OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I had the pleasure of being assisted by a lady (Did not catch her name but she is a cute girl with blond ends, has 3 dogs and lived in north Carolina) and her expertise and dedication were truly impressive. She went out of her way to ensure we found what we needed, offering valuable advice and assistance. Her friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge made my shopping experience delightful. Home Depot is lucky to have such a fantastic and knowledgeable team member like her! She Is AMAZING ! 👏

Store always has carts in the way. Lacks employees and help. workers lack knowledge in their department and rely too much on their hand held devices. lacks communication between online inventory and what's actually there. Third time I wasted my time

Horrible customer service! Don't shop there. I bought a stove from them on Black Friday. They said they can deliver in a week. Michelle who works at appliance department who sold me the stove told me to call National Grid and they r gonna come in and disconnect my natural gas one and set up new outlet for electric. National Grid don't provide this service which i found out 24 hours before new stove was coming. I called the store and spoke to Michele who was twisting my words and then hung up on me. Then I called the manager and he also was rude and said he can't help. This was the last time I'm buying anything from them

Dropped by to pick up some rubber mulch and electrical supplies. Mostly things that are hard to get back in NYC, even via mailorder.Fortunately everything was in stock and priced well. I also found the staff to be quite friendly and helpful.The only negative thing I could see was that the nursery and outdoor areas were a bit messy and cluttered.

Because of Biden economics prices have doubled on everything! Low income people haven't much of a chance buying much of anything ! Cheap any more, an eight dollar can of.paint now over 16 $

Excellent job! Went on Tuesday to buy a fridge, the associate was ver helpful. My washer literally died the next day...back on Thursday for a new washer....amazing service from all!!! The man in appliances had my washer already loaded within minutes, as I had called before going. AMAZING, would love to have them acknowledged for great service!

This store was real trash.The lumber department, probably leader, or should be if not, Jim I was told his name was, made my entire day. He was sympathetic to my interesting project of making wooden shoes. Now, for a little background, I just got out of the hospital, due to a possible snake bite, and had been in pain for the last 14 hours before arriving to this store. The snake bite was on my foot.I do not choose to come in without shoes. I'd prefer to have had some. Well, the assistant store manager, whose conduct was so pathetic and futile, and the way he treats his employees, sorry, slaves in his mind, was so cruel that I could hardly bear to look at him. A truly ignoble human being.This man, as I just explained to you, mentioned something about the lack of shoes, and I need to get the heck out of there, now. He hardly engaged with my needs as a customer and human being, and would rather make money from others than money from someone who works hard in the Gospel of Perfection and in the fields of the hot sun.I was mostly done after Jim's stellar conduct. After this "manager" "showed" me one small detail I had missed, I just walked away from him, got my lumber, thanked Jim, and paid. The cashier was nice too. You should quit this empty job if you're reading; they'll use you up and make you depressed.Whether it's $0.50 or $5000, you should treat all people the same. Jim should be promoted. The assistant store 'manager' should be fired for his incompetence and inability to listen to what is actually being said. Jim, move on from this pathetic place. Have a good day. :)

Overall not a bad store. Lumber prices are low but nails,screws and fastener prices make up for that. Dan in plumbing and Bob in electrical are go to guys and are a true asset to the store.

An excellent place to shop. I have been going here often of late, buying tools, home supplies, light bulbs, and Ive always been treated very well by staff, with reasonable prices. Its not enough to ding it a star, but I have had some issues with their self checkout machines. They often ask me to sign up for a credit card, and don't really seem to know what to do when I say no.

Horrible organization skills happening. Took 40 minutes to find sand paper and T50 staple. Hint not with fasteners. No assistance. If you can't organize better then start a find me app for your store so customer won't waste more time...

We waited twenty minutes after someone said they were getting a sales person or a person Was a plumbing part. No one came the store that has everything and nothing. When I approached another representative he made a face like we were bothering him and directed us to what we needed but it wasn't there and said. Whatever's here shook his head walked away. Like he was disgusted when I visualized him on the next aisle he was unpacking. Merchandise . So I guess home depot just wants him to stack shelves not talk to people. He had a horrible attitude. I won't mention his name here because I. I don't want people to get fired but they think you should be

Absolutly terrible customer service. I bought 190 4x8x16 brick, 70- 5 1/4 boards, 30 1x4 boards, 26- 10ft 4" pvc. I had to basically pry help from any representative. No help loading anything except for the 10ft pvc pipe. Customer service would send me to pro desk and pro desk would send me to customer service. Spent around $4k and I wont be back

I don't like how they switched all their lawn and garden tools to electric. You can no longer buy any parts to service gas powered home depot exclusive tools. All they have is an end cap with random parts rather than common parts, nothing specofic, all generic so its a roll of the dice if it will fit. When employees tell you to go to Amazon that tells me everyone there knows they sell a whole lot of nothing.

