since and they always ask about him! He is completely healthy and such a fun puppy . He has such a personality. If you want a puppy this is the place to go.

My husband and I called the Pet Zone to inquire about a small, hypoallergenic dog to possibly bring into our family. We talked to a girl named Kara, she was so friendly and knowledgeable, and had a kindness to her voice. She gave us a bunch of information, answered all of our questions (there were alot) lol and she walked us through the process of everything. After getting off the phone and talking it over with my husband, we decided to get a Havenese puppy named Ruby who Kara said she really thought we might like. We went onto the website that was easy to find and looked at her photos. We traveled an hour and a half trip to get Ruby that night 3/16/24. We could tell by the way Kara spoke to and about the puppies, just how much she cares about them and specifically Ruby! We would highly recommend the Pet Zone to anyone looking to adopt a fur baby as our experience went perfect and we couldn’t be happier!

I had ally help me with a corgi, and she was very helpful, informative, patient (I had 2 young children with me). She was very sweet as well! I highly recommend this pet zone! We recently found our special pet! We are thrilled with him! The girls working in the Pet Zone are very in tune to the pets when they are in the visiting rooms! They immediately came to the room when they heard something that wasn’t ok . They were knowledgeable about the pet we were purchasing! Thanks Anya and staff!

The Pet Zone had just closed when my husband and I walked up to the gate and saw a little pug that we said we would love to take home. Ally was awesome and let us in to see him. After a quick google search, we ended up realizing that he would actually shed a little too much for us… but we still wanted to do something crazy and spontaneous and bring home a puppy on a whim. This is when we saw the sweetest little basset hound and fell in love. Ally was amazing and spent the next hour— after the store had closed!— helping us fill out paperwork and pick out everything we would need for our little guy. We were so excited to surprise our three boys with him— and as we imagined, they were completely thrilled! We had been going through a really hard time in our marriage and as a family, and the addition of this little pup truly changed the course of our trajectory. We all decided on the name Hero for the sweet little hound that saved us 🏽 We are absolutely in love with him, and we have Ally to thank for everything!

I am not a great lover of pet stores normally. However I went in today and looked around. I talked with the associates and they were fabulous. I played with 3 different puppies. They all were clean. Happy alert and not what you expect from a pet store. I give them 5 stars. They did not push the purchase of a puppy. I did not buy a puppy, but those puppies were treated better than some backyard breeders. I would recommend this pet store if you are not going to research a good breeder. This pet store in the Aviation Mall Queensberry, New York gets 5 stars, the girls there not only care thet love these pups. They are legacy pet workers and like I said, pet stores are 90% abusive in my opinion but not this particular pet store. Bravo!! To all pet stores, please strive ti be thus good, spend tge money to have enough staff, spend the moneyto make sure the pups are healthy physically and mentally. This store had mats in the cage, they put pups that didn't do well alone, together. Each pup I played will or held, was alert, playful and smelled like a puppy, not feces, urine or that cleaner chemical smell that you do smell on pups at other stores. Do your research use common sense. There are bad breeders there are bad shelters and there are bad pet stores. When you see a store that puts the animal 1st then it doesn't matter where you get your next fur baby!

Yesterday I stopped by Pet Zone and got to play with the most cutest dog! Store was very well maintained and clean! Allie was very nice, friendly and informational about the animals. I will definitely be coming back and hopefully will have Allie to help me pick out a pup!!

I LOVE bringing my family to come play with the sweet pups here! The employees are always so kind, and you can tell they care for the puppies very well. It is very clean and all the puppies are always so happy and alert!UPDATE: Well, I have to change my review a bit, in the best way possible! We added a 5th addition to our puppy pack, and we got him right here at the Queensbury Pet Zone. We bought our Zeus, a German Shepherd, a little while ago and could not be more happy. The girls who helped us were wonderful- they were all very attached to him, and were tearfully happy to see him go home. (He was just as attached to them!!) He was up to date on his vaccinations, and I’m happy to report that he is the healthiest boy, our vet was impressed at his first check-up!I would recommend Queensbury Pet Zone to anyone looking for a pup, especially now a days. It can be so intimidating to try to find breeders who aren’t sketchy, and you don’t know the actual condition until you bring your pup home. Not so here, as they have the breeder information readily available, multiple health warranties, vaccination/health records, and they are all seen by an excellent and well respected local vet!!

The store and employees at the Queensbury location were outstanding. Friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable of any and all of our questions. Prices can be steep, but for the full package of what they offer and the time they spend with you is well worth it! Very satisfied with our experience and our new addition!

My child and I went into The Pet Zone at the Aviation Mall yesterday to play with a puppy and had a great experience. I was impressed by Ally, the only one working at the time, who was able to juggle multiple customers and attend to each of the puppy’s needs. Not only did she keep the store immaculate and well-maintained, she did so with a friendly and professional demeanor.

I stopped in the store today to take a peek at the puppies that are available. I visited with a very cute German Shepard. I must say the customer service i got from a clerk named Ally was impressive. She was very sweet and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of my questions and knew where everything was in the store. Clearly she had a passion for the animals and the store.

We drove several hours to visit and fell in love with our little Perle. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. We have been back to visit and the staff recognized us and they were very interested in how our puppy was. I have always heard negative things about buying from a pet store but I can honestly say that are 100% satisfied and would purchase another puppy from them in the future.

I had stopped into the pet zone today. I'm hesitant on getting a new puppy after losing mine and they had so many different breeds to choose from. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a girl named ally who had a smile on her face. I took a few minutes to look at the pups and ally came over and had asked me if I had any dogs or pets at home I had told her I had just lost my morkie who was 14 and that I was thinking of getting a new one. I sat and played with a few different pups ally took her time to ask questions that could help her match certain puppies personalities with my own. I really like the cavapoo. But I'm not quite sure if I'm ready yet for a new puppy. I will definitely be coming back to the pet zone when I am ready and I love that ally not only cares for the puppies but also the customers.

We added a beautiful male Havanese to our family with the help of the wonderful staff at The Pet Zone. Everyone there was very nice, extremely knowledgeable about all the different breeds of dogs they have. They where happy to answer all our questions. Over all I give our experience a 10 out of 10.

The girl who was there today it was her first day but she was extremely polite and so helpful!!! Came to check in explained the rules she knew her stuff much respect!! Typically most pet stores don’t care about the pets but she knew a lot about them and I just thought it was amazing!!!

I worked at pet zone for only a few weeks and they train their employees terrible, poor management, poor communication, favortize other employees, cut peoples hours knowing they have a family to support. Without even any notice delete people off the work group chat. I tried going higher up to speak about my concerns and I get turned away. Terrible work environment. They don’t care if you’re new and mess up you still get yelled at. People who are not managers act like they are managers. Poor working pet store. 👎🏻
