Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Large selection and they aim to please. Have nothing bad to say about my experience and would shop there for my Home/Garden supplies. Would recommend, you will not be sorry for trying them out.

A nice size location. Outdoor staff wasn't rude, but didn't go out of their way to be friendly. Very straight to the point of prepping the Xmas tree of your choice. When I choose to support local businesses, I do so with the intent on getting to know who I'm supporting and what not. However, Inside staff was great. Offered free refreshments ( local apple cider and cookies) and everything was on sale ranging from 20-50%If I had to nit pick (what reviews are for) I didn't like how the tree had no wrap or bag on it, if a customer only had a car instead of a truck like myself, I could see the pine needles shedding from the car to in your house annoying. Overall not a bad place and will give it another chance in the future. Merry Christmas and happy holidays folks.

I love Hewitt's! They know their stuff, and have both lower prices and healthier plants than the big box stores and fancy nurseries. They also have a rewards program and lifetime guarantee on their trees and shrubs.

Went to grab a Christmas tree a little late in the season but they were still stocked and the trees looked great. The man that helped us was very nice and even tied the tree on the car for us. Cant wait to go back in the spring!

My go-to first local garden shop. I expect it will pick up a little soon, as the weather improves and people get outdoors more. Always great to see beautiful plants and garden features.

So sad. I went to buy a plant, and I literally could not find anyone to help check out the product. I wish they were more attentive. I used to love going there.

BEWARE. Purchased 8 azaleas and less than 1 year later, 2 are dead and 4 more are doing poorly (no spring blooms). I brought the 2 dead ones back with the warranty tags still attached and the credit card slip with $246.09 Hewitt Garden Center charge. The Hewitt Garden Center Manager declined to replace them because I did not have original cash register receipt. Very poor customer service!

Such bad customer service. They would not sell me items that were in the parking lot because they “weren’t ready”? And would not tell me when they might have the items ready for sale. I asked if it would be ready tomorrow and the girl said “maybe” and walked away. So rude.