Nate was a great customer service person Kenny was great at getting the product and helpful with finding the nails needed hower the other two at the service desk didn't acknowledge us for 7 mins while they continued their personal conversation about another client. They never even said please hold on while we finish this nothing very rude even when I said I have questions they still continued to avoid any conversation. I'm not sure who the heavy set gentleman was and the skiing girl with shoulder length hair and some tattoo on her left arm with word and birds where but they should be spoken to about how to have customer service skills with clients.

I went in the store and asked an employee if the had what I was looking for and he directed me straight to it. Fast in and fast out. Just the way I like it. Other employees greeted me as I walked through the store. The person at the check out was very friendly as well.

Never schedule a project to be done through them. Zero communication and total frustration as they are ineffectual as project managers. Either talk to a contractor directly or DIY. What you'd lose in your time you'd gain in your sanity. Or just go to the Lowes around the corner, they have always come through for me.

Someone give Sarah with customer service a raise! She put up with me 29 mins on the phone trying to help me get exactly what I needed. All the while, she portrayed a cheerful and patient attitude. Great job Sarah, and Merry Christmas!

Went to buy blinds but needed them cut so went to customer service and they paged a person who never showed up. Went back up to customer service and she paged again and after 30 minutes decided to leave. Hope I have better luck at Lowe's

The employees were very patient and helpful. I typically get lost in Home Depot so I asked an associate for directions. They directed me where I needed to go to find my item and when I got there, another employee helped me decide on my purchase based on my options. The cashier was also very patient and nice. Very friendly store. I look forward to my next visit.

I was truly disappointed in the customer service I recieved today at this home depot. The lady I was dealing with was obviously racist . I was returning products that I recently purchased. The product amount for return was $424.00. The employee was giving me attitude and using a combative tone with me for no reason . I requested for cash back instead of returning the money back to my card. She replied in a loud tone i dont have enough cash in my register to give you. I told her this is home depot I am sure there is $424.00 in the store somewhere. She replied what do you want me to do I dont have it. She noticed I wasn't going anywhere until I got my cash return. I own houses and 2 apartment buildings . I've been shopping at home depot for 27 years, so I know the employee whom name was Linda didn't know what the hell she was talking about or she may even thought I was ignorant of their process to get money when needed. She made a phone call and the cash came through a tube like the tubes at a bank drive through. I spoke with the manager which was a waist of time. I called home depot head quarters now awaiting their response to this situation. I never had this problem at Lowes. Moving forward this queensbury NY home depot will not receive another dime of my money.

*I urge you to read this review before buying an appliance from Home Depot.*In the past my husband and I have always had good luck with Home Depot from purchasing, to installation, to using the appliance. Well not this time around. Back in August we purchased a Samsung washer and dryer to be delivered to our new house on October 1st. We were then scheduled out due to a shipping issue 4 times before we finally said enough is enough and cancelled that order and placed a new order for a Maytag set. We were assured our washer and dryer would be delivered on the date they gave us. The day came and the drivers showed up, unprepared with no tools to hook up the washer, so my husband had to do it with his tools. The dryer wasn’t even brought into the house because it was “defective”. When my husband asked what was wrong with it and asked to see it, they avoided his questions and did not want to show him. So we called Home Depot and turns out they didn’t have the power cord that we ordered with the dryer so they deliberately LIED when there was nothing wrong with it in the first place. We are now scheduled out another two weeks waiting for a dryer when it was their screw up and they won’t make it right before then because they don’t have any “available” spots. Normally when you screw up you make time to make it right. We aren’t even able to go pick it up and avoid delivery due to their policy. We will NEVER purchase an appliance from Home Depot again. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

never have I waited this long at lowes for assistance in flooring going on 28min and still waiting on help. queensbury, ny absolutely terrible customer service I had to walk up to 3 workers now to get them to paige some one. I will never shop at home cheapo again. not 1 employee asked if we needed assistance terrible if I could give negative 10 stars I would.
